This YouTube video (Tim Bell, March 19, 2024) discusses tactics for finding real-estate properties. In this excerpt Tim Bell defines "door hangers" — cardstock flyers with a hole to hang on doorknobs — and recommends distributing them in target neighborhoods (even using neighborhood kids to place them) as a simple, potentially powerful way to find properties to buy.

The next one. Door hangers. A door hanger is basically a cardstock flyer with a hole cut out so you can put it on a doorknob. That's what a door hanger is again. You can pass them out in the neighborhoods where you want to have properties and where you want to buy properties. You can have the junior high kids put them out for you or whatever you want to do. They can be powerful, they can be helpful.
