Now, the next method that we want to go over here is placing bandit signs on various different places throughout town. Now, I don't know why they're called bandit signs. They've just always been called that. You're not really acting as a bandit. You're not trying to steal anything or do anything like that. But that's just what people call them. You've seen them. We buy houses, cash for houses, we'll buy your house, any circumstances, any situation, all that kind of stuff. So those can be good to place those signs for finding properties. You can put them various different places. You can put them on public property, you can put them on private property. Be sure and check what the ordinances are, zoning ordinances are, and things in your community, though, because it's possible that those types of signs may have been banned or outlawed by your community, which means that the sign police are going to come around and pick them up. If you put them out again, though, these are very effective. You can use them. I do know a couple of students that I have who put them in. They put them in public places, but they do it on Friday afternoon and then they recover them or pick them up on Sunday evening before Monday morning. Recognizing, of course, that the people who work for the city that enforce the ordinance that says you can't put up a sign, they only work on weekdays. They don't work on Friday and Saturday, or Saturday, Sunday rather. And so as a consequence, sometimes that may be a way to get around those ordinances, if indeed you choose to do so.
