This is a YouTube video titled "From 200 to 200,000 Subscribers The YouTube Growth Secret" containing a monologue or testimonial from a speaker discussing their YouTube growth journey. The speaker credits working with someone named Trina for helping identify the right niche and content strategy, which led to significant subscriber growth. The content is focused on YouTube channel growth and strategy.

And after that point, then the channel really did take off. I think when Trina and I met, I had about 200 subscribers. And now we are just on the threshold of 200,000 subscribers. Fibers.
