This Annuity Script Makes $50 Million Per Year [STEAL IT]

Tim Schucker walks through a 33-page annuity sales script that generates $50 million annually. It covers appointment-setting word tracks, an eight-question discovery flow, and a three-option product presentation framework (MYGA, Income Annuity, FIA) with objection handlers and follow-up templates included.

I partnered with a $50 million per year annuity producer to create the most comprehensive annuity sales script that has ever been created in human history. And in this video, I'm going to show you what it is and how you can get your hands on it. So without any further ado, let's dive in. So let me share my screen here and I'm going to walk you guys through the $50 million per year annuity sales script. So this thing is a beast. It's like 33 pages. We have all of the objection overcomes everything listed out here. So let me just show you guys kind of how this works and I'll give you brief overview of the script, how to use it, everything else. So first and foremost, you have the appointment setting call. So whenever you're calling an annuity lead to set an appointment, it's a bit different than life insurance. Okay. So this is essentially kind of like how it goes. So I'll be like, hey, is this Diane? Yeah, this is Diane. Great. Diane, this is Tim. I was calling you on behalf of. And then here you would basically just insert whatever the lead brand is that you're buying leads from. If you're buying them from us, we'll tell you what the lead brand name is whenever you purchase it. So you can kind of have that congruency or you're generating your own leads, you say whatever the name of your Facebook page is. Right. So I'll just say, great. This is Tim. I was just calling on behalf of Annuity Professionals.com. you recently filled out a form online requesting some information about annuities. What questions did you have that I can help with? Now you may hear that and you might think, you know, if you're coming from a life insurance background or why would you leave it open ended like this? Well, the reason why is because annuities are a much different sale than life insurance. You can't like push somebody into moving half of their retirement savings over. It's more of like a, it's more of a pool. Right. So I want to ask open ended questions that get them to tell me why they filled it out. But you'll also find the cool thing about annuities is usually people are way more receptive to having this conversation than, you know, if you're just like calling leads over and over and over and trying to get someone to buy life insurance. So there's four main responses that they'll give you and they're all listed out here. Oh, I'm just curious about the highest rate I'm worried about market risk. Okay. I'm looking for the best. Fia. Cool. I'm looking for lifetime income. So let's just say this person says, I'm worried about market risk. Okay? Yeah, I completely understand. A lot of people are in the same boat. The good news is that annuities are specifically designed to protect you from market risk while still giving you the opportunity for growth. So I'll show you exactly how that works in just a moment. But just to make sure I'm showing you the right options, just need to ask you a couple of quick questions first. Sound good? Yeah, that sounds good. Cool. So then what's cool about the script is everything. We use what's called bookmarks in Google Docs. So the ideal way that you'll use this script and I'll include a link down below where you can get access. The script's like 27 bucks. You get literally everything that I'm showing you. The way that this works is we use book bookmarks in Google Docs. So you'll have this up on your screen, and then as you're setting the appointment, you can kind of like jump between where you need to be. So now I would jump to discovery questions, and it takes me right where I need to be. Cool. So for the purposes of the examples I'm about to show you, what number would you like me to use? Are we talking fifty thousand, a hundred thousand, five thousand, or five hundred thousand? This will basically just help me shop the best rates for you. So what you're doing here is when you ask this question, you're basically getting them to tell you exactly how much money they have, right? Because if they say 50,000, well, that's probably what they want to put in the annuity anyway. Like, whatever they say for the example is what they would actually do anyway. Right. So let's say they say 100,000. Okay, yeah, got it. And where would that money be coming from? You know, would it be coming from an IRA, 401k Roth brokerage account? Savings account? Oh, it'd be coming from a 401k. Amazing. And let's just say that we use that $100,000 that you mentioned. What percentage of your overall retirement assets would that represent? Only reason to ask is just to make sure that whatever I'm going to show you is actually suitable, because there are fiduciary guidelines I have to follow. So then you're basically getting them to tell you exactly how much money they have without saying, cool. And how much money do you have saved for retirement in all of your accounts combined, which creates friction and resistance and makes it harder for you to close the deal. So this right here, like when I was creating the script with the $50 million producer, Roy, you know, this right here is like some of like the ninja tactics that you just pick up over the years that somebody is just getting into this or is just trying to learn annuities from their upline. It was never sold or maybe sold one or two annuities to their grandma. They don't have this level of like, the tactics aren't as