Here's how you can make $1,000 per day selling life insurance over the phone. Step one, you need to have more leads than time. This will allow you to truly play the numbers game so that you don't care about the outcome of each individual lead. Number two is to put in high activity. This basically means making a lot of calls. Most agents dramatically underestimate the amount of calls that they need to make to make the income that they want. Which is exactly why you need to set a daily minimum of how many calls you're going to make. And number is to build a sales pipeline. The money is in the follow up. I lose a brain cell every single time that an insurance agent tells me that they throw out a lead if they don't buy on the front end. Just because someone doesn't buy from you right now doesn't mean that they'll never buy. Build in automations to follow up with people for a few months after they become a lead and watch how many sales you make from quote unquote dead leads.
