Ask a YouTube Strategist Anything (Last Chance Live Q&A)

In this live Q&A, YouTube strategist Trena Little promotes the closing cohort of her YouTube Coaching Experience, a 14‑month program that for the first time includes a done‑for‑you “playlist funnel” build. She explains that anyone who enrolls before the midnight EST deadline will receive a fully designed 5‑video playlist—including titles, thumbnails, scripts, and a funnel name—tailored to their primary offer. Trena frames the price as six payments of $999 (about $12 per day) and emphasizes that a YouTube strategist is part of the client’s team. Throughout the session she answers audience questions about niche relevance, price points, selling services versus courses, video editing costs, using playlists to build waitlists or beta programs, tracking performance metrics, and the integration of business coaching. She shares case studies (e.g., a client who earned $8,000 from a second video and $42,000 from a full funnel) and outlines the program’s structure: Slack support, weekly group calls, quarterly business workshops, audits of titles/thumbnails/scripts, and custom GPT tools (Niche Gap Finder, Playlist Builder, Script Builder). Payment options, bonuses for full payment, and the expected timeline for results are also covered. The session ends with a final call‑to‑action to join via trenalittle.com/coaching before the deadline.

Hey everyone, I am going to be doing a complete Q&A for everything around the current cohort that I have open, my YouTube Coaching Experience. But what's different about this cohort is it's basically a done-for-you cohort. So what I'm doing differently with this cohort than I've ever done before in the YouTube Coaching Experience is I am going to do your very first playlist funnel for you. So when you join me before midnight tonight, that's Eastern Standard Time, when you join me before midnight tonight, I am going to build your first playlist funnel for you. Meaning I'm gonna tell you what that playlist funnel name is, I'm gonna tell you what your first 5 videos are gonna be, I'm giving you your title ideas, I'm giving you your thumbnail ideas, and I'm writing your first 5 scripts when you join the YouTube coaching experience before midnight tonight. And I say this is a done-for-you cohort because as I mentioned, I have never done a done-for-you experience like this before. If you know you want to be on YouTube and you know you want to make sure your videos are generating you, you know, email signups, clients, course sales, and you just wish somebody would hand over to you what to do, you got to jump in and join us before midnight tonight. I'm gonna grab that link if you are interested because like I said, we are closing this cohort tonight. The link is dropped in the chat, trenalittle.com/coaching. Now I had a couple questions from Amanda, so I want to make sure— Amanda, are you still here? Give me a yes in the chat if you are still here, because I do want to address some of her questions. I was pulling up some of my notes also that I had for today. I wanted to make sure I covered everything that I had. I, um, um, okay, so I told you the doors are closing. The, the first thing that I do want to say, and I'm going to answer your questions, I want you to understand that when you join the YouTube coaching experience, even at the payment plans of 6 payments of $999, that works to about $12 a day. That means for $12 a day for the next year, you're going to have an actual YouTube strategist on your team. This isn't just a course you figure out on your own, it is a strategist. And I wanna hold that num— I want you to hold that number in your head when we talk about this today. $12 a day for a YouTube strategist on your team. Okay, fantastic, Amanda is here. If anybody else is here who has a question, please drop it in 'cause I'm gonna get started with Amanda's questions first. So the first question that Amanda had is, um, I think you guys can see, is, does the price— does the niche and price have any impact on YouTube success? So niche matters less than people think. Price points matter more than people actually say. So I have sold, and I've had clients sell, everything from a $500 course to a $2,500 like services package from YouTube, okay? Now, can you sell under $100? Absolutely. I sell a low ticket, like around $27, but that's kind of like a lead gen for me. It helps me build a list full of qualified viewers and it gets people in the door with me. So I also sell $27, $27 offers in my YouTube videos as well. Now, over $2,500, it gets a bit hard to trust because that trust has to come from somewhere, One of the clients that I mentioned, Belle, she sells a couple thousand dollar coaching program, and it's easy for her to sell that on YouTube with under 200 subscribers because people need to know you to buy from you, right? The question isn't necessarily, will my niche work? It almost always will if you have a good offer. And so, I mean, I know we talked last week, I think you have an SEO, packages service. And so I, like I said, I've seen people sell everywhere from— I mean, I sell $27 in the top of my funnels. The goal of every playlist funnel— I want to explain this to you guys if you don't know my playlist funnel strategy— how I teach my clients to build their funnels is what is the end game? What do you want to sell more of? Amanda, what is the one thing