Going on, guys. It is currently about 5 o' clock on a Friday. We're sitting at about $109,000 in cash collected on the week in my agency, which is a record week for us. Pretty pumped about that. I'm running to the store right now really quick just to grab a drink. It's freaking hot out here in Texas at 96 degrees, as you can see from my dog, who's panting in the backseat. Plans are go get a little drink from the gas station, got to film a couple ads, get a little bit more work done, and then my business partner, his W and my fiance are gonna go celebrate the record week, get some dinner in downtown Austin and fuck around a little bit and hang out. So that's what we're doing right now. Pretty wild. $109,000 in a week. I mean, just like a year ago, we were doing barely $30,000 a month in our business, and we've pretty much 10x'd from that time to now, which has been absolutely insane. It was like our team, we had like five people on our team about a year ago, and now we have like 25 people on the team. Honestly, I don't know our exact headcount, but I know it's less than 30, definitely more than 5, probably more than 20, but I don't know exactly. But yeah, I mean, that, that type of growth in the matter of one year is like, there's a. There's a lot that goes on. There's a lot that you have to do and change as a person fundamentally.
Skill sets you have to learn. Like, it's just, it's such a. It's such a crazy trans, like, transition and transformation to do that. Like literally 10xing your revenue and blowing up your team like that.
It's been a pretty wild ride. I must admit, lifestyle wise, I haven't changed too much. I would say I'm like a very conservative spender. I invest like probably 70, 80% of my income on a monthly basis. And then also whenever you. We do everything with ads. So when you invest that much into growth, a decent portion of your profit goes into Facebook ads. Like roughly 40% of our money goes to Mark Zuckerberg. So he's the real winner in our growth. But I would say I'm currently netting about 20k a month in my salary. Goal is to obviously get that higher, which will just come from obviously increasing revenue, but then also like cutting expenses and cutting costs. So that's kind of like the main thing that I've been focusing on recently, part of the reason I'm about to go film some ads. So let me get this drink, and I'll see you guys in just a second.
With Death has been acquired, the Dr. Pepper flavor is by far the best one. Now it's time to go film some ads. We got a reservation for Brazilian steakhouse at 7pm so in about two hours. So got to go film a couple ads between now and then. And then we're going to go enjoy some dinner. All right, now, for any of you sick bastards that think I'm lying to you or scamming. I'm not. This is just one of our payment processors. Does not include wires or anything done on stripe. If you're a new business owner, don't use stripe. They suck. This is a separate payment processor that we use, but 96k on just that one. About to change into my company, Polo, so that I don't look like I just got done mowing the lawn in this ad that I'm about to film. And then we're gonna get it cooking, bro. About to crank out a couple of these ads. I saw you put out one of my forms but didn't book a call yet. Anything else you think I should film specifically for that one? Like, the recharging? Do you have any iterations of the like. Like, hey, I'm gonna keep following up with you. Hey, you know, like, here's where you are in my funnel. Hey, I'm a great marketer, essentially. I like that one. Here's where you are in my funnel. Exactly. Just like. Just some, like, hey, I'm a great marketer. Like, I'm following you around. You're not gonna escape. You're gonna have to book a call to make the stop. Here's where you are in my funnel. Something along those lines. Yeah. That's funny as hell, dude. Hey, you. Yeah, you. It's Tim here from Advanced Agent Marketing, and in case you haven't realized, I'm retargeting you. You see, you filled out one of my forms online, but yet for some reason, you haven't booked a call yet. All right, just got done filming some ads for about an hour. Gotta go get into some street clothes, and we're gonna head downtown. All right, so we're. We're driving. We're gonna go to Fogo de Chao. Picking up a little wiener dog on the way. Yes, we have a wiener dog in a border collar.
