Trying To Win The Skool Games | Ep 7.

All right, what's going on? You guys haven't filmed one of these videos in a few days. Just wanted to give you guys a quick update. So basically, we are. We finished our promo, our affiliate promo, like, a couple weeks back last week, and now we are basically, we need to figure out cold traffic and getting running ads with cold traffic and getting those people to book. So we're seeing a text blast, email. Email blasts to our existing, like, email list and stuff. And we'll get a lot of sales from that. But now it's all about getting ads and getting people to book on the calendar from those ads. So that's kind of the next project here. We came up with a few different angles. Kind of like an urgency angle is something that's happening in our industry.

And then another one where we're, like, basically using a hook from an ad that's already working and then tying that in with, like, a different style of video, which you guys will. I'll explain all of it, and after the school games is over, I'll overview, like, the whole strategy for you guys. But that's kind of where we're at now. Right now I'm working on basically refilming the VSL so that that's ready to roll to kind of, like, be more in line with cold traffic. Right. Because we were basically sending people that kind of already knew who we were to the page. Now we need to basically get people that don't know who we are and get them on the page and get them to want to buy. Right. So we kind of have to build out that funnel for cold traffic. So that's kind of the next play here. That's what I'm about to work on for the next few hours. Was working on some ads before, got some of those done, just filmed them, and we have, like, maybe like 10, 15 different ads that are kind of in the pipeline from my video editor, just waiting on those to go to launch them. The running ads directly to school. To be honest with you, like, it worked well in the beginning, and then it stopped performing. Like, the cost was like $30 to get a person to join school, like a free school group join. So that ended up not making any sense. I think it's maybe because our market is a little older or I don't know, but ended up not making sense. So we're basically just going back to, like, instant form, Facebook instant form, getting people on a call and then trying to sell them from there. So that's what we're working on. That's the plan for the day, and I'm going to work on this vsl. All right, ladies and gents, so we're coming to the end of the day.

We are now in fourth place on the school games leaderboard. Gonna finish my VSL tomorrow and then also work on some basic, like, automations. Kind of what I've realized. Our biggest problem or our biggest thing that we need to solve at this point is we basically need to get cold traffic to book appointments and basically get more. More leads and more booked appointments. That's basically what I need to solve. My business partner is closing these deals. Fulfillment is going really well. And now we just need to get a whole lot more people in here.

So next items for me, more appointments, more leads. So I got to work on vsl. Gonna work on some content as well, and then basically just keep going from there. But fourth place, we haven't been here yet, so feels pretty good. Now we gotta get to third and then second and then hopefully first. That would be pretty cool. But this, this lady Jamie is just killing it in the first place, so got quite a ways to catch up, but I think we got a shot. So that's what I'm gonna be working on tomorrow. Gonna get some good sleep tonight and attack the day. Ready to crush it tomorrow. As you can tell, I'm a little tired, so need to get back on a consistent sleep schedule and start meditating again. I've been kind of falling off with that for like the last week or so, so I gotta get back on that. And then I think we'll build a just freaking murder the game. So that's the plan.
