Trying To Win The Skool Games | Ep. 11 (I Won)

Short YouTube monologue by the creator reflecting on winning a competition called the Skool Games. The speaker summarizes their approach: use a high-ticket offer with clear product–market fit, scale through community and ads to a profitable cost-per-appointment, then close deals. The video is informal and framed as practical advice for others trying to win the same competition.
All right, y', all, it is over and we have won less school games.
Came here in fifth place. So I know I've just literally spammed these YouTube videos for the last month or so and they're like the lowest quality thing ever. But hopefully this will be valuable for somebody else trying to win the school game. So for all of the subscribers that I lost from just posting little slum ass videos of me on my phone just talking in this room, hopefully the value that somebody gets outweighs that. So yeah, biggest takeaways, get an offer product market fit, find a quality offer that's just ridiculous and then get a way like this is particularly for the high ticket model. I can't, I have no idea how to sell a $97 a month group profitably. I haven't done that. So I can only speak to this. But.
High ticket offer that has product market fit and then, you know, blast it up to your community run ads, get a profitable cost per appointment and then just close deals. And that was pretty much all that we did.
I guess. Also having some urgency and scarcity where like the price is going up at the end of the month. Like we, we kind of did the whole model where it's like at the end of the month the price is going up and then it's going to be high ticket and you won't be able to just join from the school community. So that's pretty much what we did and that's how I did it. So I'm going to be posting out some different types of videos in the coming weeks here as I have time because I still have to run a business. But I made this whole like system for creating offers because what I realized is I've created so many damn offers for my business over the last few, you know, years, months, whatever. But I wanted to make like a little SOP for offer creation. So I made this whole thing where it's like step by step exactly what to do and like how to run through it and how to actually craft your offer. So I'm probably gonna post a video about that which is what I use to craft this offer for school. So yeah, let me know if you guys want that in the comments down below. And I'll definitely vlog the trip to Vegas, meeting Mosi and Sam and the whole school team and all the other winners. And yeah, you guys will get to meet my business partner as well. So should be pretty cool. And that's it. Yeah, see you guys soon.