I'll take this moment to kind of just explain, like, what I actually do. What does. Because I feel like you guys kind of just got thrown into the middle of it. Basically what we do is we essentially have like a marketing agency plus an automation AI service for insurance agencies. So essentially what I do is I help the insurance agencies generate leads and then build out like processes for their business. And majority of what we do on that side is with automation and AI. That's pretty much what we do. We run a lot of apps to get clients and then we have a sales team that enrolls those clients into a high ticket offer. And then we have a team on the back end of a fulfillment team and then a client success team. The client success team essentially is more of like a coach, like a, you know, like a one on one coach. And then the fulfillment team basically, like make sure that their ad campaigns are doing well and they're getting appointments and then all the tech and stuff flows smoothly. So that's pretty much like what my business is. I've had this business for the last three years, but I would say it's shifted and changed a lot over that time period. Like when I first started, it was not at all what it is now. Definitely wasn't doing the revenue and profit numbers that it is now, but it was just like way smaller and less of an efficient model. And I don't think we were selling to the right customers. But over time, through iteration, we've just improved that and improved that and improved that to get to the point that we're at.
All right. We made it to downtown safe and sound. Little homies in the back. The tussle there with dog mode on. We're gonna go enjoy some dinner.
All right, boss man. What do you have to say about a record week? Job's not finished, bro. Job's not finished. What does that mean? We still got more. There's gonna be more cash collected this week. More cash collected this week? Oh, for sure. What are we sitting at right now? I think we're at 109. Three somewhere in there.
Yeah, right about there. So tell the what do you do in our company? I get strangers to pay us money. That's what I do. And I teach people how to get strangers to pay us money. That's the job title, right? Pretty much.
What do you think about the Brazilian steakhouse? Good. What was your favorite thing?
Do you like this one or three of our. It's different.
That's like saying, do I like Mav or Kobe better? I like Mav better. Yeah. But this is different. Wow. Because I like both in different ways. You take a sip? No. Are you strong? No. Come on.
This tastes like. Literally, it tastes like water to me. That means you're an alcoholic. I'm not an alcoholic. What do you think about downtown Austin versus where we live? Different vibe, bro. Out here chilling. I think it would be a much harder place to leave, to be honest. Yeah. Why don't we just move down here? Doesn't really make sense. Why does that make sense? Then we'd have to live downtown. A lot going on, a lot of people, a lot of stuff. There's no space. Yeah. Backyard would just be one balcony where you look out over other people's backyards.
We should go check out the bats. Dude, have you ever seen the bats? No. You guys haven't seen the bats? I've heard them.
That's what's about to happen over here. That's why there's so many standing on this bridge. Back city. What? Why are you saying that? Bridge or.
Bridge?
Well, I'm just describing the scene. Your poopies stopping.
No, because there was a time I said poopies instead of. But I. See. I don't even remember how to say it. Little co. Bear instead of saying puppies, she said poopies. One time, like, three years ago. Yeah. And why are you holding him like that? That's how he was tearing my old lady's dress. Yo, Julian, how do you hold a baby? Yeah, exactly. Like.
Starting here to the day. I'm not gonna lie. That's the reason that I never drink. I had three of those little, like, Brazilian drinks last night, got home with a freaking pounding headache and couldn't fall asleep until, like, 4am So 0 out of 10 do not recommend. That is why I am not a fan of drinking. We're about to go get some kava and then take the dogs on, like, a little. Is it a hike or just a park? Take them to a trail, get their energy out, get some food. Probably get an E drink on the way. At least I will. Rachel won't.
