The Best AI Agency Offer For 2026

Timothy Schucker outlines an AI agency model that scaled to $500k/month by combining lead generation with automation. The offer bundles AI-created video ads, Meta Pixel-trained lead generation, and chatbot nurture sequences, priced $1,500 to $5,000 monthly. Success comes from niching into local verticals and reusing assets across clients.

All right, in today's video, I'm going to be breaking down the best AI agency offer for 2026. This is the exact offer that we use to scale our agency from zero to $500,000 in a month. And in this video, I'm going to walk you through what the offer is, how to structure it, how to sell it, how to fulfill it, and how to price it. This isn't just some random idea that I came up with off of the Internet like most of the other videos out there. This is the exact offer structure we are using in the Tren right now in our 500k per month agency. Now, if you're new to the channel, I'm documenting my journey of growing my own agency to a million dollars per month and sharing the lessons that I learned along the way to help you start yours as well. I also have a completely free school community where I share all of the resources that I talk about in these videos, linked down below in the description. So without any further ado, let's dive in. All right, so as you guys can see right here, we're going to be talking about the number one AI agency offer that prints money in 2026. Now, a couple things that you guys need to take note of. And the first one is a lot of people get super in the weeds, and they get super excited about all this new technology, and they think that if they're not using, like, literally a tech software that came out 15 seconds ago, they're not gonna make money. But in reality, business owners do not care about technology. They do not care. Okay, let me explain what I mean by that. You see, most people think that they have to build out some crazy, complex automation or have something that's like, super cutting edge in order to make money, in order for people to care. But in reality, business owners just care about results, and they just care about getting their problem solved. Right? So I want to kind of lay this foundation for you guys, because so many people get caught up in this, right? For each offer, we need to identify what problem does this solve. We don't want to just create an AI tool for the sake of creating an AI tool or just, you know, make some automation. For the sake of making an automation, it still has to solve a problem that business owners really have. And that is exactly what the software does. All right, now again, before we dive in, I want to touch on one more thing for you guys, and that is the. That is efficiency versus growth. Okay? So each offer that you make can do one of two things. It either saves a business owner money, right? Let's say this is their cost and this is their revenue, right? You save the money, therefore increasing their profit, or you simply help them grow, right? So you add additional revenue onto what they were doing currently. If again, this would be revenue and this would be cost. So efficiency, you're either saving them time or money, like a customer support automation, a customer onboarding automation, or something of the like. Whereas a growth offer drives more revenue. So lead generation and a chatbot that books appointments, this is going to be growth, which helps drive revenue. Now, if I were to pick between the two, typically I would pick growth because it's going to be easier for me to.
Charge more if I'm charging a percentage of this versus a percentage of a small amount of money that I'm saving them. Right? So what I prefer to do is actually a hybrid model where you do both, right? So you're helping them with leads, and then you're also saving the money by improving their efficiency. So we want to combine elements of driving revenue as well as improving efficiency. And this is basically what I call an AI growth partner, right? That is what we want to be for these businesses. And you can niche down, specifically we're niche down. Or you can go broad, which I wouldn't recommend. I would recommend niching down, right? So let's talk about what this actually entails. So the first pillar is using AI for ads. All right? Now you can do this in one of two ways. You can either use AI on your end to help create the ad. So using AI to write a lot of the scripts, using AI to do a lot of the research for the scripts, using AI to even create the videos, right? Or you can use softwares like. So that actually would be the or. So you can either use AI to help you create the scripts and then you use real people in the ads, or you can use AI to actually create the full videos by using like Sora or VO3. Okay? So you can create a library or a, you know, asset portfolio, if you want to call it something fancy of your ads, right? So you create all these ads that you own, you're and your. You and your company have ownership of. And then you can actually run and license those ads for clients. So you allow the clients to license your creatives to get results. This is exactly what Jim launched it way back in the day. And so you could either do this within a local area so you could sell territories. Like, let's say, for example, I work with H Vac companies and I Say, hey, we have all of these ad creatives that we know get results, we know they generate results, we know they generate leads. You can claim the territory that is your city and then no one else can come in there. And then you charge them a monthly fee in order to license those ads as well as the other things that we're going to touch on in this video. And it's very sticky because once you own a certain area, you know that, hey, if I leave, one of my competitors is going to come in and take this. Now the reason that this works so well is if you're using like VO3 or so ads, this type of content is currently going viral, right? If you go on social media, at least my feed is all VO3 and Sora and AI videos. It's just all over right now. Doesn't mean that forever you'll want to create VO3 and soar ads. But right now it does work. It may come, there may come a time in the future where Facebook decides they don't want those ads and then they kind of push away from it. But for now, using and creating these type of ads, whether you're having it write the scripts or actually having it generate the entire video for you is great. So again, how to deliver, we briefly touched on this. Number one, you want to pick a niche. Let's just say I did H vac. You're going to create VO3 videos that are targeting that niche, demonstrating you're good at marketing. So this is a big key here. I'll have my editors throw up like an example of one of the VO3 ads that we make.
You see the top producers in the space, the ones making multi 6 and 7 figures, they aren't buying dinner for plate lickers. They aren't paying $300 per lead and making lead vendors rich. And they definitely aren't waiting around for warm market referrals to fall into their lap. Instead, they're using an AI powered system that generates qualified leads and uses the power of video to build trust with those leads. And the best part is you get pre booked appointments with people who already know who you are. But look, don't just take my word for it. Look at what Steven had to say. Or Charles who sold 1.2 million in his first month. Or Brendan who made $230,000 in commission in only four months. Here's how it works. We put you in the ad and position you as the go to expert so that clients become familiar with you and trust you before you ever, ever even speak to them. So instead of having to give dinner seminars at a local restaurant to people who only came for the food, you can take your wife to places like this and make money from anywhere. If you're ready to scale your annuity production and do so while enjoying your life, click Learn more below to watch a short video that explains how we can get you pre booked appointments with wealthy retirees on autopilot. Or you can keep feeding plate lickers, buying leads and setting your money on fire, or sitting around and waiting for referrals to fall into your lap.