you want to sell the most of on YouTube? Because if it's like a $3,000 package, if it's a $5,000 coaching program, we build a funnel that does just that, funnels people to that offer. So when you get to the 5th and final video of a playlist funnel, right, videos 1, 2, 3, 4, they all have jobs in that funnel to ultimately get people to that 5th and final video where you tell them you have this solution for them. And there's a specific structure that you need to follow in the video, the 5th video. The 5th video is not a sales video. You're not pitching. You're explaining why your offer works and the results they're going to get with your offer. So you sell under $500, $497 accelerator, we could build countless playlists. And I tell my clients, we start with 3. We would build 3 playlist funnels to start with that lead people to your SEO AEO accelerator. Okay? And it would follow the frameworks, the playlist framework final framework, you know, with the belief shift and the myths and conceptions and the wins, so that people can get a taste of what it's like to work with you, what your vibe is, and then ultimately realize, oh, you are exactly who they want to work with. I've sold my YouTube coaching experience countless times here on YouTube. That's thousands of dollars I've sold on my YouTube video. So Do I think you could sell your $500 program from YouTube videos? A million percent yes. Let's go to the next question. If I didn't answer that clear, completely, let me know, Amanda. What are your thoughts on a playlist funnel promoting a paid service? Okay, so playlist funnels can absolutely sell paid services as well. I have a video editor, her playlist funnels book her clients every week. People come to her, book a call with me page from YouTube all the time. So it's the same concept as the playlist funnel for a course versus a service. Now, the one thing that make it a little hairy, and again, this is why it's super important to have somebody that knows what they're doing on your team to make sure we're following the right path. You need to make sure every piece of content that you create, every playlist funnel that you create is for that same person because the algorithm wants to find a person that's gonna watch every single video that you create. So if the service is for a different type of person than the accelerator, then things can get a little bit messy. But if you're selling a coaching service or a done-for-you offer, the playlist funnel can absolutely— it's honestly one of the most efficient ways I've ever seen to get somebody from a stranger one day to booking a call with you. In fact, I tell this story because it's true and it happened. It was a few years ago. My entire family was down sick with the flu, like literally in the bathroom with the flu. And I had a client reach out to me that told me they literally binge-watched a Playlist Funnel. They didn't know at the time it was a Playlist Funnel, but they binge-watched my content. And they said, how do I sign up to work with you? I want to work with you. And I just got on my phone, like did the little automation push. And by the end of the weekend, while my family and I were sick with the flu, she had already signed the contract and made the first month's payment from watching my playlist funnel to working with me and my agency at the time. So it's happened and I know it can happen. The other question that you had, and then Ricardo, I see yours coming in. A question about video editing. Editors run anywhere between $50 to over $300 a video depending on what you really want. Most of my clients land a video editor that's gonna charge them somewhere between $75 to $150 $350 for a clean edit with that B-roll and captions. Captions have their place, but a lot of my clients are also DIYing their editing in CapCut in under an hour. So editing's not as hard as people make it sound. One video a week, one editor, you're looking at, you know, $400 to $600 a month if you wanna outsource that video editing. But honestly, a lot of clients start with self-editing and only bring in that editor once the channel is producing and revenue is covering that, right? The goal is to get your channel to actually cover your editing. Would you use a playlist funnel to build a waitlist for your beta version, Amanda? 1,000%. So here's the thing, when we build YouTube videos, our content, sorry, there was a cat running across the road. When we build YouTube content, we know that YouTube is there forever, evergreen content, right? And so what you wanna think about is the future of that content. So you would still wanna build a playlist funnel for your beta program. And then if you currently have the doors closed, so to speak, or you are enrolling, instead of it going to the enroll now page, you would have something at the top that says the current beta program is full, get on the waitlist for the next program or the next enrollment, right? Because it doesn't have to be open all the time to benefit you when your videos are working for you every day, all day, but you can get them on a waitlist and continue to keep them warm. So when you do open your beta round, all you need to do is send one email and you have a list of, let's say, 20, 30, 50 people who already raised their hand and said, I want on the waitlist to know when you're opening this. And then it fills your program a lot faster. So you could literally