And then go back home and get some more work done. Oh, yeah, we got to go to Starbucks for you. And an E drink for me. This is maximum efficiency order. This is literally the best. The best fast casual restaurant in existence. I go here, like, basically every day. And there's this guy in there that works there. He's probably, like, 50 or 60 years old. And every once in a while, like, I'll get a water cup, and then I'll just put in, like, a tiny splash of lemonade, you know, because I don't have, like, little lemons you can put in your water. And so like a couple weeks ago I did that and this guy like chases me down and is like, yo, like that's a water cup. I was like, yeah, I know. I mean I put just a tiny little bit of lemonade in there just to flavor it. He's like, you can't do that. I was like, homie, I come here literally every day. Are you really gonna try to start beef with one of your most regular customers? He's like, yeah, that doesn't matter. And then I walk in the next day with Rachel and all of a sudden he's like the nicest guy in the world. It's like, oh wow. Like how did you, how did you get so lucky? Is it, is it the good looks? You know that you were able to pick up discount which both had double steak and he gave it to us for. I think we each paid $9 for our bowl or something like that. Yeah, weirdo. But anyway, I walked in there today, I asked for two water cups and he follows me over to the section where you fill up your drinks to watch and make sure that I only put water. I think there might be something wrong with that guy. I'm not entirely sure, but yeah, fucking weird. Nice little Saturday.
Afternoon, Saturday noon, Saturday midday stroll, one of those things.
Are you ready?
This is the benefit of it being hot outside. It's very, very quick and easy to tire the dogs. Here's one of them. He can barely even walk. He wants to be carried everywhere. Come here buddy. This is not flower sniffing time. We got places to go, people to meet and money to make. We got our other dog.
Gassed, exhausted, overheating. It's time to go home.
Alright, so.
I was watching a Tai Lopez video.
About basically breaking down his 100 million dollar here in my garage ad took like four pages of notes, something like that, bunch of notes, got some super valuable stuff. Now I basically need to go through and I need to sign some tasks to my video editing team. I filmed a bunch yesterday and I have a VS new VSL that I need to get them to edit. So about to probably film like 10, 15 minutes of just instructions on editing these and I'll see you guys in just a sec. And then I'm gonna basically create a process for tracking numbers inside of our business. Extremely fun stuff. Extremely, extremely fun stuff. Biggest thing that I've heard and realized from the bigger entrepreneurs is like all they do is they have updated number tracking and data and dashboards. And then like the person who's in charge of steering the ship on the business, which is basically me and my company is like essentially looking at those reports and saying, hey, based off of this, this is what we need to focus on. Based off of this, this is what we need to focus on. And if you're like a newer business owner, obviously that's, you know, way, way, way ahead of the curve of where you need to be focusing on. Like in the beginning, the most important thing is just like selling stuff and fulfilling it and marketing and selling and just getting, getting and validating product. But as you start to grow, like, you know, I spend $6,000 a day on ads, figuring out what the biggest bottleneck is could lose or make me legitimately hundreds of thousands of dollars in a month. So I'm realizing that I have to get like way more dialed in with looking at numbers and making decisions on that, which is not the most fun thing. But making more money is definitely.
Just finished up filming like a 30 minute loom video on how to update a damn spreadsheet.
Not the funnest thing that you could possibly do on a Saturday, but just getting a little bit of exercise here, a little bit of sunlight after wiring my brain the out for 30 minutes. Drained from that. But.
Gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. All right, it's like 11:30. I'm gonna wrap it up. Just been looking at numbers and spreadsheets all day. Let's go read and go to bed. One thing I do every day is have like a little Google form I fill out. I call it my personal intake form. So I put in the sleep score for my aura ring, what time I went to bed, what time I woke up, how long I slept, my energy, mood, diet, how focused I was, if I drink a gallon of water, if I meditated and everything else my sleep was. Last night I went to bed at like 4am so I'm sure it's like a 30 sleep score. But we're about to say I'll catch you guys tomorrow. We got something fun playing. We're headed to Six Flags. Julian has never ridden a roller coaster, so.
I'm excited for that. The last time that I went to an amusement park was like years ago. But I actually have been to this Six Flags before, back when I was like 16, 17. Back in the day when I was first trying to get a drop shipping store started, I remember I had this store called Spiritual Planet because I figured that hippies had a lot of money.
And sexual churn.
