I have this picture here to share with you. This picture of. See, this is. These emotions are stirred up in us. They're stirred up. And when you see here, if you picture them this way, these emotions have to move. They have to go somewhere. They're not just going to disappear. You're going to see it like this is going to sort of diffuse through and come out all these different places. Well, it's. Emotions are in similar way. They've got to have somewhere to go. So give you another analogy here. Emotions need to come out. They need a place. This is a picture of an outhouse. If we think about this in a similar way, it's not, you know, maybe a comfortable analogy, but it's just the same idea is emotions need somewhere to come out. They're going to come out at some point and if we don't make some spaces for them to come out, they're going to come out where it's not appropriate, where it's not helpful, where it's not healthy.
