If you are catching the replay, I'm going to walk you through the four different ways I'm using YouTube playlist funnels to not only grow my email list but to make sales daily. And I'm going to show you the proof and I'm going to give you examples of these playlist funnels. Plus, if you realize you need a playlist funnel in your business, I'm going to share with you how we can build your next or your very first YouTube playlist funnel together. If you are catching the replay, make sure you type replay below so I can say hello. And if you are here live, go ahead and share with me in the chat right now. If you are creating playlists on your YouTube channel, just say yes playlist, no playlist. So I can get a sense of who we have here and also where you are at in your YouTube journey and using YouTube for your business. I would also actually want to take a beat here and if you're watching me live or the replay, share, share with me what you are wanting or currently selling from your YouTube channel. Do you have a course? Do you have a one on one service? Are you an agency? You got digital products? I would love to hear because I want to get a sense of the type of business owners that are here watching. So with that said, I want to mention what a playlist funnel is. So if you didn't catch last week's Live, I walked through the structure of a YouTube playlist funnel. How it basically follows the typical structure of a funnel, right like an upside down triangle and how each video in that playlist has a piece to the puzzle and without all of those videos or puzzle pieces the playlist is incomplete and it doesn't have the opportunity to provide you the best results possible with the video content you're Creating here on YouTube if your goal is is to make more money or to get more sales or to book more clients. So hello Simple Hormone. Hello Jamie. I'm so excited that you all are here today. I appreciate you say hello in the chat if you are watching me live. So definitely check that one out because I'm not going to go through specifically the structure of the playlist funnel. I want to share the reasons why in the different ways that this playlist funnel really works for business owners. So the first way that that this playlist funnel works is because you're attracting new viewers at any stage of their buying behavior. Now I am going to show you examples, real life examples on YouTube here in a moment. Once I get through these four ways. But when you build these playlist funnels, it is built to meet people with the varying levels of interest that they may have or the different level of pain they're feeling with the problem they have. For the solution that you have, right, Your solution is your one on one services, your coaching, your course, your digital product, right? And so each video in your funnel addresses specific pain points and gets the viewer deeper, deeper into the funnel. And what do we know when we get people deeper into the funnel? First of all, you increase the chances that they will convert because if they watch more content from you, they become a warmer and warmer lead. And it also makes the YouTube algorithm happy. So YouTube pushes videos out to even more people. All right, so it's killing two birds with one stone. Now, the second way that this funnel is so important is because it provides multiple entry points. So think about it. Your typical funnel probably kicks off when somebody gets an opt in, when somebody signs up for your webinar, when somebody books a discovery call with you, right? That usually sets off some type of email funnel that you then send them. The problem is this may be the best content because you've put a lot of work into this and it's not seen by the public. It's only seen by people who have opt in to your list or said yes to something of yours. So instead of thinking about hiding all your good stuff behind the walls, this allows you to build a funnel to the public and this allows you to reach people. Let's say, you know, in this playlist funnel they're at stage four, they can watch video four and by video five, say I'm in done. Or they may watch all videos and say I'm in done. And I can tell you story after story of how this has worked, not only for my clients and my one of the ones that I tell so frequently because it was so amazing. My family was sick with the flu, like legitimately on the floor in the bathroom, and my playlist funnels were working for me. There was somebody that had just found my YouTube channel that morning, binge watch a playlist, and at the end of the playlist reached out to work with me one on one, said, how can I hire you? What do I need to do now? I sent her the contract because it's all automated so I could, you know, muster up enough energy to get the automation going. And by the time I came to work on Monday after being sick with the flu, I had a $5,000 client say yes because of the playlist funnel. All right, so first it's going to attract viewers, potential leads, potential clients at any stage of interest. It's also allowing people to come in at those different entry points. You can also sell low ticket offers throughout this funnel. This is how selling every day. Because I am mentioning where it makes sense. The different options that I have available for people to pay me to try something, you know, behind