How To Generate High-Intent IUL Leads On Facebook

Timothy Schucker teaches the niche method for generating IUL and term leads on Facebook by targeting specific groups like nurses and truckers. The approach uses niche-specific ad hooks, automated confirmations, and pre-booked appointments to hit 10-15% pre-book rates. Agents using this method scale to $25k-$40k monthly.

What is going on? Ladies and gentlemen, in this video, I'm going to be doing a live training on how to generate high intent IUL interim leads. If you guys are just jumping in on the live drop, your name and where you're calling in from, and we're going to go ahead and jump right into it here. So let me share my screen, and I'm going to be talking and teaching you guys about something we call the niche method. So share my screen here, and we're gonna dive right on in.
Cool. So I got this pulled up. We're gonna be talking about the niche method and more importantly, how to make six figures selling life insurance to rich people. Right? So for a lot of you guys, maybe you're more so on the final expense side. I'm going to show you how to go from selling final expense to, like, kind of transitioning into serving a little bit of a higher market without getting too complex, where you have to learn, like, all of these fancy product terms and different stuff that just for most agents is like, way over the average person's head. Right? So cool. Let's dive into the next method. So a couple of things you guys need to know before we dive in here. And the first one is that the quality of your business is based on the quality of your customer, right? So we're going to be talking about the niche method, why that's even a thing, and how it all works. But this is kind of something you guys need to understand, right? So fundamentally, what we do as agents is we offer a product called life insurance. Right? Now you get to pick who you sell life insurance to. So if you want to sell life insurance to, like, you know, millionaires or billionaires, like, there's no reason you couldn't go and do that. You just have to go and find those people and get the leads. And then also you would have to be sophisticated enough to be able to sell to those people, right? So if you were selling life insurance to billionaires, you would be spending a lot of time prospecting and networking and building those relationships. And maybe you would sell a couple deals a year, but the policies would be so big, you would just make so much money, right? Whereas if you're selling on the opposite end of the spectrum to, like, really, really broke people that barely have an income, it might be easy to get them to agree to it, but you might have higher chargebacks and all these different things that kind of come from that, right? So fundamentally, the quality of your business is based on the quality of your customer. So Maybe you could make the argument that having an extremely wealthy customer might not be the best quality of customer every single time. Or you could argue that having a very low income customer would not be the best thing every single time. Maybe somewhere in the middle where you can have that high volume. It's not super complex, super long sales cycle, but they do have a little bit more income. And that's kind of the strategy we're going to be talking about in this live. The other thing you guys need to know, this is a quote from a guy named Alex from Mozi who said the riches are in the niches. And Julian and I, this is me on the left, Julian, my business partner. You guys would have seen him on the YouTube channel on the right with Alex Rosi. He says the riches are in the niches. Right. So if you want to.
Coming from somewhere.
Ah, is this.
Sorry guys, I got some random audio coming from somewhere.
There we go. Got me going crazy for a second there. Cool. So what was I talking about, Hormozi? The niche method. That's what I was talking about. So basically part of the way that we came up with this method is, you know, we met Alex Hormozi, we were talking to him and we kind of realized like, hey, if we want to have a better business overall and for our agents to have better businesses, if we just serve a little bit higher quality people and go after like term and Iuls like people are going to crush it. Right. And so that is the niche method. So basically to kind of break it down a little bit more, the niche method is when you go after a specific segment of the market, like parents, truckers, nurses, business owners, teachers, or like cops, something like that. Right. So with doing this, we might pay a little bit more for our leads than just like targeting everybody. But we're going to be doing what's called setting a floor on our customers. I'm going to explain what that means later on in this call. So basically when we set a floor, we can market to people that we know have an income and have a need for life insurance. And fundamentally that is the goal of the niche method is we want to go after like pockets of people that we know have an income and we know have a need. Right. Because ultimately that's all we really need in order to be able to sell some insurance, is that we know they have an income, we know it, know that they have a need. Awesome. So let me talk about what I mean when I say setting a floor on your