Here's how you can guarantee success as an insurance agent. These are three habits a top 1% do. Let's start with number one, tracking your numbers. If you set a baseline for what you're doing, you'll know where you need to improve. If you're closing 100% of the people you talk to, but your retention is 10%, you're closing too many people and you need to work on your qualifying process. If you're closing 1% of the people that you talk to, but your retention is 100%, you need to work on your closing. But if you track your numbers, what you track will improve. And now you know what you need to work on so that you can be better. Number two, focus on getting better at sales. You don't need to learn how to build a team, recruit, manage, just start off very, very focused and only on how to sell. And number three is consistent activity. If you work the same amount every single day and you set a baseline for yourself whether or not you feel like working and you take consistent activity and do focused work, I promise you, you will get results and the results will only keep getting better. I have never once seen an agent do all three of these things and not see success.
