How I'm Batching 3 Months of YouTube Content in 90 Minutes (Live)

In this live workshop Trena Little walks business‑owners, coaches and course creators through a repeatable system that lets them plan, script, title, thumbnail, film and launch three months of YouTube content in roughly 90 minutes. She begins by explaining why YouTube, not Instagram or TikTok, is the most reliable lead‑generation platform for service‑based businesses and why the goal is to attract the "ready‑to‑buy viewer" rather than generic viewers. Trena then demonstrates her suite of custom GPT/Claude tools – a Ready‑to‑Buy Viewer profiler, Niche‑Neighbor Analyzer, Niche‑Gap Finder, Playlist Funnel Builder, Title & Thumbnail generators, Hook & Script creator, Video Optimizer (description, tags, pinned comment, checklist) and Repurposer (emails, Instagram carousels, etc.). Using a live client example (Amanda), she shows how the tools refine a vague audience into a precise buyer persona, uncover niche gaps, and produce a five‑video playlist funnel where each video has a defined role (belief‑shift, quick‑win, misconceptions, proof, capstone). She emphasizes the importance of click‑through rate (CTR) and how titles/thumbnails must be tested and tweaked. The workflow includes a 90‑minute scripting session, 90‑minute filming batch, optional outsourced editing, and a 10‑minute repurposing step. Trena also outlines her YouTube Coaching Experience program – enrollment deadline, pricing, payment options, coaching cadence (weekly calls, quarterly planning, 14‑month access), deliverables (custom AI tools, one‑hour strategy call, 5‑video playlist funnel, ongoing audits), and case studies (clients generating $42k from 5 videos with <150 subscribers). Throughout she answers live chat questions, stresses the ROI of YouTube SEO (Google ownership, AI‑search recommendation), and encourages participants to join before the Tuesday deadline.

As a business owner, you didn't sign up to be a content creator, but you need to create content to generate leads. And I don't like saying leads, but you need to get in front of people to make them aware of who you are, make them aware of the offer that you have, and just grow your audience. Because if you aren't growing your audience, you aren't growing your ability to sell more or book more clients. And so while content can seem frustrating— and let me know in the chat how content creation makes you feel. I believe there is a right way and a wrong way to create content, and I've also created a system so that creating content isn't a massive overwhelm, and I'm gonna share that here with you today. So I teach YouTube strategy specifically for coaches and course creators. So if you already have an offer that you have sold and you're wondering why you can't sell more of it without creating more freaking posts on Instagram, or spend more ads, your missing link may be YouTube. And if you are posting on YouTube and you're not getting sales, you're a content creator and we've gotta change that. So I'm gonna walk you through the system that I use to create a playlist funnel. So playlist funnel is my system for doing YouTube strategically for a business owner. My goal isn't to get the most views on my videos. My goal is to get the most valuable viewer, the person who is gonna want to work with me in my coaching program. So let me know in the chat, what offer do you have that you wanna sell on YouTube? So pop that in the chat. Let me know what offer that you wanna sell on YouTube, because I have clients every day who are selling a coaching program. They're selling courses, uh, and they're selling memberships as well. And this is how they're doing it. So the first thing I wanna walk you through, I did a content strategy build for a client of mine in the last couple of days and I used my brand new custom GPTs. So, okay, there's Amanda. Hey Amanda, local SEO AEO accelerator. Okay, love it, Amanda. Again, so guys, say hi in the chat. I mean, I know it's Friday, but let's get a little bit of excitement that it's Friday in the chat, you guys. I'm, I'm here to show you how to build a strategy in 90 days or less. What if you don't have a specific offer yet? It's really important you do have an offer, otherwise what are you selling? How are you making money? So having an offer is essential. So I'm gonna walk you through the GPT tools that I've created, and these are all tools that my clients inside the YouTube Coaching Experience get. And I wanted to let you know real quick before we jump in here, if you know that YouTube is what you want to do, I am currently enrolling clients into my YouTube Coaching Experience. If you wanna learn more about it, you go to trenalittle.com/coaching. What is amazing about joining me before Tuesday is if you join me before Tuesday, I'm gonna build your first playlist funnel for you. That means I'm gonna come up with 5 video ideas for you, 5 title ideas, 5 thumbnail ideas, and script your 5 videos for you, just like I'm about to show you that I did for a client. So if that is something you're like, hey, I can walk in and get this off my plate immediately, absolutely make sure you join us before Tuesday at trenalittle.com/coaching. Com/coaching. And if you have questions, let me know. Email me if you want to jump on a call. I'm doing calls all weekend. My kids are busy this weekend at birthday parties, so I've got extra time on the weekend to jump on a call. If you have questions, just reach out to me, um, email me, and I'll get you the link to book a call. So let's go into what I've done for my client, and then I'll show you how I do it for