customers. So basically setting a floor Means, like, based off of who we're advertising to and like how our marketing is set up, this is the bottom person that's going to come into our ecosystem, right? It's going to come into our funnel. So when I say setting a floor, that's what I mean. So, like, anybody under this floor wouldn't even respond to this ad. Right? So I'll give you guys an example. If I'm, you know, helping insurance agents with lead generation, I could say, attention insurance agents who have sold at least one policy or more. I'm setting a floor on my marketing because I'm not talking to anyone who hasn't sort of lease a policy. Right? Same kind of thing when we're generating leads. So nurses, truckers, married moms with kids, right? That's setting a floor because a nurse, if they're a nurse, they have an income because they have a job. They're a trucker, they have an income because they have a job. If they're a married mom, like, there's no way that both the husband and the wife aren't working because they wouldn't be able to afford to pay for kids. Right? So we're setting a floor. So hypothetically, we could just say, like, you know, that floor is 50, $50,000 a year. That's like the. The hypothetical floor that we're setting. So based off of how we're marketing, we're not going to get anyone that's making less than 50k a year. Right? So let me give you guys some examples of people that have kind of done this method successfully, and then I'll show you guys an example of an ad. I can answer any questions you guys have and kind of break this down a little more. So this is a guy named Trevor. You guys may have seen him on our YouTube channel. And basically, Trevor used this niche method that I'm talking about. He went after truckers who, you know, just based like, truckers is a really good niche because you're targeting people that are constantly driving. They're on the road all the time, they're seeing accidents, but they also have an income. Like a lot of truckers make six figures or more. So they have extra money to invest into life insurance, and they have a real need and desire for it because they're, they're. They have a pretty dangerous job. So Trevor wrote $4897 in one single week, only working appointments, meaning he didn't make a single outbound dial. And he sold nearly $5,000 in AP in just one week only. Doing the appointments and his cost per lead was about 11 bucks a lead. Or here's another example. Arison Eddie. They're targeting parents and truckers and before using this method they were doing like 4k a month. And then when they started using the niche method, now they're doing 40k a month fairly consistently. Right. I actually just had a call with them the other day and they're not quite doing 40k a month right now they're doing like 25 to 30 but they only work 3 hours a day. So they only work from 12 to 3. And like most of their business is off of, you know, appointments and follow ups. Because this niche method, like the way that we set up the marketing, the way you do the targeting, it just works so well because you're going after people that have money, have an income, have a need, like you can't ask for a better prospect for life insurance. And so they are writing right now 25 to 30k a month working three hours a day. Three hours a day. These guys have seven kids so they don't have time to make hundreds of hundreds of calls a day. Right. Not to mention their retention rate is extremely high and they're mostly working off of appointment. Right. So this is Arizonetti or the web agency who they actually are targeting like cops and first responders. So they're feeding an entire agency using this niche method that I'm talking about. They're also top of the leaderboard at Symmetry. They have extremely high retention and they are also mostly working off of appointment here you can see they're at the top of the leaderboard at symmetry. This is $10,000 in one week.
And basically the way that this method works is that it's going to allow you guys to get pre booked appointments. Here's some screenshots of calendars right here and right here. So let me know. Do you guys want to see an example of one of these ads targeting the niche method? If so, comment down below and I'm going to show you guys kind of what this looks like and how we set up these ads and to get these high intent term and iul if you guys don't comment then I just won't show it. So let me know. I don't want to waste anybody's time here.
So if you guys want to see one of these ads, this one particularly is targeting nurses. I'll kind of show you guys like how this actually works and what it looks like then just leave a comment saying yes and then I will play the video for you here. Foreign.
Please do. Awesome.
Let me show you guys how this works, what this looks like. So I'm going to kind of break down this video. I'm going to pause it as we're going through to kind of, like, explain why we're doing different things.
So if you're a nurse with kids.
Let me know if you guys can hear this. If not, I might have to change the setting real quick.
Under 20, this is the most important video you will ever watch.
Just say audio if you guys can hear it.
Let's see. I want to make sure I'm not just showing this for nothing.
Okay. Beautiful. Thank you, Daniel. Amazing.