dialed in as they are here. Then if they hesitate, you got a word check for that. But let's just say they don't. Now I'm going to go to question number four. Amazing. And what's your main goal with the money? Is it to park it somewhere to get a solid fixed rate for a few years? Or is it to park it somewhere and try to get as much growth as possible without any downside? Or are you trying to create a guaranteed stream of lifetime income? So those are like the three main things, three main goals people have when they're buying an annuity. They either want to put it somewhere and get as much growth as possible without any downside, which would mean you would be selling a FIA or fixed index annuity. They're either trying to create a guaranteed stream of lifetime income and income annuity, or they want to put it somewhere and get a fixed rate for a few years. Years, which would be a MYGA or multi year guaranteed annuity. Okay. Those are the three most common paths. Sometimes they'll have no idea what their goal is and that's totally fine. There's a way that we can kind of, you know, coax that out of them. But a lot of times they will. Right then. Okay, perfect. Yeah. I'm going to put some information together on, on my end. How old are you currently? We asked this instead of date of birth because date of birth is more invasive. Perfect. Thanks for that. And how much longer do you plan on working? When are you planning on retiring? This gives us more information. Next, pension and income sources. And once you hit retirement, you have a pension from your employer that will kick in. So this is telling us, what do they have currently? What do they have say for retirement? What do they have coming in in income? All of this. Okay. And what about Social Security? Right. And then next we ask about income need. So thinking about your retirement, what is the ideal monthly or annual income look, look like for you to be totally comfortable? And if they have no idea. Yeah, okay. No worries. It's totally common. I'll make this easy for you. Do you think you'll need to spend. Do you think you'll need more or less than what you're making now? So these are. There's eight main discovery question. Pretty simple. Again, if you get the script, you have literally everything here. Otherwise, just take notes, you get all the discovery questions, and then from there, you're going to transition to Zoom. Never try to sell an annuity over the phone. It will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever work. All right, so transition to Zoom. Here's how you do it. Perfect. So the best way for me to show you all this is basically just to share my screen. I'm going to send you a quick Zoom link. You can open it on your computer, or if you're on your phone, you can just turn it sideways and see the screen. That'll just basically make it easier for you to see everything. What's the best email or phone number to sen? You want to get them on a desktop. Ideally, that's 100% your best bet. If you can't get them on the phone, make them turn the screen sideways. That's certainly doable, but it's not optimal. If they resist, you have these common objection overcomes. So they're like, oh, I don't have zoom. Got that. Oh, I'm driving. Got that. Just give me the numbers over the phone. Of course we got that. But if they don't give you any objections, you just click right here and it goes straight into presenting the annuity. So we got some pro tips for you. Always zoom in on your screen. A lot of times you're dealing with retirees. Vision notoriously deteriorates as people age, so you need to make it easy for your potential clients to see small numbers. All right, so zoom in on your screen. Show, don't tell. So you want to use the quoting software. We recommend using annuities. Genius. I'll throw a affiliate link in the comments down below. So you guys, I think you get like a free trial or something, and then I make money, so I'd appreciate if you use it. But this makes it a lot more concrete than just like saying concepts. Like, most people when they try to sell an annuity, they'll just use like they call it the hand puppets, and they'll be like, oh, you know, stair steps up. People don't know what the hell you're talking about. Show them numbers. Show them visuals and concrete examples, letting the client choose. You don't ever want to push them. This is not like life insurance. You let them choose, address objections, proactively, use the split strategy. We'll talk about this later. And then always set the next appointment before ending the call. That should be obvious. Cool. So as you're going through doing the discovery questions, you're inputting that information into annuities. Genius. Okay, then when you pull it up, this is what you're doing. All right, Cool. So can you see my screen okay? Yes, they can. Amazing. Perfect. So we're going to spend the next 10 to 15 minutes walking through the main three annuity strategies available to you. My goal is to give you a full transparent overview so you can make the best decision for your retirement. Why do we show them three examples? The reason why we call this natural selection selling. Most people do what I call unnatural selling when you force people into yes or no decisions. Right. Like, oh, do you want an annuity? Right. So this is like the kind of the psychology behind why this works so well. The neuroscience of decision making. When you give people yes or no decisions, what happens in their brain is something called the amygdala is activated. This is basically what triggers a defensive or fear slash loss decision. Right. They're avoiding fear. When you give them a binary yes or no, they default to