This one little hack that I'm going to show you is going to make business easy. And I know that sounds like a little bit of a bold claim, but just bear with me when you understand how this works, if you just do this repeatedly over and over and over, you'll just accidentally make a ton of money. Okay? So what I'm talking about is creating a GPT for everything. Okay? So I've been, you know, experimenting around and playing with AI for quite some time, and what I found is you can take any process in your company and create a custom GPT that would do exactly what you like, what that process is. So, for example, let's say you have to write marketing emails for your company, okay? So instead of you creating this like extensive sop, which as you start to get bigger in business, you got to build out processes and SOPs, what you can do instead is essentially program a GPT to write emails exactly how you want them written, and you can even give it examples of your best performing emails that it can reference. So that is kind of the basic idea of this. But the twist is you use chat GPT to help you create the GPT. So you can do it in like 1/10 of the time. So let me explain or actually just show you guys kind of a demo of how this works, right? So if I open up ChatGPT here, I'm just going to send a voice prompt. I highly recommend that everyone use voice prompts instead of manually typing. You can do things 10 times faster. All right, so you are a $100 million AI prompt engineer who specializes in designing custom GPTs that execute on specific tasks within my business and at 100% efficiency. And also you are, you think in systems and you kind of have like an engineering mind in the way that you design these GPTs so that they're the most effective that they can possibly be at executing on the task and generating, you know, positive outputs. So essentially what I want you to help me create is a GPT that will write marketing emails that I can send out to my list based on proven winners. So what I want you to do is essentially just ask me questions back and forth in terms of what you need from me to help me create the best GPT possible. We're going to do that back and forth a few times, and then you're going to give me a prompt that I can paste into this new GPT, so I can just use that process moving forward. So I'm telling GPT.
To create a series of questions so that I can like prompt it with whatever it needs most to make the most efficient prompt. Right. So here we go. Now it's going to ask me a couple questions and what I'm going to do is just kind of like go back and forth and answer these questions. So let's look at them. All right, so the core outcome I want from these emails is booked calls as well as nurturing leads. It's either going to be an email that's booking a call or an email that's nurturing a lead. What type of emails will this need to write? Book of call emails, value and educational emails, and then like case study testimonial emails. That's pretty much it. The tone that I use is a very, like, personal. I almost want it to sound like a human being just like opened up their phone and wrote the email out and sent it to them. That's kind of the idea. I like to use lowercase subject lines and just make it sound like it's fair, very personal. So that they don't view it as a marketing email. They should view it as like, hey, Tim is emailing me, or whoever is emailing me. My best winners are very short. Just, hey, do you want this? If so, click here.
I keep it very short and I always have the call to action within, like the third line of the email. The target audience is life insurance agents who want to sell.
Bigger, bigger policies and get bigger commissions to wealthier clients.
Cool. So now it's taking all that information and again, I only have to build this one time and then I can plug anyone in my business end to this GPT. So watch what it's going to do. All right, now it's asking me second questions.
All right, good question. So the call to action is usually going to be to a calendar link.
Or if it's a value email, it's going to send them to like a YouTube video or a lead magnet.
I would basically want the value emails to pull from my YouTube channel. So just go and do like a Google search whenever we do a value email and look at what I'm most recently talking about. My most recent YouTube videos.
I'm going to skip the case study part for now, and then I'll. I'll upload a knowledge base of testimonials and everything else and you're going to be sending from me personally. Right. So I'm going to finish the rest of this prompt and I'm just going to put this on pause and then I'll replay it once I have everything set up. All right. Cool. So this is obviously kind of like a first draft. If I was, like, doing this, not just for a video and actually going and doing it, I'd probably spend like 20 minutes going back and forth and getting it perfect. But let's just paste this here and then I can say, hey, write me a book, a call. Email.
Got it. Here we go. Subject line. Quick question for you. Hey, quick one. What's your plan for insert key benefit or problem area if you're open to jamming on it together? Here's my calendar. So I would say that's a little bit too casual, but what I could do is basically kind of like go back and forth with this and get it to where it's consistently spitting out solid emails. So.
All right, the email that this just output was a little too casual. I never say the word jamming, so maybe we could just use words like, if that sounds interesting to you, here's my calendar.
And then we want to, like, whenever it says, like, what's your plan for? I don't know if you included, like a dynamic value or something, but I wanted to just immediately say, like, you know, base it off of, like, the proven products and angles that we use within our company.
There we go. And I can program it to write however I want it to write, whatever emails I want it to write, and I can just go and literally change this. So then what you can do is you can have any person on your team, you can essentially take the way that you think through a process or a task, make it into a GPT, and then anyone on your team can execute it with the same level of quality that you did, as long as you create the GPT correctly. So, ladies and gentlemen, imagine like any process in your business, whatever you're doing manually right now, whether it's writing ads, writing emails.
Creating SOPs. I even created a GPT that writes SOPS for me. I even created an a GPT that assigns tasks for me and bullets it out in a consistent format. Because what I want to do is, like, my goal in my business is I can literally just send voice notes all day and just gets done, because that's the ultimate point of leverage. And you can do that if you have enough GPTs. And then you start getting people to go and run those GPTs for you and produce consistent output. So that's it. Hopefully you got value from this. Go make some more money.
