This Office Set Up Makes Me $400k/mo (STEAL IT)

Timothy Schucker credits his office setup for growing his business from $100k to over $400k monthly in four months. He uses a DSLR as a webcam via Elgato, a treadmill desk, balance board, and Shure microphone. The mix of seating options, mood lighting, and professional-looking backdrop kept him working longer and made clients take him more seriously.

This is the exact office that I worked in to go from $100,000 a month in my business to over $400,000 a month in just a matter of four months. So basically, I built and scaled my entire business within these four walls. And part of it, you could say, was because of the things that are inside of it, how it's set up, how it's optimized for, ultimately, productivity and helping me work. So I'm going to give you guys a tour, show you every single thing in the office, and basically show you how it helps me be more productive. Start off here with the bookshelf. Okay, so on the bookshelf, I actually got this from another. Another creator, Ravi. Above all, he's also a business owner, and he kind of has his bookshelf structured in this way where you got all these books on it, and then you have cool little, like, knickknacks, and then you also have lighting on the back. So what I found is, like, the cooler, and as you could say, like, the more of a vibe and the more enjoyable my office is, the more time I want to spend here. Like, this is by far my. My favorite room in the house. Right? So you go right here. I got this little, like. I guess it's almost like a dehumidifier, or not a dehumidifier, but a mystifier. I don't know what it's called. It burns or lights up incense in the form of, like, water vapor into the air, and it kind of looks like it's on fire, and I think it's just really cool. So that's pretty much the entire utility of this. It makes me want to spend more time in my office. Got all these, like, little knickknacks. Like, I remember when I was a kid, I started a college fund with a bunch of coins. So I still have that jar here. Obviously, I didn't end up using it, and that might have paid for one meal at college, but it's just kind of like a cool little thing that I have here. Got this sign. A buddy of mine made this for me. It's my business logo. There are a bunch of fake cash here sitting at the drawer. I just think it kind of looks cool. And then I got all these books. Some of these are nonfiction, some of these are fiction. Like this with the Bible, Steve Jobs. I mean, like, literally tons and tons and tons of books. And then as you can see right here, like, as my Backdrop in the YouTube videos, it looks really cool. Got this little, like, crystal Tree thing that I got in Brazil. I really enjoy this. I think it's cool and like is centered there. I think it just looks pretty sick. Got this whiteboard that has my business's logo on there. A couple watches. Nothing too crazy, but my girlfriend gave me this, I think for New Year's one year or fiance now. Little Tissot prx.
This is just a cool little watch that I got. It's like probably five bucks, but I think it's cool. Alpha brain black label. And then this is like a watch box and a little crypto wallet. And then we got plant there. I'm terrible at taking care of plants. So they kind of just come in here, look cool for a couple weeks, and then die. Pretty sad life cycle for plants, but you know, it is what it is. Got this cool little bowl thing I got in Thailand and then Himalayan salt lamp, if we can turn it on. I think these just really add to the vibe of the room. Signed Kobe Bryant jersey. Sitting there just casually. More books, more books. Little massage gun and just some other stuff. And this cool little sign thing that I got. Then we got a couple plants. I feel like these frame the backdrop really well, look cool and just make me want to spend more time here. Then I got this little like mood lighting thing in the back that just kind of sits there in the corner and makes the room look nicer. Signed little photo from Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan. And then this cool little photo here that just sits there. And then there's the view of my backyard. Also got this little sign thing over here on the wall. And then photo of Kobe on the floor. So that's kind of like the. The vibe here in the office. Let me show you guys what I have, like when I'm sitting at my desk. So I have this like, cool little mat.
Or rug. I guess it's like kind of like Greek themed. I think it looks super cool, like spartan. And then I actually just recently bought this. This is a balance board. So what I can do, I go here and then I can kind of like stand on it and like, it wobbles back and forth. And I found that this is like, much more enjoyable than just like standing flat, you know, like this. If I have this thing, it just makes it like it's. It keeps more. More entertained. Like when you're ADHD like me and it's hard for you to stay focused, you got to have like a ton of little things to just stack the deck in your favor. And that's ultimately like, that's what this whole video is about is how to stack the deck in your favor. Because I guarantee you, if this room was just like white wall with like nothing here and like a crappy little desk and a laptop, I would not have scaled my business the way that I did. Okay, so a little balance board so I can switch between the office chair, which I need a new office chair. This thing kind of sucks. I can switch between that, the treadmill desk, which I just move under here and I can do the treadmill and the balance board or I could just stand with my feet. So I have all these different options. So let me show you guys the computer and how this works. So basically everything runs through this laptop here, right? So I have plugged into this, I have this little like.
Adapter thing that goes here and then everything's essentially run out of this thing. So we have.
A camera as well hooked up to it. So the camera broadcasts whatever it sees here and then it sends it into Obs Studio or loom or whatever. So that's connected through this little elgato runs in there and then that runs straight into the laptop here. I also have like, I think the hdmi. Yeah, the HDMI is also set up here. So that runs into this Samsung monitor, which works pretty well for me. And then what else? I also have this shure mic. I get so many compliments on the audio quality with this. It's. It's just absolutely amazing. So much better than anything else. It was like 400 bucks, but 1000% worth it because I never have issues with audio. So that runs into this, which then runs into this thing, which then runs into this. So it's really like I could probably get someone to come help me with cable management and would make it look nicer, but I don't really care. Just works. And I'm not planning on staying in this house long term, but this whole setup basically means that I like my webcam is my. My webcam is a DSLR camera. So I look like a fucking professional on calls or whatever. Like it just look it, you know, raises your status. And then I also have podcast level audio quality, which is great. So whenever I film videos, it's just looks. Looks really good. So we'll come back over here. Then I have this little USB.
Connector into my laptop which allows me to use the mouse.
So I use my mouse for. Directly here I have. This is like a ergonomic thing for your mouse. So I can kind of rest my hand here. If you don't have this, then like your wrist Just ends up hurting. So honestly, I can't take this thing for granted, but if I didn't have it, it would be very annoying. And then I have this keyboard. I think it lights up at night or something. And then we got our camera there. Ring light.
Red light, glasses for nighttime. Right.
Also, I got this from Alex Hormozi. This is a little kitchen timer. So if I want to do, like, a little work sprint, I can just set this for whatever time I want and just hit go, and then it'll start counting down. Right? So I got that.
I can adjust the lights here. And this is actually really cool. I have smart light bulbs in here. So at a certain time at night, this, the lights turn to red, right. To help me with sleeping. So I'm not getting hit with this, like, bright white light that looks like daylight. Late at night, it actually turns to red to help me kind of wind down and sleep. And then this is also a desk that stands up or lowers down, just depending on what I need in the moment.
So.
Yeah. All right, guys, that's pretty much it. Let me know if you want me to do a more in depth office tour of, like, the tech setup of how this stuff works or, you know, some of the books that I have on the bookshelf, some of the books that I like to read or that I found helpful or valuable or just overall. Anything else, let me know in the comments down below and I'll see you guys in another video.