myself, because I like people to see different things. So right here is GPT. Now I'm using GPT because that's what a lot of people use right now, but I do use more Claude than GPT. So you can see right here, here are all the custom GPTs that I've built for my clients, that my clients inside of the YouTube coaching experience get instant access to as soon as they join. And so I was working with a client yesterday And what I was able to do for her in less than 20 hours was we first established her ready-to-buy viewer here. So I'm gonna make this a little bit bigger. This is really important because if you aren't clear on who your ready-to-buy audience is, we can't create a strategy to attract this person. So what I did is I used specifically, where is the GPT? It is the ready-to-buy viewer GPT. Right here. And when you come in here as a client, you hit start and it's gonna ask you for a password because only my clients get access to this. And then it's gonna ask you some questions to clarify who your ready-to-buy viewer is. So let me show you the exercise I went through with her. Actually, I did it for her anyways. So right here was the ready-to-buy viewer. Okay, now let's go up to— I have a workbook that my clients fill out for me, so I took her answers to her questions right here and popped in those questions. This is important because you have to be clear on the person you are attracting to build the right strategy. Okay, so we went through this exercise. It's asking me questions. This is 9 times out of 10 the biggest issue my clients have. You are too broad. And when you're too broad on YouTube, you will not attract anybody who wants to buy. And if you're posting videos on YouTube and you're not making sales, this is probably your biggest problem. Your audience is too broad. So I go in here, I'm answering its questions. It's wanting me to get a stronger direction. And I think, I think you guys can see me. I'm trying to watch to make sure that y'all are seeing what I'm looking at here. So then again, we've gone back and forth, we've gone back and forth, and what it builds out for me— see, there you go. You guys aren't seeing what I'm showing you. What it built out for me is your ready-to-buy viewer profile. As I mentioned earlier, you guys didn't see this, but sorry, I'm hoping I'm not making any of you guys seasick here, is this right here. You're still too broad right now. You've got the pain clear, but female entrepreneurs, coaches, that's way too broad. And that's where a lot of people go wrong with YouTube content. Okay, so what you need to do is I've built this GPT to help you get clear. And also my clients have access to me too to try to figure this out. Again, we've gone through all the prompts, we answered all the questions, and what it built for me is that ready-to-buy viewer profile. The reason this is so important is you take this ready-to-buy viewer profile into the additional GPTs to help you create videos that your audience will actually click on. And by audience, I mean people who are ready to buy. So the next thing that we did, we built out her viewer, her ready-to-buy viewer profile. Then we wanted to do a niche neighbor to see who out there is doing what she's doing and also what is the niche gap. This is really gonna help us solidify our content strategy. So let me go here to the niche neighbor analysis. And we went back and forth building out, let me, again, I hope you guys, let me just scroll up without doing it and making you guys seasick. So what we did here, again, these are all my GPTs. This is gonna ask you for your ready-to-buy viewer profile. This is why it's so important so we stay aligned with that audience. All right, then we wanna post in your endgame offer and then you wanna give it some niche neighbors that you think, all right? Niche neighbors are important because this is how you want YouTube to align you. Like if you think of all the different categories on YouTube, you wanna make sure YouTube puts you in the right category to get in front of the right people possible. And so if you think these are your niche neighbors, this GPT will actually push back and say whether they are or not. And these weren't the best for her, So what we did, once you have the right ones, it's gonna give you a lot of fun information. What we did was we pushed back. I actually said, can you come up with 5 to 7 YouTube channels that my viewers are already watching? And this, this is gonna give you title ideas, content ideas, thumbnail ideas. And here's what it came up with. These are much more aligned with her audience. The more specific you are on your audience, the better content you can create for YouTube. And I know I said I'm showing you how I'm batching 3 months worth of content, but this is the research that needs to be done for you to batch content that's going to pay off. You wanna create content that actually gets you sales, right? Let me know in the chat. Do you wanna create content that gets you views or sales? Type views or sales in the chat on what you want to create content for because what I'm walking you through, this initial process, this is laying the foundation, the groundwork for you to make sure that you are creating content that brings you views. I mean, sorry, that brings you sales, okay? 