Okay, so our next one is classified ads. Now, I don't run a lot of classified ads or read a lot of classified ads in the newspaper. Nobody does anymore. But online ads can be very, very effective. So I do recommend that you not only run classified ads online, but that you also read classified ads online. I'm going to give you an example. Now, this is in a market in, that is in Utah and southern Idaho. This is a company called KSL.com it's a TV and a radio station that has a classified section on here. And you can see they've got a home section here. Now you can certainly get people to go through and look at this for you. But let me just give you an example. I'm not going to put in any requirements, any parameters or anything. I'm just going to hit search. So I hit search and notice it says 7854 matching homes. Wow. That means there's 7854 homes that are available on this website alone. And again, this won't work for every market. It's only for Utah and southern Idaho. But it gives you an idea of how many properties there might be out there. For example, if you searched through 7854 homes, do you think you might be able to find one or two that might actually work for you? And the answer is yes, of course you would. Okay. So again, classified ads are a great place for you to find things and for you to run classified ads to have people call you. Okay?