no versus comparative decisions. Use the prefrontal cortex, which is for decision making and analytical thinking. That's what you want to get them in, not in the fear based decision of yes or no. Right. Especially when you're talking about moving a bunch of their money. It should be a evaluation, not a fear aversion decision. So yes or no decisions trigger the amygdala. Comparative decisions trigger the prefrontal cortex. Most people, when they sell annuities or when they sell anything, they just try to force people into a product, right? Like, oh, you need to buy an fia. You need to buy an fia. An FIA is a fixed index annuity for anyone that doesn't know. That's generally what agents make the most money on versus with natural selection selling, you are letting people pick what they want, you are letting them default to what they find the most attractive. And you get more sales, more referrals, more money. Everything is better. So that's why we show them all three options. Okay, amazing. So then here's where you're going to go into that. So you're going to present whatever they were most interested in. This is why in the discovery questions, we asked them, what is your goal with the money? Okay. Now if they're looking for A fixed rate, you're going to click here, right? Oh, they just want the guaranteed fixed rate. That's what you do. If they want lifetime income, you click here. And if they want growth without downside, you click here. So a little bit of context for you guys. Three main types of annuities that you're going to be selling. Myga Income Annuity fia. Okay. MYGA is basically, they get a fixed rate for a fixed period of time. Very simple. Let's say 5% for five years. Can't go up, can't go down. Stays 5% for five years. Can'T technically compare it to a CD, but it's kind of like a CD. Okay. If they want lifetime income, basically you give me 100 grand, I pay you $8,000 a year, every year until you die. That's lifetime income. If they want growth without downside, this is what you hear your upline talking about. When he says sell annuities, he's usually talking about selling FIAs, right? Fixed Indexed annuities. That's where you get like that stair step. Oh, when the market goes up, you participate, but when the market goes down, you stay the same. That's fia, right? We have an acronym because you all, you always want to present all three. Always present all three. The reason why? A couple reasons. One, somebody else will. If you're trying to sell someone on an annuity, they're going to do their due diligence, they're going to do their research. They're not just going to give you all their money in a two call close and not look anything up or talk to anyone. I mean, obviously, right? Some of you guys just like, you don't comprehend that. Of course they will. Right? So if you can be the one that's educating them and giving them all the information, you're the trusted source, not their financial advisor. Because someone else is going to jump on the phone and they're going to show them this option, this option, this option. And then you're going to lose trust because they're like, why did they only show me one? So show them all three. Other reason. A lot of times people will come in just looking for the fixed rate, which is where you earn the lowest commission. But when you show them all the other options, they actually end up getting another one, right? So you'll sell more, you'll sell more often, and you'll sell with more trust and get more referrals. Okay? So you always want to go in this order. Myga Income fia. Fia. Myga Income Income fia. MYGA so it's always M, I, F, M, I, F, M, I, F. If I start on I, I go to F and then I go to M. If I start on F, I go to M and then I go to I. If I start on M, I go to I and then I go to F. It's a pattern, pretty simple. The reason why is because it makes the, the presentation transition more smoothly. So if they want a fixed rate, boom, go here, present the myga. We have a whole checklist that you can use for presenting the myga presentation checklist. And again, you literally just click the link down below. You get access to this whole thing. It's like 27 bucks. You get, you get all that. Introducing the Myga concept. So the simplest option is called. So this is the checklist for like your mental checklist as you're running through it. Do these things. Explain the Maya from a high level overview. Cool. So, so, Mr. Prospect, this is the simplest option. It's called a multi year guaranteed annuity, or MYGA for short. I'm just going to say that from here on out, the easiest way to think of it is it's basically you're getting a guaranteed fixed rate for a period of time. Does that make sense? Right. Cool. This is for people who want a simple guaranteed fixed rate of return. So I'm explaining who this is for, how it works, right? Then I'm going to go on the quoting software and I'm going to show them different examples, right? You have the word checks written out. I'm not going to go through all of this for the sake of time. But you go through and you present the annuity again, if you want all these word tracks, link down below. Then you have different things like, hey, if they ask about liquidity or surrender charges, boom, you got all that. Then next you're going to go through and do a temp check on how they feel about the myga. So Diane, how do you feel about the myga basically getting a guaranteed fixed rate without any fees or having to worry about the market? All that sounds amazing. Blah, blah, blah. Awesome. Great to hear it. The thing is, I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't at least show you what the other options were and then you can decide which