We're going to build a $100 million insurance IMO and over the next few minutes, I'm going to show you guys exactly how we're going to do it. My name is Tim Shooker and we're on a mission to build a $100 million insurance agency and help 10,000 agents achieve time, location and financial freedom. We're going to document the journey on this channel to share everything that we learn along the way, lay out our exact plan and strategy to launch and scale a remote telesales insurance agency to to $100 million over the next 10 years. But first, let me give you guys some background. So my business partner Julian and I, we got into the insurance industry in the year of 2021. We started at an IMO where we were working face to face door knocking in rural North Carolina, driving all around all the time and selling insurance door to door. We Both averaged about $20,000 per month in annual premium and we did that for almost a year. But at the end of the entire ordeal, we barely broke even. So we decided to leave. And when we did that, we had our contracts held for six months which locked us out of the business for half of a year. So during that time, we started learning how to generate leads on Facebook. Since then, over the past year and a half, we've been running a company called Advanced Agent Marketing. We started off by teaching insurance agents how to generate leads through a Facebook course, transitioned to starting to do Facebook ad setups, and now we're creating branded insurance leads and on a mission to create the best insurance lead in the industry. In the last year, We've done nearly $600,000 in revenue with Advanced Agent Marketing and helped over 2,000 agents with Legion sales and profitability. Which brings us to today. Well, why are we going to start an insurance agency? The reason why is because the way that we can have the most impact is by starting an agency and teaching other agents how to do that. Not to mention by doing this, we can have a major impact on the middle class of America. Half of Americans pass away without any life insur and 67% of people pass away without having enough coverage. So if we as insurance agents do our part, we can close that gap and help to reduce the debt that the average American family has. So how are we going to start this agency? Let's jump into exactly what we're going to do to start this agency and scale it to $100 million. So the first thing that we're going to do is Julian is going to jump on the phones and start closing a ton. We're going to get him up to 10k a week and document the entire process of how we do that. From generating the leads, showing live dials of him calling and closing deals on the phone and everything in between. We're going to be posting all of this content on YouTube for you guys to watch and learn from. We're going to do that for a few months. We're going to be feeding Julian with insurance leads, which is a consumer facing insurance brand that we own. And as we're Getting Julian from 0 to 10k AP per week, we're going to be creating systems for every single step of the process. After doing this for about three to four months, documenting everything and posting it all on YouTube for you guys to enjoy and watch, we will then launch the agency. In the very beginning, we're only going to be taking on a few people and we're going to be conducting interviews to find the best people to work at our agency. Our focus will be on providing the best sales training, having an amazing culture where everyone at the agency has camaraderie, and providing the exact systems that we use and create. As we get Julian up to 40k AP per month, 1 of our biggest focuses will be on profitability. Instead of just trying to have people write AP to write ap. Well, everyone inside of our IMO to track their numbers. That way they know exactly how much they're making, not just how much they're right. Then once those initial producers are starting to see success, we're going to start to slowly scale up and take more agents on. Again, we're going to be documenting all of this on YouTube and teaching you guys the tactics, the strategies, being super transparent with how much AP we're writing as an agency, we want to show you guys literally exactly how we're doing it and what we're doing. All of the agents that work with us will either be working the zoo assurance leads that we generate with our consumer facing brand or self generating their own leads. Now my goal with this agency is I want to create a remote, hello sales agency where people have the ability to work from anywhere, work whenever they want and make as much money as they want. I'm going to show you guys the view from my place right here. I'm in Medellin, Colombia. But the fact that I'm able to travel anywhere in the world because my business allows me to is something that I never would have had when I was selling insurance face to face before that. If you guys don't know how to lawn care business which is like literally the most location dependent business you could have. So the fact that I'm able to travel the world, live and work wherever I want is the freedom that I want thousands and thousands of other insurance agents to be able to have. We're going to keep making more and more content and start getting the agents that are seeing the most success in our IMO start making content as well. We're going to have dozens of agents with massive YouTube channels talking about their lifestyle, their business and how successful they are. Sum it up. Our goal is to have a remote telesales agency with thousands of agents that are traveling all over the world making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and working wherever they want, all while helping people and doing something that they can feel good about on the inside. I think that selling insurance truly one of the best opportunities available to people in the us. We want to share this opportunity with as many people as possible.
