Hey, good morning everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Monday, August 3rd. August, y'all. 5 weeks, I mean 5 months left in the year. Crazy. I'm literally outside our apartment building that I rolled out from almost exactly, I guess, a month from today, a Monday to a Monday. So, back in St. Louis for the week working with St. Louis University's men's soccer team. And meeting my coffee group across the street where I usually always meet them. And so here we go. Rests and starts, rests and starts. And so I'm super grateful that July was a very restful month to get through the move, to transition, a month of transition, a month of A ton of family, one tiny trip, and the rest just sort of, yeah, kind of like being able to kind of rest in that transition. And now August is a little helter-skelter, September big question mark, I don't know. But, but yeah, so just a lot on my plate this week, a lot on my plate this month, a lot of moving around, a lot of driving, a lot of flights. All that, and just recognizing that life is, like we talked about, life is always transition. It's rests and starts. It's rests and starts. It's ebbs and flows. It's ups and downs. And so how does your week feel today? Right? What's your week feel like today? Is it up and down? Is it rests and starts? Is it relaxing? Is it crazy? So just recognizing that whatever it is, It's still, it's always short-term, right? Whether it's a crazy week, month, couple of months, whether it's a quiet week, month, couple of months, whatever it is, it's how we show up and what we do in those moments that really determine it, right? In the quieter times, I start to think about what do I need to do to make it more active? In the active times, I start to go, okay, What can I do to find more rest, find more peace? And so we're always kind of looking, we're on that riverbank, right? The riverbank of one side of the riverbank, let's say, is peace. The other side is a little chaos. We're finding ourselves in the middle, or busyness and silence, whatever it is. We're always kind of course correcting and finding our sweet spot about where we need to be today. Right? Where does my mentality, my mindset need to be today to deal with today, to deal with this week, etc., etc., without controlling what the next week or weeks or months is going to look like? So we're keeping ourselves in that sweet spot. So what's your sweet spot look like for this week? Set your intention, get clear, be prepared for it. Do whatever scheduling you need to and then just give yourself permission to just handle what's in front of you. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome week, everyone.