'Cause if you're a business owner, you shouldn't be creating content that doesn't make you money. You don't have time for that. Okay, so again, we are going through here and then this is the best lane it put me in. It put me in with these people and then this is so important, you guys. Once we do this analysis, I can then go into the niche gap finder that I created to figure out where our gap is with content. So what this This gave me 4 to 5 different gaps. Let's just break this down. So again, your niche neighbors are actually doing— Bridget Bartlett is close to your space. Caniqua Luther is much more closer to your buyer's emotional problem. So it's giving you a deep dive into your niche and where's the gap. And this is gonna help you create content that breaks out above your competitors. So here's what it's saying. Gap 1, revenue leak framing for coaches. Why this matters: framing. The framing attracts a hotter buyer than an automations tip because it becomes— because it means financial loss, just not inconvenience. All right, and it's already giving you some video ideas. Um, what is also missing: establish coach systems content. Why this matters: it is your cleanest buyer filter. It becomes beginner— it keeps beginners out and pulls someone far closer to buying through your link. Do you guys see the importance of this? Coach-specific inquiry, right? So this then gives us information to build the playlist funnel. So the next piece in this is working with this GPT, the playlist builder, and, um, just gonna check on you guys. Do you see how important this foundational work is before you even create any content? Because this is the work you're doing to ensure your content is setup from success because I don't want you creating content that's purposeless. This creates purpose for your content. This is how you create a video and within a few days you get a lead, within a few days you get a link, I mean a sale. And every time you post a new video following the structure, those sales compound on each other, right? So then once you have all this information, then you can use the GPT or the Claude skill to build a stronger strategy because now you're not just picking random content, you're picking content that you know through analysis without you having to do this because this literally took me like 2 hours last night to build out these 5 videos for a client and I don't even have all her information. I'm going to show you how I would do mine here in a minute. So, um, what we had is we decided the playlist was going to be Your Offer Isn't Broken, Your Follow-Up System Is. Then We built the playlist breakdown. So in the playlist funnel, what I teach you are the roles of each video in the playlist. Every video in the playlist has a specific role. So video 1 is the belief shift video, and so this is the title of that video, all right? Video 2 is a quick win. This is the title of that video. Video 3, misconceptions and mistakes. Video 4, proof. And video 5 is that capstone where the call to action is to buy, right? So you now have your 5 video ideas. That's not it. That's not where it stops. Here's the thing about YouTube that you need to understand. It does not matter how great your content is. If you don't have a title and a thumbnail that gets people to click, nobody's going to watch your content no matter how good it is. So I built Title and Thumbnail GPTs to help you come up with titles and thumbnails that will actually win the click. So what this then looks like, um, here the GPT, we then gave the GPT all the information and it gave me 3 best options for each video title. So here's the video one belief shift. Here are three different options. And this is what's important because AI, whether GPT or Claude, it's gonna give you a great start. But because my clients work with me, I have 10, 11 years of experience on YouTube. And so what I would change here, because I know how people react on YouTube, I actually recommended this to be Your sales problem is not your offer. So I know that's gonna hit stronger based on my experience. And when you're a client of mine in the YouTube coaching experience, that's the benefit you get. You're not just having AI spit out information, you're gonna have a strategist with 11 years of experience to look at these ideas and tell you how to make the small tweaks that are really gonna make or break your video performance. Same thing with "Your sales problem might not be your offer." I changed this to "Your sales problem is not your offer." Okay, and now it came up with 3 title options for each video. Same thing with this one. I would've changed this. I changed this and I said, "I booked $200,000 in sales after simplifying my backend," because that's the story that she's going to share, how she made $200,000 after setting up the system. How I made $200,000 in sales without more marketing. So that's how I would change that. Then, because you need the thumbnail too, we took those ideas and we popped them into, not the playlist, the thumbnail builder. And now we have 3 different concepts for thumbnails. And this is really important because if you're a client of mine, I explain the importance of having options to make a change if your click-through rate isn't hitting. So one of the things that I do for my clients in my YouTube coaching experience is I look at their videos like 24 hours after they've posted it. And I look at the click-through rate. And if the click-through rate's not doing well, I give them a recommendation on what we should do to get that click-through rate up. Because if you are getting a click-through rate of less than 5%, YouTube is not going to push that to people. And so your opportunity of getting the right views that turn into buyers diminishes. And so that's why it's important to have backup because when you publish it on YouTube and you have the data, you need to decide what is the change you need to make. And that's