Ladies and gents, just wanted to film this quick little update. We just hired our first two agents to the Zoosurance lead program, or the Zoosurance closer model. I don't know what we're gonna call it, but we just hired two agents. So super freaking excited. I just wanted to film this video to kind of like, speak on where I'm at. Maybe you guys would enjoy it or maybe I'll just come back to it, you know, a couple months or couple years down the line when we're farther in the agency journey and enjoy this. But I'm gonna kind of start posting videos, just like documenting what we're doing. Julian's been posting videos too. Just kind of like documenting what he's doing throughout the day. And I think it'll be really cool for some of you guys and then also just for us to come back to and look at. But I'll just kind of tell you, like, what we're working on and what we're kind of facing in the business currently. So just brought on two people. We had over 50 people apply, which, like, I'm beyond grateful for everyone that applied, and we really appreciate your interest and everything. Interviewed 24 people. We hired two. We have a few more that are kind of in the pipeline that we might bring on later on. But yeah, if you. If you applied, we really appreciate it. Regardless of if we picked you or not for this first go round, we're being pretty selective for the first two. But as we go on, we'll need more and more people. And for everyone that I interviewed, it was great meeting you and, you know, maybe we'll do business together in the future. But with that being said, what we're working on now. So basically we have a. To put it lightly, an absolute ton of leads coming in. Julian can't even get through them all. So I'm so excited to have a another person come on and let me see. I'll kind of tell you guys, like, what his production is looking like. He's just like, absolutely tearing through these leads. And in the last. Let's just look at this month. So it's January 20th right now, and so far.
He has written.
24,000 in AP.
20 days into the month. So that's just an approved business. We have more that's pending.
And he's not really making that many dials. Like, the systems that we have in play are just cranking like crazy. And to be honest, I feel like we're just getting started because there's so many things that I See, that can be optimized and need to be optimized are just going to make this so much better. And, yeah, I mean, I'm so excited for these two people we just brought on. Both of them seem like absolute studs. One of the. One of the people we brought on, if you're watching this, she stayed in the zoom room until 10 at night, her time the first day that she was onboarded. So I think she's just gonna absolutely kill it. And then the other guy that we're bringing on has a ton of experience with final expense, and he's working on getting contracted now. So, yeah, exciting, exciting times, and I can't wait to get them into the system and just let it rip. And after they see some success and we kind of have a baseline, we're gonna be bringing on more people. So I kind of want to have, like, a waiting list of people to bring on, looking for the best of the best.
