A sales framework that generated $10,000 in four hours of work: find a closed deal, identify similar companies, pitch them the same solution. One hour to meeting, one hour to align goals, 30 minutes with the CFO, one hour on contract. Repeat it.

Here's how I made about $10,000 in less than 4 hours of work. I took a wildly successful deal that I closed and made a list of other people who probably wanted to achieve the same outcome. Took me about an hour to create that list and make phone calls before I landed a first meeting. I spent an hour with that prospect where we got an agreement that he wanted to invest the time and resources to get the same outcomes for his business. I spent 30 minutes with the CFO validating the business case and agreeing to move forward. I spent about another hour looking at the agreements, reviewing them, getting them redlined and executed. That entire process may have taken a few weeks, but it only took about 4 hours of my time to get done. Then I rinse and repeated over and over running that same play with different companies with a similar ICP. You can do the same thing at your company. What's the play that will be wildly successful that brings the most value to the market? Where can you rinse and repeat? The reason this works is because all technology is waves. The innovation drives processes and waves of those processes within companies. You can ride those waves when you find something successful. That's how you become a thought leader, a trusted advisor, and an expert in your field, and you will be wildly successful.
