Have them look up the owner and then once they give you that list, look up the owner by the address in the county records and contact them and ask them, do you want to buy another property? Now, typically, most of the time when people pay cash for their property, it's not because it's their own personal residence, it's because it's a rental property. So call them and ask them if they want to buy another rental property.