say in your video, to join the program now. And you could even put in the description box like a little note like, hey, since this video was posted, we're now on a waitlist, go to the waitlist to get on it, right? So that's what I would do. That's how my client Gina, who is a book coach, she has filled her group coaching program without even needing to launch. She has not launched, she's filled it twice. In fact, the second time she opened her book, her author, her book coaching program. She opened it to the list and she increased the pricing and she filled it immediately because she's building a waitlist full of people that have raised their hand and said, yes, I want this when it's available. So let me know if that makes sense, Amanda. And then one more of Amanda's questions and then Ricardo, I'm coming back to you. If you're here live and you have a question for me about the YouTube coaching experience that is closing tonight and it is the done for you cohort where I'm going to build that very first playlist funnel for you. So I'm going to tell you what your playlist funnel is going to be. I'm going to tell you what the 5 videos are going to be. I'm going to tell you what the titles, what the thumbnails and script those first 5 videos are when you join me before tonight at midnight Eastern Standard Time. So if you would just love for somebody to hand over your first playlist funnel, make sure you go to TrenaLittle.com/coaching. In addition to that done-for-you playlist funnel, You're going to have me as your coach for the next 14 months because you're getting 2 bonus months to consistently implement this playlist funnel strategy in your business. You're gonna have me providing you feedback on the analytics and the results of your videos so that we can tweak and improve and get even quicker results once we have data. And then the question that Amanda asked that I wanna talk about right now, she says, during the 14 months, can we ask business questions? 1000%. Honestly, you can't separate YouTube strategy from business strategy. So if your offer isn't positioned right, no YouTube strategy is gonna save it. If your price point is off, no thumbnail is gonna fix it. So when you bring me your YouTube questions, we're often going to end up in a business conversation. One of the things I also do in my program is at least once a quarter, we have a business workshop. Whether we dive into launch strategy or we dive into offer strategy or we dive into, you know, what's next for our business, a lot of the things I'm doing too is sharing what's currently working in my business, bringing you behind the scenes, saying what I'm doing, what I'm seeing on my end of business. And so absolutely, I think that's one of the things that the YouTube coaching experience does that you're not gonna be able to find out there. I actually answered this question earlier, no, last night. Somebody asked the question and wasn't sure if this was right for them because they feel they need a business coach and a YouTube coach And they said, "Who does that?" Honestly, there's no like YouTube and business coach out there. A lot of YouTube coaches teach YouTube. A lot of business coaches teach business. Business coaches don't know YouTube and a lot of YouTube coaches don't know business. And I'm kind of that Venn diagram overlap. I have a master's degree in business. I've been running my business for 11 years online. I have seen the trends, the roller coasters, the ups and downs in online businesses. I've built offers, I've built memberships, I've done launches, I've done webinars, I've done challenges. And so when you work with me, you have that added bonus of basically a business coach with you while you build a YouTube strategy because I'm not making you build a YouTube strategy for nothing. I'm making you build, not making you, I want you to build a YouTube strategy that feeds your business. And so if that means we need to look at your offer, if that means we need to look at your sales page, if that means we need to figure out who your target audience is, those are 100% 100% conversations that we can have, not only in our private Slack chat that you and I have. So every client gets the private Slack chat, me, Slack chat, me. We also have group coaching calls on Wednesday too that we can address those business questions as well. Amanda, let me know if that answers your questions. So Ricardo says, I recorded a bunch of videos for a project. What is the best way to start? Simply put them in a channel, doing premieres, maybe warning friends of them. So I wouldn't probably post any of those videos, Ricardo, because if this isn't built with a YouTube strategy first, if you've just recorded a bunch of videos, there's no strategy to those videos. You've heard me talk to Amanda about this whole playlist funnel. That is building a series of strategic videos that takes a viewer on a buyer journey so they actually say yes to your offer. And if you've recorded a bunch of videos, that don't align with each other or are not connected to each other to a buyer journey, they're not going to do anything for you. And so when you're building content for YouTube, you have to do the research, you have to do the analysis. One of the things that I do with my clients is I've built a custom GPT on how to analyze your niche neighbors, your competitors basically. And when you do that, you're able to