Is there a one size fits all probiotic? No, no. Everybody is unique. Everybody's different. There are lots of different types of probiotics. Some are intended to shift the microbiome community. Some are intended to largely help with symptoms. Some are recommended following antibiotics. And so not all probiotics are the same. And so it is important to have an awareness of, like, what is the right type of probiotic for what situation. Also, it's not necessary to buy probiotics for everybody. Sometimes these can be a little bit more on the expensive side, but that's because you're paying for the quality and you're paying for products that do have backing that they are effective for whatever their intended outcome is. We only have so much time and money, and knowing where to focus your efforts can be really helpful in terms of optimizing your health.
