Okay, so the next one on our list here is the real estate Investment association or real estate Investment club in your marketplace or clubs. They can certainly be more than one. I recommend, as we talked about in a previous lesson, that you attend all the real estate investment clubs in your market. The thing you need to recognize is that not only is it going to be beneficial for you to network there and to find other resources, but another very good resource and obviously very powerful thing that you can find at, at those club meetings is properties. Sometimes other investors are going to bring properties there. Sometimes they're a wholesaler and they'll provide a property. Sometimes they're a fix and flip investor who doesn't want to own their property anymore, or a buy and hold investor who doesn't want to own their property anymore. With a fix and flip investor. Sometimes they'll get a little ways down the road with doing the fix and flip and then they'll realize they're in over their head at that point. That could be a good source for you, but to pick up a property that you can make profitable by finishing up the fix and flip. So again, we've talked in previous lessons about the massive advantages for visiting the real estate investment club, but again, one of the most obvious ones is to help you find properties there.
