Alright, the next one here, glass companies, restoration services and disaster cleanup companies. They're the ones that do board ups. I don't know if you know what a board up is, but it's where they put coverings, usually boards over plywood or whatever, over all the windows, all the doors, all the openings in the property. It protects the property from vandalism. It protects it from vagrant intrusion and rodent intrusion and different things like that. That's why they do it. Well, glass companies, restoration services and disaster cleanup companies are usually the ones that do those board ups. Contact the owner or possibly the secretary at the board up company and ask them how they would like to double their income on every board up. Now obviously the owner of a company is going to respond to that positively. Yeah. How can I do that? Well, I'm a real estate investor. I like to buy boarded up properties, but sometimes I have a hard time finding them. If you'll simply send me a list of all your properties that you bought up each week, I will contact the owners. I won't tell them where I got your information. I'll ask them if they want to sell the house. If I end up buying the house and profiting from it, I will send you the equivalent of your board up fee. About how much do you charge? Well, we charge $1,000. Okay, great. I'll send you $1,000 if I buy the property, fix it up, resell it and profit from it. How does that sound? Sounds great. Boom. An easy thing to do.