Spit some heat. You got 30 seconds. Spit some heat. The secret to a PIF secret. To the PIFF. Don't give out payment plans at any cost under no conditions. You want to get the Pit, you just gotta ask for it. They ask you for a payment plan or if you can reduce the price, just simply say no. That is true. I mean, this is actual. Actually, the secret. I remember I jumped on a sales call with one of Savage Subie's guys back in the day. Cyber. His sales guy was not. They did the sale only over phone. It was a phone sale. So I got a call from an Australian number. There's a lot of guys that crush it with that. In the high ticket space, though, I found. Yeah, I think that shit's just crazy, bro. But it was like. It was around Black Friday and this guy calls me and like, honestly, if I didn't know that this was a sales call, I would think this guy, like, was gonna, like, commit suicide. He just sounded so dead inside. It was terrible. And I'm. I looked up online and it was like, yeah, like, the course is like 5k. Okay, 5k for a course? If it's from Sabri. I'd bought his book and gone through a bunch of his shit. I was like, I'll buy it. I'm sure it's good. I buy everyone's shit. And.
He'S like, yeah. Like, I was like, yeah. I saw online. It was like, 5K. He's like, 5K. It's 15K. I was like, what? 15K for a course? He's like, yeah, but I'm not even gonna try to do an Australian accent. Actually, it. No, do it. Do it.
I'm getting a little bit of New Zealander Sam Oven. Just do it. Just do it. I mean, I'm gonna try. He's like, well, actually, we're running a special right now where it's only gonna be 13:5. I was like, what? 13:5. Like, are you serious? I was like, do you guys do payment plans? Like, no, no payment plans. What the. Yeah, anytime they go to tomorrow. I was like, you all right, well, money from my Robinhood account, so I can pay for it. He's like, as long as it's done by tomorrow. I don't know if, like, it's gonna move over. It's like fucking Thanksgiving here in America, brother. I ended up figuring it out, paid in full for a course over the phone. And then later I see, like, some people are paying, like 10 grand for that. I was like. And I know for a fact from getting in there and meeting the people, I was probably one of the only people in there. That piffed bastard. Somebody. Hey, is it okay if I just move around? No.
I'm trying to pay you. Let's go ahead and just. Let's just go ahead and get it done, man. If you can transfer the funds in, that means they're going to come anyways. So you should just go ahead and pay it now and then just wait for those funds to hit. Just pulled up. Julian, what are your thoughts? First impressions? Got a nice waterfall.
Nice waterfall. About to go hit some rides, right, real quick and then hit the water park later when it becomes unbearably hot, which it inevitably will. So, yeah, see you guys inside.
I feel like business is kind of like a roller coaster, bro.
You get on, you think it's just going to be like smooth sailing. Next thing you know, you're riding an emotional high of initial success and then all of a sudden you get absolutely shafted. And then it comes back up and then it comes back down and then you end up basically right where you just started emotionally. What do you think? Thoughts on your first roller coaster? First roller coaster. Six, seven out of ten. What does that mean? Like, scariness or what? No, I'd say like good experience.
No motion sickness. All was good in that realm. Questioned Life for like 30 seconds and I was happy again. That was the tamest one, brother. It only goes up from there.
What do you think? First of all, the worst experience ever. It was my first and last. All right, so I did not film the rest of Six Flags. Honestly. The weather got freaking crazy. We got trapped in a downpour.
And then we drove back. But yeah, it was fun. I don't think Julian and Giovanna, we're huge fans of the roller coasters, but that's okay. We end up going to the water park and hang out there for a bit. But yeah, man, I mean, that pretty much wraps up the weekend. I'm about to go grab a protein style In N Out burger. I'm on keto right now. It's about to go. Grab that, actually. Two of them and smash. Yeah, two of them. Smash that. Film another video for you guys and then meditate and get ready for next week and then watch a sermon from church. So that's the plan. See you guys in the next one.
