He demonstrates finding these clubs by navigating three websites—reiclub.com, creonline.com, and meetup.com—and notes that listings typically include the club president/contact person, meeting locations, phone numbers, email addresses, and sometimes websites.
Now the next one is the we want to make and distribute a flyer about the property to all the local real estate investment clubs in your area. Now I'm going to show you how to find all those real estate investment clubs. But this flyer is important. Now I am going to be. You do have access to this flyer. It's a very simple Microsoft Word document. All you have to do is take out my information and my pictures and my property information. Put your pictures and your property information in there and hit print. And now you've got a flyer for your wholesale property. Okay? Now again, you're going to want to share this with the members of the real estate investment club. Okay? Those are often where fix and flip investors and buy and hold investors hang out to find properties. Okay? So I'm going to suggest that this is a great thing to do. Now I'm just going to show you these three websites and you might want to write these down and go research them when you're not watching the video. The first one is reiclub.com the second one is creonline.com and the third one is meetup.com now when you go to each one of these sites, I will show you here that on reiclub.com you can see on the left hand side here, if you go under Real Estate Investor Resources and you go to Real estate investing clubs, you click on Real estate investing clubs, then you can see that they list all the states in the United States. So I'm just going to click on California. There are more clubs in California than any other state in the United States by a lot. And you can see if we look on here, you'll be able to see various different real estate investment clubs. It shows you who the contact person is. Typically that person is the president, owner, operator of the club. It will also have meeting locations. They'll have telephone numbers. Those telephone numbers are always associated with that president, owner, operator of the club. They also will often have information on when they meet, where they meet and things like that. In many cases they'll have a website. They'll also have an email address. That email address is always associated with that owner, operator of the club. So you need to look up the clubs in the area where you are. You can see here on this site we've got a club in Torrance, California. Here's one in San Gabriel, California. Here's one in west la. Here's one in Dublin. Up north for Southern Californians, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Sacramento, Oceanside, Irvine. Anyway, Newport Beach, Culver City, you can see they're all over the place. So you need to go through and find those. Now the second place here is CRE online. CRE is similar and you'll be able to see a similar result here. Let me just show you how this works. You go on that website there you go up above the nice blonde lady here you will see. Let's see if we can get to it. Here you can see that there are is a tab that says Real Estate Investor Clubs. Okay? Real Estate investment clubs. And then you can click on that tab and again it shows you the states that have these clubs. We'll click on Florida here and you can see Florida has a whole bunch of real estate investment clubs. And again, it's a similar representation of the contact person, owner, operator, president, etc. Where they meet, their telephone number, their email address, their website, various different things like that. The last site on here is Meetup. Now Meetup is not specifically for real estate investment. Meetup is for people who have common interests. You got to be a little bit careful on Meetup because there are some pretty strange common interests. But if you will go on all three of these sites, reiclub.com creonline.com and meetup.com you will find 100% of all the real estate investment clubs guaranteed. But you got to go on all three sites.