First thing that you guys will notice is right up here at the top, we say, are you a nurse? So we're calling out people that are nurses, right? Obviously. So the people that are going to stop on this ad are nurses. And what's going to happen is, over time, Facebook's going to learn more and more and more to show this ad to nurses. Because Facebook has a million data points on everyone. They learn and learn over time to get better and better at who to show your ads to in terms of what's going to get you the most results. So if we're showing, hey, are you a nurse? Are you a nurse? Nurses are going to start stopping on the side. It's going to get shown to more nurses, and our performance is going to get better and better. So that's one thing you guys need to notice. The other thing is the hook. So listen to this hook here.
If you're a nurse with kids under 20, this is the most important video you will ever watch, right?
So if you're a nurse with kids under 20, this is the most important video you will ever watch. So we're not only targeting nurses, but we're targeting nurses with kids under 20. And these are going to be our highest intent leads, because these are people who have dependents in the house, and if something were to happen to them, they would be screwed, right? If you have kids under 20, you know, they can't take care of themselves. Like, they would need a life insurance policy. And then we show these two, you know, cute little kids that look like they just got up at a, you know, snowstorm.
Next to this nurse. So it's like evoking the emotion, right? So that's the hook. Not only we're calling out nurses, but we're calling out nurses that have kids under the age of 20 and, like, subconscious. So you guys can kind of see how we're like, Subliminally, not subconsciously, but we're subliminally also calling out moms because we have a female in the ad, a female here, and everything else.
You see, I've been a nurse for 22 years. And here's the thing. Most nurses get life and health insurance through their hospital. But there's something that you probably don't know that could cost you and your family tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars. They don't tell you this, but your life insurance only covers you while you're working. Meaning if you get in a car wreck like one of my friends did and can no longer work, you lose your policy gone. Or if you decide that with all the craziness going on, you want to pursue a different career, your policy, even if you stay at the hospital until you retire, once you relieve, you lose your life insurance and have to get another policy at a ridiculous rate because you're older. So here's what myself and thousands of other nurses and health care providers have done to protect themselves and their families. There's a new program allowing health care workers to get up to $1 million in coverage for their families for less than the price of a coffee per day.
Okay, I'm going to pause it right there. So obviously you guys saw when a million popped up, it was missing a comma. We fixed the video since then, so don't worry. But there's something like, very subtle that we included when we wrote the script that results in a much higher quality of lead.
Than it otherwise would. And I want, I want to see if anybody picked it up.
What did we do that is going to generate us a higher quality lead than most people will.
Drop it in the comments if you caught it. I'm curious to see if any of you guys actually pick this up.
Let's see, let's see. Did anybody get it?
Don't see anybody. It does not look like anybody knows. So let me explain this. So a lot of times what you guys will see in life insurance advertising is people will say things like, you know, you can get a policy for a penny a day or whatever. They just try to go as cheap as possible. They try to go as cheap as possible. But if you guys think about it, right, like we said, less than the price of a coffee per day. Well, how much is a coffee?
If you go to a coffee shop, like, you get the coffee, the coffee itself is probably like four or five bucks. And then the tip on top of that is another $2. So you're spending anywhere from four to six dollars on a cup of coffee, guys, I'm gonna do four. Well, I don't mean to do that. Four times 30 is 120 and six times 30 is 180. So I'm already pre framing these people before I even talk to them, before they even become a lead that they're going to pay between 120 and 106, $180 for a policy. Like, think about how subtle that is, but how much better of expectations I'm setting than somebody that's saying you can get, you know, a bajillion dollars for a dollar a day or for 50 cents a day or a penny a day or whatever. I'm going to get higher intent leads. Right? Whatever message I put out there is the people I'm going to attract. If I say, are you a nurse? Get up to a million dollars in life insurance for the price of a coffee per day. I'm going to get nurses that want a million dollars in life insurance and can afford 120 to $180 a month. Now, does that, does that mean that, like, nobody's going to come in that doesn't have that? No, but based off of the messaging, I'm not going to attract a bunch of people that are trying to get a policy for 50 cents or a dollar a day. Does that make sense? Do you guys get that? Do you guys see, like, how beneficial that is as opposed to doing, like, something kind of misleading?
Amazing. Cool. So let's continue with this video of.
A coffee per day. That way, if you get chronically ill and disabled.