start to see where your niche gap is. So what type of content that you can stand out on in your niche that's not oversaturated. It also analyzes how to best create thumbnails that your audience is going to click on, how to best create titles your audience is going to click on. And so, yeah, there's no strategy. So if there's no strategy, you're not gonna get anything out of posting them on YouTube because they're not built with a YouTube strategy in mind. So putting them on YouTube for sure, but nothing's going to happen with them. YouTube's not gonna push them. It's gonna be hard to get views on them 'cause you've not built them thinking about who this video is for and why they're going to click. Okay, so Christopher, what benchmark— what benchmarks do you track for your YouTube funnel? Specifically, what targets do you recommend for description CTR, booking rate? Okay, so what I do is I don't get necessarily into the nitty-gritty of every single video that I create, okay? I have Google Analytics set up on my webinar landing page, my YouTube coaching experience sales page, and all my other to your sales page. And so what I track is how many views from YouTube am I getting to those pages per month and how many are converting that are from YouTube. And so when we do that, we can see consistently that my traffic from YouTube converts at about a 30%. When we were doing Instagram, my Instagram traffic converted at about a 10%. And so you could get very in the weeds, very detailed into how you wanna track that. You could literally track every single video if you wanted to. But that being that detailed and that tracking isn't gonna give me the answers that I need and it can get me overwhelmed. And so for me, I'm tracking overall, are my videos, is my YouTube channel sending me traffic to these specific pages monthly? Is my traffic increasing because my YouTube strategy is doing better? So is my traffic from YouTube specifically doing better because of my, is my strategy is better? And am I seeing more sales coming from specifically YouTube? So that's what I like to track. Again, I don't like to get into the weeds with all of the different ways you can track things. I kinda like to keep it base level to know, one, my YouTube videos are sending me traffic, two, my YouTube traffic is actually converting. But I'm feeling that videos are growing in number until I can't manage them. Okay, so I don't think, Ricardo, what we're talking about is the same thing. I'm teaching business owners how to build a YouTube strategy that gets them clients, that gets people on their email list, that gets people booking calls with them. And so when my clients are building a YouTube strategy, and when I'm posting any single video that I am on my YouTube, the goal is to grow my business. I'm not here to be a YouTuber by no means. I'm here to get leads into my business. I'm gonna make more money when people sign up to work with me than I'm gonna make on AdSense on YouTube any day. And so that's the whole goal of my strategy and what my clients are looking for. My clients are business owners. They don't want to be a YouTuber, but they need to find a way to consistently get clients, to consistently get course sales, to consistently get leads on their email list that they can sell to. And that's the difference between what I teach versus any other YouTube strategist out there. Now, a couple other questions that I did want to talk about. If anybody has questions, please let me know while you're here live or while you're watching the replay. I was looking at I was trying to look at the list of questions that had come in. Uh, so I've done a couple calls with people the last couple days, and one of the questions I get is some type of, is this right for my business right now? Because a lot of people have a lot of things on their plate. You can let me know if you feel overwhelmed with everything that you need to do in your business right now. I also get a lot of people saying, well, I'm going to work on this offer first and then do YouTube. So here's how I want to address that question. Your business— think of your business as like a car, right? How do you get a car to move forward? Gasoline. How do you get your business to move forward? An audience, leads, right? Doesn't matter what you're doing in your business. If you don't have an audience, if you don't have leads, you are not making sales. You are not going to make money in your business. So if you're saying, well, I gotta work on this first, okay, cool, you're not making money. How are you going to make money? You need to be building a list. Even if you have an offer coming out down the road, you need to be building an audience to sell that offer to. Because when you are creating a new offer and then, oh, your offer is done, my— I have this offer, who's going to buy that if you haven't spent the time building an audience and nurturing that audience to actually want to buy that? And so when somebody says, I'm not sure if I— if this is right fit for where my business is right now. If you are a business owner, you need leads. If you are a business owner, you need an audience. So there is not, not a right time for you to be using YouTube to grow your audience because you don't have anybody to sell to if you don't have an audience. Okay, the other thing I tell people, like they're thinking about building a new offer and I