You're not gonna like to hear this, but this one thing will help you significantly increase your sales. It's role-playing. I know it can be awkward and our ego makes it hard for us to get realistic feedback from our managers or our peers. So we don't wanna feel like we suck, but would you rather have your coworker tell you you suck and help you fix it? So when you speak to a customer, you get good results, or would you rather hide in the corner, not fix your bad script or how you handle objections or how you reach out to people, your tone, et cetera, and get blown off by customers, not schedule any meetings and not, um, move your opportunities forward, get ghosted after an initial meeting. So let's give role-playing its rightful time on our calendars and start to improve our skills. You will see significant results.