the paid wall. And I will show you. Let me pull it up right here. The proof that I am making sales every single day. So if I go ahead and share my screen real quick, I want to be 100% transparent. That is a screenshot from my stripe. This is what has come through since November 1st. This is how I am selling every day. My weekly YouTube videos are selling for me every single day. Single day. All right. Proof is in the pudding. I want you to have the proof. Okay, so if we go back to I believe I'm done sharing now, you also in your description box can have links to your low ticket. Now, the way I teach my clients, we want one small call to action within the video where it makes sense. And then your main call to action in your playlist Funnel for videos 1 through 4 is going to be to watch that next video. Okay, so those are three different ways. The fourth way, and again, I'm going to show you examples here in a moment, is it creates hot leads for your premium offer. That is the main goal of every playlist funnel that I create. Because when they get to the bottom, when they get to video 5, guess what? I'm pitching and I'm talking about my YouTube coaching experience. And that is how I'm making sales in my YouTube coaching experience. They're either coming in through my low ticket that they purchased by watching my one through four videos, or they've watched all my videos and they heard the pitch to my YouTube coaching experience. I've warmed them up through five videos and they are buying. Okay, so I'm curious if you guys have any specific questions As I talk about this, I see Adriana will be creating playlist funnels. Simple summer, simple hormone says I sell a course for women and menopause as well as subscription to multiple courses. That's amazing. And this is what makes your revenue sustainable, consistent. Because if you're not seeing sales every single day, it can be incredibly stressful. If you are relying on three or four launches a year, putting all of your hope and dreams into that one particular launch can be incredibly stressful. And so before I share with you these examples, I do want you to know next Wednesday, I'm Having a full done in a day workshop where I will be helping all my clients create their playlist funnel. So I will help them come up with the topic for their playlist. So we'll come up with the playlist title. I will also be helping them come up with the five videos that will go in that playlist. What are the titles for those videos, what are the thumbnails for those videos, what are the low call to actions or the opt ins we should use in those videos. And I will also be helping them come up with the content that goes in each one of those videos. Now this is absolutely free if you are a client of mine so you have the opportunity to join the YouTube coaching experience today. Trina little.com forward/coaching to get in today so you can experience this live done in a day workshop. This isn't something that we're offering to the public. We don't even have plans to make it purchasable. Purchasable. So again if you want to start YouTube with a bang, no, you want a playlist funnel. I teach all my clients this is the first funnel they need to do is the funnel that's going to push people to their highest ticket offer. Because how are you going to make the quickest amount of money selling less of higher ticket or more money offers? Right? And then once you have that playlist up, it works for you for months, years to come. And so my goal for next Wednesday is to help you get this funnel planned and hopefully filming it by the beginning of December so you have your very first playlist funnel set up and running for you before January 1, 2025. And just think about how many sales, how many leads, what you could grow your revenue to by having that playlist funnel live for an entire year next year. Think about next November 2025. What could your revenue look like? What could be the people you're working with look like just by taking this first big step and getting your playlist funnel set up. So if you are somebody that just you need somebody to help you get it done and you're like I need to be held accountable. Join us. We are doing this Wednesday from 10am Eastern to 2pm Eastern, 10am to 2pm Eastern. And you can join us by getting inside my program@trina little.com forward slash coaching. If you do have any questions about the coaching program again feel free to share in the chat and I will answer all questions in just a moment because I wanted to give examples. So I'm going to go ahead and share My entire screen here and walk through this is my funnel that I have. You can see how it flows. You'll grow your small YouTube channel faster with this audience strategy. Sorry, I have a sick kid at home. So I heard her and making sure. So once they watch this, they hear the concept of how they're going to grow their channel faster with this particular audience strategy. Then at the end of this video, also in this, I am selling my video game plan. Okay. Then they click this video where I talk about my content calendar setup. And this video easily flows right into this one. If we look at the click through rate. Let me find the click through rate for this one. Give me a sec. I thought I pulled these all up so I was prepared. Of the people that watch this video, almost