Right? Chronically ill. Think about what nurses see literally every day. People that are chronically ill and disabled. It's on the top of their mind. Like, they're already thinking about these things. And I just filmed a video earlier today where I kind of talked about this. So do you guys know who Eugene Schwartz is? I can't really say. Schwartz. Eugene Schwartz, he wrote a book called Breakthrough Advertising, and he's like the OG of marketing.
So basically, this guy, he has a rule, he has a law that you cannot create desire. You can only channel existing desire. Right. So what does that mean? Basically, like.
We can't create a fear or a pain point. Like, the goal of marketing is not to, like, create some new desire they don't already have. It's to channel the. The desires, the fears, and the pain points they already have and show how our product solves it. So an example of that, I'm talking about getting chronically ill, getting Disabled in an accident, not being able to go to work. These are things that nurses are already thinking about. Now, on the contrary, if I'm talking to truckers, I'm going to spend most of my time talking about things that truckers are already afraid of, like car accidents, getting run off of the road. Truckers probably get like lung cancer or have heart attacks more than nurses. Right. Just because of the lifestyle. So I'm going to tailor that to the fears that they're already having. For a trucker, most of my marketing around life insurance is going to be like, hey, if you get an accident, your family's covered. If you get an accident or die of anything else, your family's going to get paid because an accident is what they're thinking about. For a nurse, it's probably going to be more like chronically ill, get disabled, things like that. Hopefully that makes sense. And you guys can see other examples of like channeling desire instead of trying to create it. You guys want more examples, let me know. I can kind of explain that.
More disabled in an accident and can't work. You still have coverage in place for your family. All you need to do to see if you qualify is click Learn more down below. You'll fill out a 22nd survey.
This should say 22nd, not 22nd.
Someone from our team will reach out to you to help you find the best plan for your family.
Boom. So that, ladies and gents, is an example of an ad for the niche method. What questions do you guys have about this ad specifically?
And then I'm going to kind of explain a little bit more about the niche method, how it works and like how you actually position the products that you can sell.
Let's see. I don't see any questions coming in yet, so I'm going to continue. Awesome. So let me kind of show you guys how this works from ad to appointments and like how this whole, like how the whole funnel works, essentially. So you have your ad, which you guys just saw, that ad is going to go to a form. So on the form we're going to ask a few different things. Obviously their name, their email, their phone number, their date of birth, their state. And then if I'm forgetting something, it's because it's, it's really obvious. But those are the things that come to mind. First name, last name, email state, date of birth, phone number. I think that's all you need. And then we asked two other questions to kind of like gather more info. Who their beneficiary is. We have them manually type it in right. So then when you hit them up it's like hey, you said your beneficiary was Jimbo Smith, is that correct? Yeah, that's my son's name. Amazing. And you're already, you know, you're already in there like swimwear. So that's kind of how the form works from, from there after the form we have a message that says hey, go book a time to basically figure out which program is going to be best for you. About 10 to 15% of your overall leads will go in and pre book an appointment on your calendar. Let me say that again, 10 to 15% of all of your leads will just go ahead and book an appointment with you on your calendar. Whenever you get an appointment you're going to call those people immediately to confirm the appointment. If they, if they answer you can say hey I had a few minutes, you wanted to speak now or we can just talk at our appointment time. Either way when you confirm the appointment you skyrocket your show rates like there's no reason not to do that from there. The other thing that happens is we have automations that will go out to the leads. So this is something we recently just kind of found out is if you text people back and forth to confirm automation or to confirm information you can do this all automated but like just like I said we get the beneficiary like you know, for example. Hey, hey Darren, I saw that you just filled out this form about life insurance for nurses. It looks like you listed your beneficiary as Mary Korilko, is that correct? Yes. Awesome. And I have your date of birth here as you know, 0915 1982, is that correct? Yes, that's my date of birth. Perfect, I got you all confirmed. Do you have five minutes now to go over your options or would you rather just set up an appointment? This is all automated happening without you doing anything and then you can jump in and take over and you have that lead that's already signified themselves as a, as a higher intent lead which is really cool.
That's how the automations work the calendar. So percentage of your appointments are going to go ahead and pre book. You just call them at the time, close the deal. The rest of them obviously you can do dialing, you can text them and lead on the automations as well.