say, cool, I would actually pre-sell that. Build out a playlist funnel that leads to pre-selling that before you even create it. Because here's what I see a lot of people do. They spend all of this time creating an offer and then they can't even sell it because they don't have the audience to buy it. So for example, when I first did my first ever coaching program, I didn't build it out. I actually said, okay, here's what I'm thinking. Here's the coaching program I'm gonna do. Here's kind of the schedule that I wanna do. You're going to be at the ground level building it with me, getting your insights on it. If that sounds like something you want to do, join us now. I didn't create a single thing for that coaching program until I sold it and I made 6 figures from it before I even built it. And that's validation that this offer will then sell. If you're building an offer without validation that it will sell, you have no idea if the time that you spend into building it is going to pay off. And so I actually recommend people build a playlist funnel to sell that offer before they even create that offer. Um, and I'll include it in my business, some YouTube videos. Yeah, so yeah, I'm talking— I'm not talking to YouTubers. This isn't for people who want to be YouTubers. This is for people who want to use YouTube, like, to stop doing Instagram. Um, YouTube is my number one lead generator. Um, okay, another question that I get is like Have you had anyone in my niche at my price point actually do this? Okay, so let me see. This is the, you know, am I the exception question? And it tends to block a lot of you more than you think. So I have so many different niches, so many different types of offers that I've worked with that have been able to sell. I've had everybody from Belle, who is a pre-birth coach, to a therapist, to a yoga instructor, to a hormone doctor, to a low-ticket save money. I'm sharing this because there are so many niches across so many price points, from a $27 to a $5,000, to a, uh, $199 offer, to a $10,000 offer. That has been able to sell using this playlist funnel system, this structure, this strategy on YouTube. So I know a lot of people think, well, my business is special, and it absolutely is, but the YouTube strategy still remains the same, and I've done it time and time again with just about any niche that you can think of. Okay, the next question I get is, what does this program actually look like? How much time do I get with you? So this program isn't a course. Yes, there is training in there to teach you how to build out a playlist funnel. My goal for you in this program is like the teach the man the fish concept, right? I don't want you to be forever reliant on me. I want you to learn the system and I want you to implement it with me helping you along the way. So again, those who joined before tonight are getting their entire first playlist funnel built for them. I never do done-for-you work anymore. This is the first time I've done done-for-you work since— it's 2026— since May 2024. That was the last time I've done done-for-you work. And so I will build out your first playlist funnel for you. Your second playlist funnel, you're going to follow the training videos and the systems and the GPTs I'll show you here in a minute to build out your second playlist funnel while getting my insight on, okay, I think this playlist idea is a good direction, or wait, I don't think this playlist funnel direction is good. Then you're gonna start to come up with your titles for your videos, and I'll say, okay, these are good titles, these are not. And then we do the thumbnail. Like, each step you're getting my insight to understand how a YouTube strategist is looking at your content and analyzing your content to set it up for the best results possible on YouTube. And then once you get that content on YouTube, I'm in your analytics. I'm reading them to you and telling you exactly what I'm seeing, and that then allows us to make better decisions on what we do next based on the data we're getting from YouTube. And I am sharing this with you as your coach each step of the way so you're starting to understand what's going on so you can eventually do this on your own. I don't want you forever reliant on me. I want you to be able to see how I'm thinking, how I'm moving in deciding what steps I'm taking so you can do that on your own. So one of the things that I have in here to make it really easy to do is these custom GPTs. And so on Friday, I walk through how I built an entire client's 5-video playlist funnel on these GPTs. So let me just show you some of these GPTs that you're gonna get access to to allow you to go through this process so much faster than ever before. So I mentioned earlier about the Niche Gap Finder. I'm trying to make sure that when my video catches up that you are actually seeing my screen. The one thing that I've done is you can put in here ideas on who your niche neighbors are. And so for this client, we found like these are her top niche neighbors. Why this is important? 