Before meeting a client, know how they make money, what growth initiatives they're pursuing, and how those affect the person you're talking to. This positions your product as the bridge to their goals, not just another pitch.
Chapters
So here's 3 questions you should focus on or be able to answer as you go into your meetings with clients. 1, how do they actually make money? 2, what are some of the big initiatives or strategies that the business is doing to enable their growth? 3, how do those initiatives actually impact the prospect or the stakeholders that I'm meeting with? And if you can understand those 3 things, then you can start to understand how your product or service will bridge the gap from where they are to the results they're trying to achieve. That is how impactful deals actually get done. That's how you build your credibility. That's how you build your authority. With your prospects and stakeholders. Far more impactful than going through a scripted checklist of questions that you and all your competitors, 'cause everyone's using MedPic, are going to be asking.