one's the best fit for you. So the next one I'm going to show you is MI Income Income Annuity. You got your mental checklist. So this option is for people who want to create their own guaranteed lifetime income. One of the biggest things you'll Hear top retirement experts say is that it's not about how much money you have in your account, but it's about how much money you have coming in each month. Does that make sense? Have you ever heard that? Right, so I'm ending it with, like a question. Does that make sense? Have you ever heard that? Because if they're, if they don't think that income matters more, this is obviously not going to. So if they disagree. Oh, they say the bigger the balance, the more you take out. You got a word check for that? They say, no, they've never heard of it. You got a word check. If they agree, you're like, cool. Why do you think that they say that? They'll tell you. Usually they'll be right in terms of why what is coming in each month matters more than what you have. Correct. It's interesting because they've actually done studies with, with people. The people with guaranteed income actually live longer, happier lives because they aren't stressed about money. And watching the markets. How do you think it would feel to basically have a guaranteed check coming in every month, no matter what happened to the market? Politics, word events, let's say Canada and Mexico attack us at the same time. You're still getting that income. You're still getting that check every single month. Then they're going to tell you how they feel, like it would feel, how they think it would feel to have guaranteed income, which is what you want. You want them to visualize and imagine living in the situation where they have this product. Then you're going to go through and show them the illustration. So I'm basically just painting the whole dream before I even show them. And then I go through the illustration, I show them how much income they could get. They're married. I'm going to add this. If they're single, I'll add this. And then here's the kicker, right? So with the income annuity, most people do is they use something called the 4% rule. So if you have a million dollars saved, 4% of that is what you can safely withdraw from it every single year and never touch your principal or the million dollars. You would never touch dollars, hypothetically, because the market would go up, you'd take money out, but it wouldn't actually hit. You could do that forever is the theory. So that's what most people are familiar with in retirement. So if you compare this to that, usually the income annuity is going to illustrate it, like 8% a year. So I could put 100 grand in or a million dollars a Year in and take $80,000 every year and never run out of money. Right. So that's why we compare it to the 4% rule. Then you do the temp check. Boom. Boom. Awesome. Now you go to the fia. So you explain how the FIA works. Again, all the word checks are list. For the sake of time, I'm not going to go through each of these things. Okay, temp check. Now you go through and you help them compare. So you've seen all three options. The simple fixed rate myga, the growth oriented fia, and the lifetime income annuity. Based on our conversation earlier, you had said that your main priority was income. What's your intuition telling you now? Which of these paths do you feel like is best for you? So I'm tying it back. Whatever they told me their goal was, which one do you think is best? They choose one option. Clearly pretty simple. You just go and do it. They're unsure of what to do. Word check for that. Then you're going to go through and set up the second zoom call. So, Diane, this has been a lot of information. Once you feel 100% comfortable, people oftentimes get excited when they see the numbers, but then they get really nervous and that's totally normal. I don't want to rush you, so let's do this. Why don't we let all this soak in. I'm going to send you some information over. So you're basically building this trust and setting up the second visit. So what you do here, film a loom video, Send them the loom video overviewing everything that you did and have them write down any questions that they have about the annuity and then you set up an another appointment. On that next appointment, you're going to go through and you're going to review all of their questions. These are the most common questions people have. It's also linked in the script as well as every single possible objection that you can get. All linked here, right? Oh, I need to think about it. You got that? All of it. But specifically in this section you have the faq. So common questions. So they'll come back and they'll usually be asking these questions, well, what happens if I die? Does the insurance company keep my money? Money? Answer, well, I have to pay a big tax bill if I move my money. Answer, when can I access my money if I. All of it is answered for you. And you can just copy these answers. These are all the most common questions. Okay, so then from there you answer your questions and then you just go straight in the application and if they give you objections, you have them all listed here. So. And then we also have the follow up process as well for you guys, for everything, emails and text that you can send people also. So ladies and gentlemen, this is the 50 million dollar annuity sales script. Again, link down below. If you want access to this, there's a whole training on it. There's even an AI tool that lets you role play and practice the script so you can continue to refine it and get it better. So yeah, go ahead and get access and I will see you guys in the next video. Peace.