video playing, you can see about 5% of people then click to that next video. Okay, I'm getting people to binge watch my content. I'm warming them up. I'm also making the algorithm happy as well. So if we go back to this video, the net, I talk about my game, my workflow, what am I selling in here? You can get my prep system, which is my YouTube prep system. I get sales from this video multiple times a week. Not running ads to it, nothing. It was created, this video was posted four months ago and it still makes sales to this day. Then they're fed into this particular video. All right, and if we look at this video's click through rate, it's a little bit lower, but it is a longer video. So it was a 17 minute video. But if we look at the next video in this series, we then have a 5% click through rate to the fourth video. So you can see how this starts working. And when you have people watching multiple videos of yours, this is what happens. Your videos perform above average. This video has 150 more views than usual over 11 hours, more watch time than usual. That's when you know YouTube is pushing you to more people. When you get people to binge watch, you're warming up your viewer to get them to buy from you. And you're also making the algorithm happy. So that's an example of my playlist funnel. The other ones I wanted to show as well is a client of mine, Christine. You can see this particular playlist is how to pitch, how to cold pitch freelance copywriting clients. And so you can see how she. This is the main pain point she's addressing in this playlist. And that is important because this playlist is can show up in search, it can show up on the homepage, it can show up and suggest it. And if you get people into a playlist, these videos will automatically play one after another. And so you can see how she's grabbing people's attention at the top of the funnel, how to get copywriting clients with no experience. Then she's thinking through what is the next question that they are going to have that I can answer for them? 5 cold pitching mistakes killing your freelancing career. Then watch me code pitch freelance copywriting clients and the art of following up turning leads into paying freelance clients. Now I mentioned this also allows people to enter the funnel anywhere they want. So let's say you're out there, you're a freelance writer and you're like, dude, every time I send a cold pitch email, I'm getting no response. So where could they jump into the funnel? Right here. The art of following up turning leads into paying freelance clients. They, they can jump right into here. They don't have to watch all of these. They don't have these pain points. They are right here. And then they hear this video that pitches her course. Okay, does that make sense and how this is working? Go ahead and share with me in the chat. If this is making sense, say yes. So I know this is making sense. I've got another example, then I will open it up to questions. This is Emily. She booked a client from YouTube after I believe it was three videos with me. Three videos. Now this again is more advanced. It's build a brand photography business. Because she's not just talking to any photography photography photographer. She's speaking to the people who want to build a brand photography business. So one of the things that is different with brand photography are the types of lenses that you would need as opposed to like a wedding photography or like lifestyle. So she talks about the only lens they need. Then she talks about how to photograph a personal brand photo shoot. Then she talks about how she found her first brand client. Then she talks about pricing and packaging, lessons learned, and then what's in her brand photography camera bag. And this is just building on that playlist funnel. People can jump into these videos at any specific time and join her membership. This is again the power. These videos will continue to work for her for years to come. This video is only five months old and has 26,000 views. And what's even more powerful, her channel hasn't even hit 1,000 subscribers. So she's still reaching people because she's using this playlist funnel strategy. YouTube is putting her videos in front of more people and she's getting more people into her membership. This is why doing YouTube is so powerful, because you're showing up when people have the problem that they want solved. Right. This is different than podcasts. Right? People are not going to a podcast. All right, we got to stop sharing here. We've got the wonky thing. Okay, give me a minute. I totally forgot how to stop sharing my screen. Here we go. Stop sharing. This is the difference between podcasting and YouTube. People are going to YouTube and to Google when they have a problem and they're actively looking for a solution. People aren't going to the podcast app to say, I've got this problem. Let me search a podcast to find the solution. They're going to the top two search engines in the world, which is Google in YouTube. This is why YouTube is the most powerful platform you can be on now and in 2025. I also had a question this morning about, well, are people watching videos long? Like, I just feel people binge watch more podcasts than YouTube. More and more watch time on YouTube is coming from television. What this means people are