'Cause we can kinda dig into what are these channels doing well that we can utilize in our strategy? Because it's almost like a little hack code. We're not copying, we're not cheating, but we can look at these channels and determine what topics are performing well, how are they titling and thumbnailing them to get the click. So this gives us a leg up when we build our strategy, right? And so this is super easy to do. This is one of our custom GPTs. Then we can take this information and we can plug it into the Niche Gap Finder. And so this allows you to find what's missing from these niche neighbors. Okay, so this GPT found 4 different gaps that our niche neighbors are not hitting that allows us to really stand out and get people to our channel that differentiates us to make them want to work with us. Okay, so then what we're also able to do is go through the playlist funnel builder, and this is exactly what the playlist funnel was able to do. It was able to not only build out the title of her playlist funnel, but then it went through each video It gave each video a title, what the job of this is, what this video should do, and how we're gonna get people from video 1 to video 2. This is really important in this strategy because YouTube algorithm loves it when you get people to watch more than one video, and so that's why we're getting people from video 1 to video 2. But the more you can get people to watch of your content, the chances that they will convert and work with you go up as well. And so then you can see we've got video 2 already planned, the title, what the video does, the bridge to video 3. And we were able to do this in under 20 minutes, build out this playlist funnel that is going to feed her business. The goal of her business is to get more affiliate signups. And so you can see how this playlist funnel builder simplifies this entire process. Then you take each video and you start to come up with YouTube optimized titles. So again, it's gonna give you the 3 best titles for every single video, and then we go into the thumbnail. Again, it's going to give you thumbnail ideas, and this is super important because one of the things that I see so many business owners do wrong when it comes to YouTube is you don't take into consideration title and thumbnail. And 9 times out of 10, the business owners that I'm working with in the coaching program we've got to go back and fix their titles and thumbnails because they're thinking about their titles and thumbnails last. And your titles and thumbnails on YouTube are your marketing package. And if you can't get somebody to click on your video from your title and thumbnail, it doesn't matter how good your video is, nobody is ever going to see it and YouTube is going to bury it. So just getting feedback and insight on titles and thumbnails alone could completely change what you already have on YouTube that could start generating you leads and sales. So if you already have content on YouTube and you're not making sales, just joining this program, again, I'll drop the link in here 'cause it closes tonight, just joining this program and getting my insight on your titles and thumbnails could generate you a client within the next couple of weeks just updating titles and thumbnails because so many business owners don't understand that the biggest piece of YouTube isn't about SEO or optimizing or tags. The biggest piece— sorry, I'm getting through a cold. So the biggest piece about YouTube, the biggest thing that's gonna make a difference on whether people are gonna watch your video or not, is your title and your thumbnail. And most business owners get this wrong. Sorry. Thank you, Amanda. Yes, let me know and we'll check it out. I'm super excited to work with you, Amanda. You're gonna be a great fit. Yes, I can't wait to build your first playlist funnel for you. Okay, so thumbnail, title and thumbnail. I think that's super important. The last thing I wanted to show you— again, if you've got questions, please let me know. I'm here to answer any questions that you all have. The scripting piece of it. Now, when you do join before tonight, I'm gonna write your first 5 scripts for you, but I also have a script builder right here in this custom GPT that you get access to. And what I really like about this script builder— give me a minute as I scroll up, I don't want you to get dizzy. It's gonna give you the title of the video, it's gonna give you the key takeaway you wanna have, and it pulls in hooks and stories. So you can see right here, it's pulling in a story anchor. This is really important with YouTube videos right now and for business owners. If you aren't sharing stories and making a connection with your audience, they are not going to buy from you. So these stories that I am, I've built into these scripts is essential to making that connection so people want to work with you, okay? And so it's giving you another rehook, getting them reengaged again. This is super important when it comes to the YouTube videos too, keeping the audience retention, right? And so it literally gives you what you need for this video with story anchors and where you can add your stories and your mid-video CTAs so you aren't oversaturating your videos with CTAs. But this is so important because this is what after the click-through rate, the most important thing to get YouTube to push your content to more people is audience retention. Because if people aren't watching your video, YouTube's not going to push it to people either, because YouTube makes more money the longer people watch your video. So if you can't get people past the first 15 seconds, the first 1 minute of your video, again, it's dead in the water. So I have these GPTs in here along with the actual