the importance of not just working with AI, but having a strategist that's on your team that knows what that next step is to, knows what to do with that next step to keep momentum on your video. Because if you do not win the click with the title and thumbnail, your video is dead in the water. It is going to go nowhere. And this is generally about 95% of the bottlenecks that my clients have with their content. Is their marketing. And that's why I built these GPTs, but it takes you about 80% of the way there. And so then having me with that experience of working with hundreds of channels and being on YouTube for over 11 years, I can take that 80%, review it, and give you feedback on how to take it that full 100%. And that's what you get as a client of mine in the YouTube coaching experience that I'm enrolling in right now. And like I said, I'm gonna build these for you. So you're already gonna have the finalized titles and thumbnails from me. And so if you're thinking that is definitely something I need, remember you can go to trenalittle.com/coaching to grab one of these spots. We have a small group that is kicking off on May 4th, but you've gotta join us before Tuesday. So I wanted to give that heads up. So let's go back to the thumbnails. Now, once we have the title and thumbnail, Then we can move on to content. So then we build the hook. The hook of the video is essential because if you can't get people to watch past the first 10 seconds, now your video is dead in the water again. Is this helpful? Those of you that are here live or watching the replay, is this helpful or insightful? Give me a yes or no in the chat. Are you tracking what I'm following? Are any questions popping up? Because I would love to answer questions. Follow up with anything that you're uncertain about. But let me know, is this process making sense for YouTube and giving you any aha moments as you watch this? I'm just curious. I know it's a Friday afternoon. I normally don't even work on Fridays, so, um, because I build these YouTube videos that do the work for me. So let me know in the chat if this is helping you. Thank you, Amanda. Yes, Jess, amazing. Okay, so this is how I teach my clients how to build their strategy, right? You have to come up with the title, in the thumbnail? Well, first you have to know what your 5 videos are going to be because they need to lead into each other to create that binge session. That's why we built the playlist funnel first. Then we come up with the video title, the thumbnail. Now we're working on the hook. So here's what YouTube came up for the hook. I mean, GPT, it actually— this second one was the best, and you can see how it sounds, right? Um, you do not need another offer You need to know what is happening to the leads you already have. However, most coaches never even look there. They assume sales are slow because the offer is off when the real problem is late follow-up, missed messages, and a backend held together with duct tape. In this video, I'm going to show you where those sales are actually disappearing. Does that grab your attention? Right? That's definitely going to grab somebody's attention to want to keep watching, and they may feel that, especially that word duct tape. We put that in there because that's what we hear her clients say. They feel like their business is duct taped together. So could you possibly, anybody here, resonate with that hook? And that is what's so important. And so what this GPT does is it breaks things down, right? It gives you an idea of how strong this is going to be, how many seconds it's going to be, because we don't want to overdo it. We got to get to the content fast. Um, and then the title and the thumbnail tie in with the hook so people keep watching. Okay, then It keeps going, you guys. Then we can build the script. So let me pull up here real quick. And yeah, I like what Amanda said. I said, I love that you share how you personally take it beyond what GPT generates. I think that's important. Listen, you guys, GPT can't do everything for us. I'm sorry, neither can Claude. They are not humans. We need to be looking at our content through human eyes. And that's what's so important for me, for my clients, is to make sure they're sending me these so I can put the human sprinkles on top, right? We need to make sure it still feels like human. And because you have me as a coach in the YouTube coaching experience, I put that human sprinkle on top. Okay, so then the script. And Hope is here. I've been using the custom GPTs to create my videos and it's working really well. Yes. And Hope has over 222,000 subscribers. So when she says they're working, She's got a lot of data that they're working. So, um, okay, let's go to the script. So it took the title, and what I like to do for the script— actually, let me talk to you real quick. What I like to do for the script, and I'll show you guys this in a moment on how I do mine because I want to walk you through the example first— I just talk into GPT what I want to share in this video. Here are the points that I want to cover, here's what I want to say, um, and that will then outline it in a streamlined, optimized way for YouTube. So that's how I'm building a script. I'm not having GPT or Claude write the script from nothing. They're writing it from my actual words, which I'll show you here in the second part of this demo. Okay, so we did that, and you can see we got that hook, then we got the intro and the credibility, then we go to point 1: you may not have an offer, you have a visibility problem. Then next, stories. This is what's really important on