So that's how the system works. Let's see, how many different niche ads do you send out?
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that question so I'll answer it in a couple of different ways. So if you're saying, like, how many of the. Like, for example, we have this one nurse ad, we test dozens and dozens of variations to find the best ones. So when we run ads for our clients, we put on, like, we. We run the ads that are either top performers or very similar to our top performing ads that we know are going to get them results. So, like, for any of our clients, it's not like they're wasting money on ads that aren't performing. Like, we've already spent literally hundreds of thousands of dollars proving out the what works best on Facebook for life insurance. And so we just add the ads that already work the best. Hopefully that answers your question. But I mean, I could just show you guys as an example, like our marketing team. God, there's so many ads that we test. It's insane. Like, it would. It would make your head spin.
Just images in the last.
Year, over 500. And videos in the last year.
Also videos in the last year, over 550. So a lot. You said you have truckers, nurses, maybe plumbers or construction workers? Yeah, I mean, the main ones that we do now are like, parents, truckers, and nurses. We have some other ones like that we're going to be launching and testing in the future. But those are the. Those are the main ones we do now just because, like, they're proven they work really well. But I mean, I have a whole list right here of different niches that we're going to test out in the future. But I mean, those are. Those are the best.
Those are the best. The three I just named parents, truckers, nurses, by far. Because they're also. They're very simple. Right? They're very simple. How many leads is this producing per day? Well, that depends on the client. Right. So, like, we have one client. I think he's spending about 100 bucks a day. I think his average lead cost is 11 bucks.
We have other clients that we've done this with as well. Some that were still running their ads. Some of them do their own ads. So I don't have an exact number, but it's a lot. Let me tell you that. You said you have truckers, nurses, maybe plumbers. I think you sense at that. What are the niches that are hot right now? I just answered that as well. Awesome. So let me kind of break down the beauty of why I like the niche method as opposed to, like, the other ways that people advertise life insurance and why we're going to kind of like go all in on this. And help a bunch of people kill it with it. So the cool thing about the niche method is you're not pigeonholed into a specific product, right? So when you go after a niche, right, like let's say I'm serving nurses, well now I can sell a host of other products to nurses, right? I become the nurse guy. And then the nurses that are interested in life insurance, well, if they need a term policy, I can sell them a term policy. If they need a mortgage protection policy, I can sell them a mortgage protection policy. If they need a whole life policy, I can sell them a whole life policy. If they need an iul, I can sell an iul. And if they need an annuity, I can sell an annuity. So you become more of like an advisor than just like a one product pushing person, right? Uh, and there's situations where you could talk to a nurse, she needs a mortgage protection policy to cover her mortgage, but she might also need an IUL to help save for retirement, right? Or maybe she also needs an annuity, just for example. And then the other cool thing is then you can cross sell other products. So let's say you get a nurse, you sell her a term policy, but then hey, like look at how many freaking people in America are getting cancer. It's insane. She's treating people with cancer. She knows that too. It's not even like you'd have to really sell it that hard. You can add on another cancer policy that's like 500 bucks in premium, more than likely, maybe more. And then you just add it on another policy. Maybe she also needs a long term care insurance. So you're three policies deep in this house and maybe you're also going to sell her Medicare when she retires. So like you're becoming this person's advisor. You're not just like a, you're not just their, their term agent or their final expense agent. You can sell a whole host of products, right? Or you know, let's say some of these, some of the clients I showed you guys earlier, Eris and Eddie, the ones who are working three hours a day and running 25 to 30k a month, they just, I had a conversation with them the other day. They're cross selling credit repair to truckers. Like who would even think of that? But because they're just like dominating this market, they're able to just cross sell these other products and the average like lifetime value of each customer goes way up. So even if like I think they're paying on average like 15 bucks a lead, for trucker leads. But if they were paying 40 bucks a lead, they'd still be making money, which is the craziest part. So that's why I'm really bullish on this is like it doesn't pigeonhole you into hey, I'm selling final expense to everybody or I'm selling mortgage protection to everybody. It's, I'm selling life insurance to nurses. Well, what does life insurance mean? Well, it means whatever you need the most, right. So kind of it leaves it a little more open ended so you can kind of take it the direction that you want or whatever direction that person needs. Hopefully that makes sense. And I mean if you guys are just absolutely filthy animals, you could also recruit people too. Like let's say you had a whole, a whole agency of truckers selling insurance to truckers and then you recruited other truckers to do the same thing. Like who's going to want to buy insurance? Like truckers will probably want to buy insurance from other people to get them. So if you had a whole team of truckers selling to truckers, like that's a, that's a pretty, pretty wild situation to be in, right? Same thing for nurses. I saw some people in the past that were doing this, they were recruiting ex military people to sell life insurance to veterans.
