Alright, so the next method on our list here is very similar to the last method. It's kind of the other side of the coin. In the last method we talked about putting out bandit signs, another obvious thing to do would be for you to call on all of the bandit signs that other folks have put out in your market. So if you see bandit signs that are other that other people have put out and that belong to other people, call them. They could be the perfect seller or, or they might even be a wholesale buyer for you, depending on what your strategy is. But like, putting out signs can be helpful. Also, calling on other people's signs that they've put out can be very, very helpful and powerful too. You may be able to find the perfect property for what you need by calling that other investor on their bandit sign.