YouTube right now is incorporating stories. And so it's going to tell you to insert actual stories here and what type of stories to make this video better, to make the connection, okay? And again, it's going to go through here, then it's going to give you a re-hook. You need to re-hook people, keep them wanting to watch. So this is tying in re-hooks. Then it goes into the second point, right? And then it's telling you to insert a story here. This is why this GPT is so powerful because it can be hard to tie that storytelling into your videos. But if you are not connecting on a human level with your audience on YouTube, they are not going to buy from you, okay? And so I see, I already have views, I want sales. So you could be creating the wrong type of content. You need to be creating content that's hitting the pain points your ready-to-buy viewer has because not just because you're putting videos on YouTube, not just because you're getting sales on YouTube, sorry, not because you're just putting videos on YouTube or getting views on YouTube equals sales. 'Cause if it's the wrong type of content and attracts the wrong type of viewers, you will not get sales and you're wasting your time with your videos and now you're a content creator. Okay, so we saw the script. You guys, what about the next thing that I have available that my clients have is— let me switch it to the video optimizer. So then you can plug in your video to this GPT and it writes your description box for you, optimized for YouTube. So I want to share these GPTs so you can see how quickly you can now do YouTube by having these AI tools. There are over 19 of them that I've built. But also having the human sprinkle of me available to make this even better. Okay, so it's also telling you the tags to use, it's telling you a pinned comment, it's telling you to set up your playlist, and it's giving you this checklist. Did you do all of this before you even publish it? As a client of mine, you get all of this as part of the program. Okay, and there's one more thing. There's one more optimizer here, and I'm gonna show it to you. But when you have the transcript of the video, so this video, I, this strategy I'm building for my client, she doesn't have the video recorded yet, but when she does, we take the transcript, and I have a GPT that repurposes the transcript into multiple emails to send to your list, into Instagram carousels, and any other social content that you wanna create from that YouTube video. Because here's the thing, you can't just repurpose a YouTube video as is and expect it to get momentum on other platforms. You've gotta create content for that platform natively. And so what the GPT and the Claude skill in my program does is it takes that script, it takes that information, and then creates the native content for emails, for Instagram, and any other social platform that you want to be on. So do you guys now wanna see me work through this for my content strategy? Give me a yes or no in the chat. I gotta grab a drink. I'm dealing a little bit with a sore throat, so I need a drink. I have to actually pull up the passwords for these. And what questions do you guys have as I pull this up? Okay, Judy wants me to see, wants to see me build this. Okay, what questions do you guys have? Um, so I'm gonna walk you through as if I'm doing this brand new for my channel. Okay, so the first thing, if you join my program, this is the first thing that you're going to do as a YouTube coaching experience. I'm pulling up the first GPT and I'm going to plug the password in so you guys can't see it because you got to be a client to have the password. So the first thing it checks is what is your endgame? So this makes sure that your entire content strategy is built for the person who's going to buy your endgame. So what I'm going to do is I'm now gonna talk into my GPT to tell you exactly what my offer is so it understands it. Okay, ready? My offer is a coaching program for established course creators and coaches. They're already making about $25,000 a month. Up to about $80,000 a month, and they've kind of hit this plateau, and what they're doing to go to that next level in sales. And so what I teach them is how to use YouTube, how to build a playlist funnel, particularly on YouTube, to get discovered by people that are ready to buy their offer. What I do is we have a 12-month coaching program where I provide them the system to building the playlist funnel, and also custom GPTs and Claude skills to help them build a YouTube strategy faster than ever before so that they can be creating YouTube videos within the first 30 days of joining my program that will get them sales. It will not get them the most views, it will not take them viral, but it will drive them views that will turn into clients or course sales. And so what this changes for them— answering the questions— what this changes for them is they go from an overwhelmed, content creator trying to post on Instagram all the time to now just posting one YouTube video a week that continues to drive leads and sales for them for months to come. Okay, so that's what I'm telling YouTube. I mean, that's what I'm telling the YouTube coaching experience endgame prompt, um, what my endgame is. And what it's gonna say is it's gonna push back. Um, what I'm hearing is you help establish course creators and coaches. That said, I'm going to push on test 2, specific transformation, because part of your before is still a little too broad. So it wants to know what the actual bottleneck is. So for all of you that are here, what would you say your current