You know, sometimes we've got huge aspirations and that's awesome, but the company we're working at might not be the right vehicle to get us there. And some folks will get discouraged by that. Instead of being discouraged, do this. If the company you're working at today isn't the right vehicle to help you accomplish the goals, right? They've got no upside potential there that helps you earn the income or live the lifestyle that you desire, then you may want to actually double down. And here's why. People want to hire people who are successful. They want to see a track record of success. Nobody wants to hire the journeyman who's working at one company after the other for a year, year and a half. If you can show that you crushed it and that the reason you're looking for a new opportunity is because you've maxed out your potential where you are, the phones will be ringing off the hook looking for you versus you going on the job hunt unemployed and unhappy and in a negative state of mind.
