Alright, now the second page is a disclaimer. It's a disclaimer for the educational program. Okay? It says important note. The information provided in our program is for educational purposes only. Now please do not give the educational disclaimer to the seller. Okay? They'll think you're silly. Okay? I had one student who gave the educational disclaimer to the seller. They were ready to sign the first page of the contract. They gave the educational disclaimer mistakenly to the seller. The seller read the educational disclaimer, saw that they were in an educational program and decided they didn't want to sell to them and refused to sign the contract because they figured the buyer didn't know what they were doing. Oh my goodness. Please don't do that. Okay, again, the second page, the important note is for you only and not for you to share with the sellers. Okay? So that is our basic contract. That's how it works.