Pretty cool stuff there. So yeah guys from there. Let me show you guys this next slide. This is pretty cool.
What's really cool about this is like once you guys get it down and once you're consistently producing at a high level, right? Like if you want to be an IUL junkie and sell a bunch of Iuls, you can do that with this method. And then you can hire an appointment setter to call your leads and set appointments. Hire an assistant to do a lot of the like back end follow up stuff, chasing chargebacks, keeping people in the books, like pay someone to manage your book. And you can get to a point as an agent where you're just working appointments and follow ups, right? Not like you're going to get there immediately, you probably won't even get there in three months. But if you stick with it and like really dial it in and get to a point where you're producing a high, high level of income and you have us like doing the lead gen for you, which you know, we can definitely do. Like the only thing you should be doing as an agent in an ideal world is talking to people and following up with people. Like you're a salesperson, at the end of the day you should be talking to people and following up with people, that's what makes you the most money. So if you can offload the dialing, offload the back end and just do that, I mean, that's where you start talking about half a million dollars a year in income. Plus, like if you're, if you're in applications all day long or following up with people that should be in an application, that's when the income gets crazy. So that's kind of what this method allows you to do. Once you master it, you get the lead gen, you implement the system, do that for a while, build out like kind of some momentum, and then you can hire someone to set appointments and deal with the back end. Amazing. What questions do you guys have about the niche method or anything else that I went over.
By the way? If you guys want to learn more about this, just comment down below and I can drop a link. You guys can book a call with our team for us to literally set all of it up for you. We'll do all the marketing, all that. You guys don't have to, you don't have to even think about a video ad or a photo ad. We do all of it. All you have to do is sell and implement and close deals and sell policies.
So if you guys want to hear more about that, if you guys want a link to learn more about it, drop a, drop a comment down below. Just say interested and I'll drop a link. And then you can also drop any questions.
How many high I tent appointments can I expect per week? Well, it depends on how much you spend. So like the numbers that I said were. Yo, there you go. Intent. So the numbers that I said were 10 to 15% of your overall leads should like pre book. Right. But if you're also calling and setting appointments, that's an extra piece on top of it. Right. So I wouldn't only do pre books, you should also.
What?
You should also call and set appointments. Right. And call and do one call closes as well. But if you, if you're just talking pre books, 10% of your overall leads should pre book. 10 to 15%.
So the answer to your question would depend on your budget. What kind of budget would you recommend? A minimum of $50 a day. A maximum of a hundred a day to start and then scale up from there. Like right now on Facebook, I think I'm spending like 1700 bucks a day just on my own marketing. And then we also do over a thousand bucks a day like across all of our clients, probably two or $3,000 a day. But you don't start there. Right. Like, you don't. You don't have to do that. You want to start at like 50 to 100 and then so that would be like 3,3k a month max. And then you scale up your budget to basically write more ap. So obviously the more leads you have, the more appointments, the more sales you'll make. So you start off low, get a baseline for your numbers, and then scale up from there. So I think the max that we have a client spending right now, like one client, is like 200 a day.
So, yeah.
Interested, Interested, interested. Cool. Guys, I'm going to drop the link here for you guys so you guys can learn more about it and book a call with our team.
Here you go, guys. I'm going to drop this and then I'm also going to answer any questions you have. Cool. So for everyone that said they're interested, I just dropped a link.