bottleneck is in your business? I would say content taking too much time, not enough sales, probably not enough sales from their audience, or no evergreen discovery system. What would you guys say? Which one of these would you say is your top problem right now? Because I want to take your thoughts into consideration and use it. And let's see what it determines is my final end game. Anybody have an idea which one are you struggling with the most here? I know I'm a few seconds delayed, so anyone? Let me grab a drink of water while I wait. I know Magda said views and no sales, so maybe we go Not enough sales from their audience. Let's use that one. No evergreen discovery system. Love it. Thanks, Amanda. Okay, so then we're gonna let it just make sure the endgame is clear because we want to build a strategy that feeds this. All right, so we're gonna go through all of that, um, and then the next thing I want to do is I'm just gonna jump into the playlist funnel builder and I am gonna talk through what I want it to build me, okay? And this is me building out my batching system because I batch in sets of 5, 5 videos, 5 playlist funnels. Um, was that explanation of like determining your offer first, your endgame, then the viewer, then building the playlist funnel makes sense to everybody. Does that make sense on why we're doing it this way? Where is the playlist? While I find it, I'm looking for the password. Any questions? Yep, Amanda says yep. Fantastic. All right, so I'm popping into the Playlist Funnel Builder and it's probably going to yell at me because I've not typed in my ready-to-buy viewer profile because I'm trying to show it to you in live. And I have all of this already logged into Claude. And so I'm showing you all GPT because a lot of you are most familiar with GPT, but I have this already built into Claude in a skill. And you guys can get those Claude skills as well, so you don't have to, um, you know, do this all the time. Once you do this once, it's done. But what I am going to do here is I'm going to talk into the GPT telling it what kind of problem I want it to solve. I'm actually gonna tell it, I'm not sure what problem I wanna hit on in this playlist funnel, but I wanna see what it thinks my customer's problem is. So my ready-to-buy viewer is a course creator and/or coach who is selling about $25,000 a month to their established offer, about $25,000 a month to about $80,000 a month. And they kind of are stuck there. They aren't sure what they need to do to get to that next level, and they feel like they're having to pump out more content just to keep the sales that they're getting. And so what my audience needs to realize is YouTube is the solution for getting discovered by new people that may not even know they exist, but that YouTube is the solution to building relationships that will turn viewers into buyers. And it's the fastest way to build that trust and the fastest way to connect a viewer to us sale is through YouTube. And so my biggest problem for my ready-to-buy viewer right now is what used to work for them isn't anymore. Launches feel harder than ever before. They feel like they're putting more content up than ever before, and it just feels different. And they're getting, they're getting scared, honestly, that they're not gonna be able to keep sales consistent. And they're actually starting to see their sales dip a little bit. And now I need you to help me figure out what would you say are their 3 biggest problems right now that we could build a playlist around? I'm going to see if my GPT likes me because I didn't give it all the correct information. When you are my client, you have a workbook that you fill out all these questions first so that you're not having the GPT yell at you. You already are working to fill it out in advance. Um, so what it's doing now, we can go ahead and I'll show you guys what it's doing. We'll see if we like it or not. And just know GPT can hallucinate. And that's why it's so important that you do have human eyes on your strategy. You can't just jump into ChatGPT or AI and expect it to pump out a strong YouTube strategy for you. You need to make sure you have somebody who actually knows what they are doing and actually has done YouTube and had results. And so that's why in my program, the YouTube Coaching Experience, you're getting me as a coach and you're getting access to me Monday through Thursday with questions and audits and reviews of your work because you can't just expect the AI to know a strategy as well as a human would. It's definitely, like I said, gonna get you 80% there, but it's not gonna be the best strategy it can possibly be without human eyes on it before you implement it. So right now what it's telling me, um, I build playlists around 3 problems. What used to work isn't working anymore. Um, so why this playlist works, because this viewer is already successful They don't need how to start, right? When we start at beginner-level content, you're gonna create people who don't have— you're gonna attract people that don't have money. So it's saying a good playlist idea is why your marketing stopped working. I like that. I think— can you guys let me know if you can relate to why your marketing stopped working? I'm wondering if you guys are here because you're my audience, if you can relate to that. So some of the topics are why launches feel hard, why more content is not fixing the problem, What to change when revenue plateaus. Can you guys relate with those topics? Then the other, this is a good one too, the second playlist idea is I need a predictable way to get discovered by new