Guys, I got Julian closing up a little deal ski here. Just wanted to kind of update you guys with how everything's going with the agency, the ups and downs of building a remote life insurance agency. Right now we're. So we just brought on two agents. One is like, still moving his contracts over, kind of getting that whole process sorted out. The other one isn't what I call contracting purgatory. And so basically she's in this little like, crappy period where she is moving her contracts over and she has some, but she doesn't have all of them. And so just want to kind of like walk you guys through, like, what this process is actually looking like and what it looks like as an agent and then also what it looks like as an agency. So Julian's been working on training her for the last two weeks. Two weeks? Week and a half, something like that. She was the first person we brought on. Absolute monster of a agent, right? Like, she was already writing about a policy a day before, getting no training, no support. She shows up working with us. She stays on the zoom until like 9:30 at night, Eastern time, every single night. And she's in Eastern time. So she's staying on till, you know, 9:30 or later her time role playing the script, studying the script, mastering the objections. And just like her progress of how much she's improved just over the last like, week and a half of being at our agency, it's absolutely mind blowing, right? And so she's killing it, putting all the work in. But the problem is she'll get these people on the phone that are like ready to sign up. Like, she's basically closing people, but then she can't write the application, right? So get someone from, you know, a state that she's not licensed in or a state where she doesn't have a certain carrier or whatever and she's not able to write them, right? So super frustrating for her, super frustrating for us. But the thing is, this is kind of just like this is part of it, right? This is part of the business. Whenever you bring somebody on, whenever someone's switching, IMO's like, this is kind of the process that they have to go through. So the biggest thing that we're focusing on is just like keeping a positive mindset with all of that, making sure that, you know, she knows that, like, she's literally right on the cusp. If you're watching this, by the way, you're freaking killing it. And you're literally like, once these contracts post, like, you're gonna have 10k weeks.
For sure. Like there's no question about that in my mind. So, yeah, that's kind of, that's kind of where we're at. Bringing on a couple agents, trying to figure out the situation with contracting and just get her past that so she can start producing, she can start making money, we can start making money and we can start growing this thing. But yeah, I mean, that's the, that's the raw reality. Like sometimes things, sometimes things go great, right? Like Julian's producing a ton of insurance, our system's working great, but then there's these other things that kind of come up and cause problems, but that's just part of business and the key is just sticking with it and, you know, rolling with the punches, but that's where we're at.
Production's good, lead flows good, everything's awesome. We're looking to bring on some more people. So if you're watching this and you're like, hey, I want to be a part of this agency. We provide all the leads, we do everything like that. So yeah, just click the link down below. I put together like a 20 minute video going into what the agency looks like. Ton of training. We offer super in depth support to basically help you reach your fullest potential, make six figures in the industry, selling over the phone and be a part of something big. So, yeah, guys, that's pretty much where we're at. Just wanted to shoot this quick little video, raw, unedited, and tell you guys where we're at, the agency. So catch you guys in the next one. Peace.
