Whatever you're trying to improve on. Think of the littlest thing. I was trying to work on my physique. And a big part of a physique is tracking your. What you eat. So all I did for a week is literally log into MyFitnessPal, look at it, scroll, and, like, log out for the first week. Like, I just did that three times a day. That's it. Go in there, click it, scroll in and out. Go. But all of a sudden, I was like, I kind of want to, like, start tracking. And then it becomes a desire. You just get to the point of right at the point that it feels like work stop so you can build the habit. And so that's what James Clear talks about. So it's like just little things in life that you want to build. Just do little things, and then all of a sudden they'll become more. Because then all of a sudden I started like, oh, I want to track more. Like, I'm okay. Then I start tracking everything, and I start doing that a consistent basis. Like, literally, just weigh yourself every day, every morning, just start there. Like, whatever it is in life, like, just start with little things, and it'll be compound into big things.
