Here's how I build a $100 million insurance agency. Step one is to become a top producing agent. Believe it or not, you can't teach people to do something if you haven't done it yourself. I'd move on to step two, which is to start to build my agency. I'd hire my first recruit from my audience on YouTube, meaning they already watch my stuff, they already like my brand, and they trust how I do things. Step three is to start building out the training material I would document and create videos on so that I can send those to multiple agents and eliminate a lot of my time having to answer the same four questions. Now, step four, I would find a ton of leads, find a great lead source, and then bring agents to it. My next step, a little bit later down the line, would be to create my own insurance carrier. This is something that Symmetry Financial did, and not only did it give them a unique value proposition against all the other agencies, but also brought a ton of money back in house into the agency. And the final step is to scale the absolute shit out of them.
