Writing 60K with no prior sales experience

So Dylan, I mean you wrote 60k in your third month in the industry with no prior sales experience. Tell us about that. Work ethic has been the biggest thing, honestly. Just putting in like 10 to 15 hour days, like seven days a week has been able to help me just fast track it and been able to make a lot of progress early on. Came in middle of April, wrote a few thousand but didn't really have any idea what I was doing. May wrote 29,000 and kind of started to get the hang of it and was just putting in the hours to get better every day. June came and was able to write 60k in June because everybody in this industry, especially within our team, is always trying to learn from each other. So kind of just asking questions, answering questions, all of it has just helped me to get better every day and end up putting up pretty big numbers so far.
