So if you haven't seen the video that Trina did on my channel, then you're probably just figuring out that I'm actually taking over Trina's channel today. So today we're doing just the tips with Tasha. My name is Natasha Soleil and I'm the founder of Girl CEO Universe, a platform that helps female entrepreneurs build a bold personal brand so that they can attract dream clients and glamorous opportunities on autopilot with ease, without the hustle. So basically, I'm a coach that helps female entrepreneurs grow their income and build their legacy. Today's video is going to be such a treat because we're actually talking about my favorite thing. Hello, personal branding. I'm going to be sharing with you the three things that I am doing in my business to actually take my brand to the next level. And if you are a business that is struggling to attract your dream clients and get the sales you desire and hit your income goals, well, nine times out of 10, that's due to not having a personal brand. A lot of you guys are probably like, I'm just going to focus on what I feel like is the money making activities. But hello, guys, personal branding. That is the biggest money making activity. But I'm sure you're probably ignoring it. Maybe you forgot about it, worry about it later. But now I'm going to talk to you really quickly about why you can't afford to worry about it later. Because it is the thing that makes sales so easy. When you have a personal brand, you don't even have to be salesy. So today I'm going to be sharing with you the three things that I'm doing. Okay, so tip number one, I'm going to be focusing on the big picture. How many of us seriously are so focused on the sales, so focused on the client work, so focused on hitting those sales goals that we've completely forgotten about our social media or we're not as present, we're just scheduling things but we're not really there. Our head isn't in the game. And I want to tell you a huge secret, guys. I A lot of people talk about consistency, being consistent online, but being consistent online is not so much about the actual content. It's more so about having your head in the game. Because when you're present and you're Interacting with your audience and you're building that connection, right? That is what actually gets people to purchase from you, not just posting content. So getting back to the big picture, right? Finding that balance in our business, making our personal brand non negotiable so we can focus on that big picture, our legacy. What do we want it to look like in five years? We want to have a talk show, write our New York Times bestseller, have a retreat, have products. We got to focus back on that big picture. And if we're just focusing on the sales funnels, we're not going to have that personal brand. So number one is focusing on the big picture and making that personal brand the number one priority so we can always be attracting a new influx of clients and not just getting our head buried in busy work. You don't want to feel like a prisoner of your business, guys. Number two, picking a platform. That is something that I learned this year, that I really struggled with last year. Last year, you guys, I seriously thought that I had to be like all the things. So what I mean by all the things is I thought that I had to be producing a high production content on every single platform. Big production of Facebook, not really repurposing, just trying to have everywhere be like a top notch Hollywood production. And that will really actually burn you out and actually turn you off from social media and building your brand if you don't actually have a team helping you do that. So I actually have a much better way for you to approach social media and really just build your audience faster. So the first thing that meant for me is just picking a platform. Picking a platform that you're actually going to put the most effort into building your personal brand. So we're not talking about just salesy stuff, guys. We're talking about connecting with people based off of similar ideals, interests and values. And for me that was YouTube. My main platform platform is YouTube where I'm really focusing on harvesting and really just building that personal brand, Twitter. I used to think that I had to focus on sharing all these articles and YouTube videos on there. I don't even do that. I don't really use Twitter to like share content. What I use Twitter for is to actually maintain relationships with my industry colleagues, build relationships with journalists, media publications, editors, things like that. And the reason why is because those are the platforms. Writers, right, writers. Those are the platforms that they use. And so if I want to make sure that I'm getting into big media publications, I need to be on there, but I don't have to use that Platform to build a relationship with my audience. I can just use that to sign in and speak and build and network and things like that. Facebook I don't really focus on having high production videos on Facebook. At most I share my video from YouTube. But really what I use Facebook for is I use it to really craft a Facebook group, a community. You know, I would say sale to because I definitely use Facebook, do my selling, but for most part to really like double down on the audience that really wants to know how to build their business. So I use YouTube to kind of just funnel that to my group. So YouTube is more so my personal brand where I'm really focused on people getting to know me. Facebook is where people really double down and get the information they need to really grow their business. So that's how I use Facebook. So I don't have to have crazy amounts of content everywhere. I have specific intent for each contest. The second thing would really be to do is beyond just picking your platform, set intentions for why you're actually using your platform. Don't really stress over trying to have the most creative productions on each platform. Keep it simple, know why you're using each platform and just focus on making one the one you put the most attention, investment and effort into. And number three, the third thing I'm doing is I'm going to be documenting my journey a lot more. So when it comes to content creation, a lot of times our greatest excuse is that we run out of ideas, right? We don't have any more ideas. And normally that happens when you're trying to be super creative and sometimes you're just not in the mood, sometimes you don't have any creative ideas, sometimes you have nothing really that you really want to say, right? And so the best way to combat that is to add more behind the scenes content into your content strategy. So something that I'm going to be doing is documenting me building my brand and my business, sharing with people, how I'm getting these media publications, these media press, opportunities, showing people, me building my community. That's what I'm going to be sharing with people, my morning routine, things like that. I'm going to be really being more transparent about my life and not just have content that feels so teachy and preachy. It's a good way to just really diversify your content. Not only does it help you build a deeper relationship with your audience, but it's also helping you for those days that you just feel like, I just don't know what to say this week. So yeah, guys, that's pretty much it. And I hope you really enjoyed and if you haven't yet, you want to go ahead and check out my channel and subscribe if you want to be a part of the Girl CEO Universe community. And I hope I see you guys over there. Love. So see you guys on the other side, babes. Bye. Love.