When is somebody going to give me a referral?
The choice is totally up to you. But if you want to be able to work from anywhere and have wealthy clients coming to you, click, learn more and we'll see you there.
But what we do is essentially we are, it's like a meta concept. So I'll create this ad that's like, hey, if you want X result, click on this ad. We're going to basically get you X result with this AI system. And, and the ad that they're seeing is made with AI, right? So they're like, wow, this is a really good ad. So we demonstrate that we're good at marketing by simply being good at marketing. And this is, you know, if you look at what Alex Hormozi did with his offer book, his leads book and then his money models book, it was the meta concept. And when you can do that in your ad and be like, hey, our ads are so good, think about what they're going to look like for you. You're proving multiple things simultaneously, killing multiple birds with one stone, if you will. And then basically again you go and you create those AI ads using Sora or VO3 to then run them for your clients. All right? Now the next piece is using AI lead generation. So here's the thing. A lot of people just slap AI in front of anything, any service and just call it AI this, right? And to some extent AI lead generation is kind of that. But what I want you guys to understand is like.
What'S going to happen with AI, right? Like people will say that anything is an AI business, but in reality it actually is, right? Let's zoom back and go to like the 70s or the 80s. There were probably people, if they, if they had YouTube back then, there would have been people talking about, hey, start a computer business, start a computer business, start a computer business. Nowadays, every business is a computer business. This, it's going to be the exact same thing with AI, right? So a AI lead generation is simply Just going to be lead generation. But in reality this is using AI, but at the end of the day, it's also just lead generation. So essentially what we do is we go one step further than what most of these like lead generators do online. And we leverage Meta's AI and their Pixel to optimize for qualified leads for our clients. So Meta's AI is one of the most advanced and sophisticated algorithms and systems in the world. So we can basically do something called Pixel conditioning on our client's behalf to help them get better results and more qualified leads. So what we'll do is essentially like, let's say you have a survey. So I'll just draw a survey. You have a, B, C and D. Right. So let's say if they answer A, I don't know, let's just say that. How much are you making a month? This is 5k per month.
This is 10k per month, this is 15k per month, and this is 20k per month. Right. Let's say my client only wants people that are doing 10k a month or more. Well, if somebody clicks on.
5K a month.
Then I would not count that as a lead. So put a red X there. But if they put 10k a month, 15k a month, or 20k a month, I would count that as a lead. So how does that actually look? Well, we run the ad on Facebook. Facebook delivers as a person. We say, hey, is this person qualified? If so, we send it back to Facebook's AI and it then trains Facebook to find us more of these people. So it's essentially like a positive feedback loop. And if they don't, we say, hey, this person is not qualified. We send them back to the AI diagnostic is the Facebook, and then they feed us less of these people. Right, less of those people. So over time, as we train Facebook's AI for our clients, they're going to get higher quality leads more consistently. And most people, you know, someone running an H VAC business, or an insurance agent in our case, or a dentist, like, they don't know how to do this stuff. And so if you can come in and help them set this up and run it for them and charge them for it, you can make a lot of money. And the next piece is going to be AI lead nurture. So we talked about ads, AI lead generation, now AI lead nurture. Okay, so once the lead comes in, we're going to set up and develop an AI chatbot to nurture, conversate with those leads, and then book appointments directly on the client's. Calendar. Now there's a million ways that you could go about setting this up. What we do is we just build most of it and go high level and then we're able to create a snapshot that we just duplicate for our clients so we can customize it if we need to. But for the most part we do the work one time and then we can continue to resell it. And those are the best offers and the best things to sell in business is you do it one time, right? So this is your effort, but then your reward.
Let's say that red is effort and then green is reward. You get rewarded for over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. But your effort stays the same, right Versus with like a custom service every time. Our effort is always going up. We want it to, our effort stays the same and then we can sell the same thing over and over again.
And so yeah, you can build a lot of basic chat bots directly within GoHighLevel. And then if you want to get more complex with it, you could go out and build something in N8N or there's other options as well. So you're going to start with those basic automations. These are, this is what I would basically build into your go high level. You're gonna have a new lead appointment booking bot. I would make one that uses AI and then one that does not use AI because sometimes people get frustrated with the AI and they just want to turn it off. Like we've had instances where people are literally happy with everything else, but they just hate the automations and so we just shut them off. You want to have an appointment reminder sequence. So this is once somebody books, you're going to send them emails and texts to make sure that they show up to the call. If they don't show, you're going to have a follow up sequence the client can use and then you also want to have a new client referral and review sequence. So basically what we're doing is when they get a new lead, we're conversating with the lead. When they book an appointment, we're making sure they show up. If they don't show up, we're getting them back on the calendar and if they close, we're getting referrals and reviews. That's essentially all in a nutshell. Like if you sell that system, that's what every business owner wants. And then based off of the niche that you choose, you can add on and tack on different things, which is what we've done in our industry. And you can, you can sell so many other services from that. But this is a cold, friendly offer. You could sell this with cold outreach. You could sell this on an ad. It's something that people want and they pay a lot of money for. So let's get into pricing. So you can charge anywhere from $1,500 a month to 5k a month. And honestly, you could even charge more. We are around the 5k per month mark with this. If you're just getting started, I would probably go closer to here. And then as you build up more demand and demand and demand, you can raise your prices. We usually do these in three month agreements. So it'll be three months.
5K per month. So it's 15k.
And then after the three months, usually in month two.