Did you watch the TUA podcast this week? No, I don't even know what that means. Did you go to Ohio? No, I did not go to Ohio. Will all the leads be TCPA compliant? Yes. So the cool thing about running Facebook ads is when you do it like they're opting in to be contacted by you. So we will do all of that for you. We set it all up. We have like language that you can use that'll do it. So basically you can go in and you can call any of your leads because they're opting in to specifically be contacted by you. Did you know that Facebook is taking away the ability to target age for insurance? No, they are not doing that.
That's not a thing.
Cool. What other questions do you guys have, if any? If I spend 50 to $100 per day, how many appointments can I expect per week? Well, so that's a. Let's just say it's $50 a day.
Well, let's just say a hundred. So if you're spending a hundred dollars a day and 10% of your leads, book an appointment immediately, then you'd get it about an appointment per day if your cost would lead is about $10. Because 10 leads. If 10% of the book, you'd be getting about an appointment a day. But then you should also be calling your leads and setting appointments. You should have more than that, but you should have about a pre book a day. If you're spending a hundred.
Can you turn off your campaign on weekends and turn them back on on Monday? You could, but I don't recommend doing that because you should just basically run your Run your ads consistently and then when you come back on Monday you'll have a bunch of leads to call and a bunch of appointments and people to follow up with.
So that's the way that I recommend doing it.
I don't recommend like shutting them off and turning them back on. The more you, the more you try to mess with it and get all, you know, like, the more you try to like conserve money with advertising, the more the platforms punish you because they just want you to spend consistently.
What do you mean the math isn't adding up? So if you, if you have 10% of your leads to pre book an appointment and you spend $100 a day, if your average cost per lead is $10, you would get 10 leads. If 10% of those leads pre book an appointment, you would have one pre booked appointment per day. If you're also calling your leads and setting appointments, you would have more than one pre book appointment per day. One where they self book and then you should also be calling and setting but it could be higher than 10%. This is kind of like the average that we see.
Awesome. Guys, I got a few more minutes here for questions about the niche method and how this works. Again I dropped the link down below. If you guys want to learn more about how this works, book a call with our team, kind of go over everything. But while we're still on here, what other questions do you guys have?
Generating inbound calls.
Calls for ACA at 20 to 22 per call, spending $75 a day. I did it for one week and got three deals. What do you think about this numbers? I don't really have too much experience with ACA to be honest so I can't really speak too much on it. But.
Yeah, if it's working for you, I'd keep doing it. So what does that mean? I have nine additional leads at $100 a day that I would be calling. Yeah, so like when I say pre books you're not only getting pre booked appointments, some of your leads will just come in and not book and then you can call and use the automations that I was talking about. So like the way we have it set up in our CRM, hopefully this mic is good. Is whenever the lead comes in there's automations that text them and reach out to them via email and Facebook messenger. So you're hitting them in three different places like texting them back and forth or emailing them and then.
So you have all of that going in tandem. On top of a percentage of people will just Go ahead and book appointments and then you have the rest of it going out to help you set up more appointments and more conversations. Darren, what is the cost per week, month for you to manage all this and put all this together and set up these, please? Depends based off your situation. So we do everything, customize. If you want to get like a specific price for you, it's based off of like what your goals are and what you're doing. I can drop the link again.
Where you can get on a call with our team and we can go over pricing and everything for you as well.
Hope that helps. All right, guys, I got a couple more minutes.
On here and then I gotta jump off and get back to making some ads for our clients so they can keep getting high intent leads.
Oh, the. Oh, the struggles of a marketer.
I'm just kidding.
Alrighty, what other questions do we have? I've got about 45 seconds and then I'm going to jump off. Appreciate all of you guys jumping on. Hopefully this has been valuable. The replay will also be posted here as well so you guys can watch it. Have you guys tested AI? Calling the data to the agent? Yes. It does not work.
I've never seen it work. I've had a bunch of people test it. And let me just say this. If it were. If AI, AI dialers worked, everyone will be using them.
And once it starts working, I will be the first to tell you because I'll be all over it. For now. Don't waste your money. I've wasted my money on AI dialers. It doesn't work. So, yeah, hopefully that saves you a few thousand bucks.
Cool. Any other questions? Gotcha. Appreciate that. Absolutely happy to help. I wasted like three grand on it, so.
All right, guys, I'm gonna catch y' all later. This live stream will be posted to YouTube so you can re watch it.