sitting down on their couch and turning YouTube on. This means they're getting comfortable. They're going to watch multiple videos on YouTube because they are watching from their televisions. So absolutely, I believe people will binge watch on YouTube. I can't say how many times I've heard people tell me who ultimately work with me. I binge your channel before I said yes. I've had clients me screenshots of people that said I binge your channel before I decided to buy your course. Your channel is awesome. This is why you need to create your tube content with a playlist funnel in mind. And if you want to get that set up and get your first playlist funnel on your channel before January 1st, join me because we are doing this live in my coaching program next Wednesday. You can get access to it. Join me live if you go to trina little.com forward slash, forward slash. Coaching now. Okay, so are there any questions that you guys have? I see simple hormones. You've got me thinking about the five pain points I've identified for my healthcare provider subscribers. It seems like you're suggesting I create a separate playlist funnel to address each of those. So it's not just picking the topic. It's not just assuming. I use a process with my clients where we are validating topics through vid iq. We are doing research with niche neighbors. We are also making sure our videos are specifically structured for bingeable videos. I think that's what I mean, but if you aren't creating videos specifically for how people consume YouTube videos, it doesn't matter if you're coming up with the right content. If people aren't watching your videos, it's pointless. I'm also going to be helping my clients during this done in a day, come up with titles and thumbnails. Look, it's not just about throwing whatever title you think on this video. It's not just thinking about your thumbnail. When you're uploading your video. Your title and thumbnail is incredibly strategic because if it doesn't get people to click, if you don't think through the topic that is going to get people to click, you can create as many YouTube videos as you want. But if people aren't clicking on your videos, it is never going to make you a sale. It is never going to get YouTube to push you to more people. That is why if you know you want to make sure every minute that you put into your YouTube content pays off, gets you clients, gets you sales every day. You need to make sure you're following the appropriate process for YouTube content. Starts with your click through rate, your title and your thumbnail. I'm going to be working with my clients during this done in a day, come up with good click worthy titles and good thumbnails. I've been creating titles and thumbnails for almost 10 years now for over hundreds of channels. I've seen what works, I've seen what doesn't work. I get it. And this is what my clients love most. They get my input, they get my feedback based on the expertise, the experience that I've had on titles and thumbnails for the last 10 years. I'm looking at over 45 to 50 YouTube channels every single week and looking at trends that are getting higher click through rates with titles and thumbnails. What is happening with these titles? What is happening with these thumbnails that are getting higher click through rates? That's the expertise that you get as a client of mine, somebody who's spent thousands of hours studying what works on YouTube and is still actively behind multiple channels seeing what is working today on YouTube so that you're not wasting your time just creating random content. So I can't just say it's like five problems and then this. There's a lot more to it than that. All right, any other questions that you all have today? Like I said, we are doing this on Wednesday, November 13th. We kick off at 10am Eastern. You will need to be in the program prior to that. Day. You cannot join that day. We will not be sending that link out to anybody that joins that day. You need to be in the program by November 12th if you want to participate in this Live done for you workshop. This isn't something that I do frequently. In fact, I've never done this before. I just know that I want to give my clients a really big kickstart into 2025 and I thought this was the best way to do it. I know a lot of them are also thinking about the holidays and they want to start batching their content so they can take off towards the end of the year and celebrate with their family while having content go out seamlessly. So this is just a great way to get started with YouTube. It won't be available to purchase later and like I said, we don't have plans to technically do this again live. So this is your one time chance to work with me live over the course of four hours to build your playlist funnel. Trina little.com coaching and if you have more questions you want to talk to me a little bit more, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Email me Trina Little com because I would love to have you in the program. I love seeing more business owners using YouTube. I love seeing how great the results are for my clients that are using YouTube. And I know you could get the same results too when you're starting to use YouTube strategically and in this playlist funnel strategy. No more questions. Thank you all so much and I'll see you.
