If your clients truly know that you care about what you do and you're passionate about your purpose of protecting families so they're not in a position that you yourself was a few years ago, they can sense it. And if you care more about your client's wallet than making yours bigger. One of my biggest things I take pride in this business is I have over a 95% persistency rate. I rarely ever get chargebacks. I rarely ever get cancellations because I go into the appointment already knowing if they have any type of coverage. So I tell them I give them their two or three options, and then if that's still not fitting in their budget, I give them the minimum that, like Mutual Omaha will do on a policy.