human, me, um, helping you make sure your titles, your thumbnails, scripts are solid, and that's what really makes this different. So you're getting the curriculum to teach you how to build this. You're getting the custom GPTs. We also have this in Claude Skills, but more importantly, you're getting that one-on-one touchpoint with me. I do a lot of interaction with— I do all my interactions with my clients inside of Slack. You DM me questions. We have an audit submission form, so there's specific things that I will audit for you, like your titles, like your thumbnails, like your video performance, like your script, and you submit those for an audit as well as asking questions in the Slack right to me. We also do a weekly coaching call with the group. We also do a quarterly planning session so you can start planning for your business overall and then making sure your YouTube content aligns with your business goals as well. So there's a lot of one-to-one touch points with me as well as going through a program to understand this system so you can rinse and repeat it over and over again. Um, any more last-minute questions? I'm gonna double-check what I haven't covered yet. We do have a payment plan available, so that is there. We do have Klarna usually available. Um, Amanda let me know that there's an issue with Klarna. I'll double-check that here in a moment. But we have those, um, Afterpay and Klarna should work where you can buy now, like you can pay me in full and get the pay-in-full bonus discount, because when you do pay in full, you save about $900 when you pay in full. So we do have Klarna and Afterpay. If it's working, I'll double-check. If it's not working right now, it will be working in the next couple minutes. The question that we get, you know, how long does it actually take to see results? And I'm gonna be completely honest with you guys, you have to put the work in. You've got to show up, you've got to understand your viewer, you've got to understand and have a valid offer that's already selling and you know the type of people that are buying that offer, and you've got to film the videos. If you film the videos with the right strategy, Belle on her second video had already made $8,000. $8,000 from her second video. From the time she finished her first playlist funnel, she made $42,000 from her first playlist funnel, and her channel had less than 200 subscribers, and her videos were getting less than 100 views. Because I teach you how to build a playlist funnel, a YouTube strategy for sales, not to become a YouTuber. So I'm not saying this is easy work. I'm being completely transparent here. Doing YouTube, building your playlist funnel is work, but everything is in your business is work. But what's great about YouTube content is it lives for months, even years from now. Whereas if you're dancing on TikTok or Reels or posting carousels, those suckers have a lifespan of about a day. YouTube videos continue to work for you day in, day out, month after month. And so when I think about where am I spending my time creating content, why not put it on the content that's going to live the longest? And that's how I've been able to cut my work hours to about 25 hours a week. I don't work on Fridays anymore. I create one YouTube video that does all the heavy lifting for me every single week, and that's how I've been able to grow my business. I don't run ads on YouTube at all. It's all organic traffic on YouTube. So if you're considering the YouTube coaching experience, we are closing that tonight at midnight Eastern Standard Time. I dropped the link in there one more time. It's trenalittle.com/coaching. I don't take a massive amount of clients because it is me working with you. You're not getting dumped off on another client This is a small coaching program with me as your coach. I have a mindset coach and a client concierge in there, Erin, as well. And so this isn't like some massive coaching program that I'm scaling to this big thing. It is literally me as your YouTube strategist giving you feedback, giving you insights, and I will be building your very first playlist funnel for you when you join us tonight. Okay, any other questions? Feel free to email me today or DM me on Instagram. Like I said, I don't do Instagram, but I do respond to DMs. I've actually been having a lot a lot of conversations in the DMs the last couple of days. So you can always DM me on Instagram, send me an email, trena@trenalittle.com if you're not sure. But this is like the best offer you're ever gonna get on this program because I am doing your very first playlist funnel for you and I have not done done-for-you work, like I said, in about 2 years. So with that, if there are no other questions, thank you guys so much for this ride through the last couple of weeks doing the Rich and Recommended series and then me being able to show you how I built Playlist Funnels, and out today walking you through all the questions that I've been getting about the YouTube coaching experience. I hope if you're watching and you're interested, I get a chance to work with you and build your playlist funnel. I will be back to my regularly, regularly scheduled content here on YouTube shortly. I may be taking a couple weeks off just to take a breather from this launch, but thank you all so much, and I can't wait to see some of you inside. Have a great rest of your Tuesday, everyone. Bye!
