All right, ladies and gents, in this video I'm going to be showing you guys a case study of one of our clients who turned $7,000 on marketing spend into a 2 million dollar annuity and assets under management pipeline. So this individual has been using a funnel that we built for them and has been using our marketing system. So I'm going to be revealing all of the numbers behind the funnel, how many appointments were booked, what the show rate was, cost per appointment, cost per lead and everything. So you can see behind the scenes how successful marketing funnel works and how you could potentially install the same system into your business. So let's dive in. Alrighty. Cool. So let me kind of show you guys first and foremost the process and what we actually are doing for this individual on the marketing side. So essentially the way the process works is we run video ads with the actual advisor in the ad. So for example, this is an ad says do not buy an annuity before watching this, should you hire an advisor in retirement? And this is one talking about, you know, essentially Roth, IRA and Roth conversions, right? So they have these video ads. Then we send those videos to an educational video. So they're seeing these ads on Facebook, they start to recognize you, they see your face, you become this, this person that, that is now familiar and recognizable, right? Then you send them to a video. This is where we essentially explain how an annuity works, giving kind of the basics, the overviews. And this could be, I mean you can imagine this video to essentially be any, any, any topic, right? Whatever the ad is about, if we're doing something about general retirement or life insurance or tax savings, you can just sub in the videos for the videos here. So instead of it saying watch this before buying an annuity, it would just be around the topic that you're speaking on. Then we send them a survey where we essentially ask them some questions. You know, in this example, we're asking them to estimate the overall value of their retirement portfolio. The people that we do not feel are qualified, we do not allow to go through. Then we send them to a calendar where they're able to book a time directly on the calendar. From there we're going to send them emails, text and videos to ensure that they show up and ensure that they come into the call pre framed and then they show up to a zoom and you close. So now that you guys kind of have an idea of how the actual process itself works, uh, let's dive in to everything else here. So again, you got the video ads, we send them to the Expert educational video, which I just talked about a second ago. And as you can see, let me just move my face over here so you guys can see, look at some of the people that are coming in. 250 to 500k. 250, 500k, 250, 500k, 500k. Plus, these are all people that are over 59 other than 1, so they would have qualified money. Let's go to look at the next one. This is 2 mil to 5 mil over 59. 2 mil to 5 mil, you got some 500 to a million, a few less than 250s, but those can still be solid annuities. 1 mil to 2 mil, 1 to 2, 500 to a mil, 1 to 2, 500to a mil. And this, as you can see, are the numbers and what we spent on marketing. We got 172 leads, $40 per lead, and around 6200, $931 spent on marketing. So of those numbers, we had the 170. This is saying 175 leads. So we'll say 175 leads is what actually came through the funnel. Sometimes Facebook will misreport this number. So the actual number is 175. And then if you look here, we had 25 people book, which is a 14% pre booking rate. All right, the reason this says 12 is because it's averaging together two split tests. But if you divide 25 by 175, it's 14.2%. So that's the actual percentage. 25 people pre booked an appointment directly from the ad, directly from the funnel, without anyone ever speaking to them. So they came in, booked an appointment, jumped on this person's calendar, and that's out of 175 leads. So 14% of their overall leads went ahead and booked an appointment. And of the leads that came in, you can see right here, I've listed the assets and the number of leads for each. So as you can see, for 5 million.
There were 3 leads that had over 5 mil. There were 8 leads that had 2 to 5 mil, 6 leads that had 1 to 2 mil, 20 leads that had $500,000 to $1 million, 18 leads that had 250 to 516 leads that had less than $250,000. So it's not like all of these people are unqualified or none of these people have money. The majority of people had 500 or the highest. The highest count, as you can see, is 500k to a million dollars in assets. All right, now let's look at the actual show rates on the appointment. So of 28 appointments, 19 showed, right? They're not marking them as showed in the CRM, so they're just going to be marked as confirmed, one canceled and eight no show. All right, so let's break out and look at all of the math here. Oops.
I'm going to have to move my face around a little bit, but. $6,931 spent, 175 total leads, $39.61 cost per lead, 25 pre booked appointments, which is a 275$277 cost per appointment. 19 shows, 8 known shows, 1 cancels, which, which is a 67% show rate on the appointments, which is absolutely fantastic. All right, now let's see what actually happened from these appointments. Well, here's the message that we got from the Advisor. Of the 151 leads, we've received 38 of them. Or they said that they set 38. So they set 10 appointments on their own.
32 kept the appointments. So they had eight that actually went or six that went and canceled. Seven no shows, nine were not a good fit. For one reason or another. They're saying eight. They're referring to them as tire kickers. But you know, we could see what the exact situation for each individual was. Five jumped on and had already decided that they wanted an annuity. So imagine you jump on the call like, yeah, I already want an annuity. I'm just trying to find the best one. Right? Five people were that. However, this individual said they were not prepared for this, but they are now. So five people wanted an annuity. We're just looking for the right person to sell it to them. Three were interested in full financial planning. Four had already determined that this person was going to be their advisor from watching the videos on Facebook. They saw the ads, they watched this person's content, watch some of the educational videos that we sent them, and by the time they jumped on, they already had so much trust built with this person. They knew that they wanted to work with specifically him. Four people out of 38 appointments already wanted to work with them. Two were whales. Which a whale would be somebody that has a. A would be a high net worth individual. Now, different people determine the determine high net worth is different things. Let's just assume maybe these people had multiple, multiple millions of dollars. So two were whales, essentially vetting this advisor to see if they should be in the Rolodex for the next time they were in the market. For an annuity. Now regarding, oh, if we only count the four people that had already decided they wanted to work with this individual, one is going to be a $200,000 Myga, which you know, is not anything amazing, but still money one is going to be 150k to $200,000 fixed index annuity, who's also going to move 60 to 110k in assets under management. They just submitted $176,000 FIA. Another one is going through a divorce and is moving over $600,000 in AUM to him now. And after everything settles in January, they're going to put 300 to 500k into an FIA and they will have 600 to $800,000 in AUM. So if we do the math and look at this, just on the four people that have already decided they want to work with this individual, not counting any of the other people that already wanted an annuity, not counting any of the whales, not counting any of the people that are interested in looking in full financial planning. $200,000 Myga, let's say 3% commission, 600 grand. And again, the commission can vary. It could be anywhere from 1 to 3% for a MYGA, an FIA, 8% commission, $876,000 in fixed index annuities, that's $70,000 in commission, $910,000 in assets under management at a 1% per year commission. That's $9,100 per year, which is a total commission of $85,000 from less than $7,000 spent, which would be a 12.28 return on ad spend for this individual. Now this is just my prediction projection. I don't know this exact individual's comp where their marketing partner, but we don't, we don't get to see their exact commission. However, if you judge this based off of what a normal commission would be for these different products, this is essentially what their ROI could be just on those four people alone, not counting any of the under other 175 leads or 171 leads that they got in their funnel, not counting any of the other appointments that they have that could potentially close and could be follow ups. And I actually also just got word since I created this presentation that they're currently in the works of closing a $720,000 annuity. So ladies and gentlemen, as you can see by using a system like this where you were the one positioned as the expert, you know, it's your face, your brand, it creates like you have people that jump on where you're not just some stranger, some random advisor, some random annuity agent. You are the person that they've already decided they want to work with. And when you're selling annuities and taking assets under management, or selling life insurance or long term care, you're doing some sort of planning where you can offer multiple products. A system like this can be extremely, extremely lucrative. So if you want to learn more about this and see how it works and how we could install it specifically into your business, just click the link down below and look forward to speaking with you soon. Hopefully you guys got value from this video and I will see you guys in the next one. Take care.
