Hey, if you're new looking to get into sales and you're looking for your first sales role, maybe you just graduated or you've been doing other jobs in your career and you feel discouraged because you don't have the sales experience that you think might, you know, lead you to qualifying for the role. You understand, it's understandable. The hiring manager doesn't expect someone who just graduated from college to have 5 years of experience selling door-to-door. But what they do expect is that you can articulate and showcase some of the qualities and characteristics of a person who would be successful in sales. So think through your experiences, whether they be at school and sports teams, other jobs, whatever it may be, where you can highlight your work ethic, where you can show that you're coachable, that you're determined, um, how you've overcome challenges to get to a specific goal or opportunity you were going after, um, show that you're creative. Those types of things are the things that people are looking for in entry-level sellers.