buyers. And I think that's what one of you guys said. You said, um, no evergreen discoverable system. So it exactly pulled out what you said was the problem, right? And so then the subtop, the playlist angle here, how to get discovered without posting everywhere. Would you guys be excited to listen to that video? So why Instagram followers are not the same as buyer intent. So again, these are very AI-generated titles. We would need to do a little bit more humanizing on these titles. And then the third one, I need content that builds trust fast enough to turn buyers into viewers. Okay, so that's a little bit broad, but I like the angle it comes up with. How to turn viewers into buyers with YouTube. I would switch this, and this playlist would be how to turn YouTube viewers into instant buyers or into instant clients. Um, and then why short form gets attention but long form builds belief. So I don't love this. I would need to work with it a little bit more to build out the topics. Um, and so do you guys see how this is super helpful? I'm gonna give it a little bit more information here so that it can build out what I'm really looking for it to do. Um, but are you guys starting to see how this system allows you to create content that's going to get the right audience? Um, like I said, I'm going to try to grab this additional I copied and pasted this earlier, but do you guys have questions about this while I find what I'm looking for here? I should have had this prepared. I don't do live streams a lot, so, um, okay, so any questions? Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. Trying to scroll, we're trying to scroll. I'm considering on Monday doing an encore of this but using some of your YouTube ideas or your niches. Would you all be interested in me doing an encore on Monday, potentially choosing one of you or two of you to go through this process with? Um, Let me know while I wait for this. Okay, so this GPT particularly, it's been a little bit funky. So as soon as we're done with this, I'm actually going to go update it because it's missing a key. Um, so I added that additional information I wanted it to, and so it says, you know, you're not asking for 3 broad content buckets, you're asking for 3 ready-to-buy problems strong enough to carry a full 5-video playlist. So look how this changes, all right? For your ready-to-buy viewer, these are the strongest 3. My launches are getting harder and I don't know why. So then the video can challenge why launches feel harder. It can give a fast fix around identifying where launch energy is leaking, okay? So this is very strong, what changed and why I'm stuck now. The second playlist, I'm creating more content than ever before, but it's not creating more sales. I like that one. I think that's what a lot of people are struggling with right now. She thinks the issue is she needs to be more consistent, more visible, more everywhere. Her content isn't producing activity, no buyer movement. And I think Magna said that, like she's getting views but no buyers. And so it's telling why this playlist works as a problem. I don't have a reliable way to turn people into buyers. Ooh, that is a good one. I do like that too. So I actually want this one, and I'm going to say this one. And you guys, when you join the YouTube coaching experience, I'm gonna do this work for you. Like you give me the information and I'm gonna plug it into GPT, I'm gonna spit it all out, I am going to hand you over a completed 5-video playlist funnel with the scripts, with the scripts. So if you want that, um, it's— I'm gonna drop the link in the chat, but that's where you're gonna go to join the YouTube coaching experience and you're gonna get me to build your very first playlist funnel. The other thing I wanted to show you as well, when you go to check out on that page, this guy, what you're first gonna do is you're gonna enter your information in here. And then when you come to this, if you want to pay in full, you're gonna save just about $1,000. But when you click pay in full and you turn this one off, we have options for you to pay in full like Klarna and Afterpay. So what this means is you still can pay me in full and save that $994 and set up your payment plan with Klarna and set up a payment plan that's doable for you. So that is available too. We have those payment plan options. But what you see, again, we're breaking down, you're getting your first playlist funnel built by me. You're also going to get a one 1-hour strategy session with me. We're doing 14 months of coaching, so I'm giving you an extra 2 months of coaching with me. That means we would be working together through July 2027. We do weekly coaching calls, so we do live coaching calls every single week. We do quarterly planning. I've got 19 total custom AI tools to make this system work faster for you. There's also a full 7-module curriculum inside of here to explain what you need to add into these GPTs to make it actually work. If you have an editor, a VA, or a team member, you can bring a plus one into the group as well. And we also have a Google Analytics expert to help you get Google Analytics set up to make sure you're getting traffic from YouTube and that it's converting. And we also have Erin in there too, who is a mindset coach but also a great accountability coach if you like having somebody check in on you to keep you accountable. And so the other thing I did want to mention, if you want to pay with PayPal, one quick thing is you want to hit I agree to the terms and conditions, and that will pop up. So just keep that in mind as I pop back over to the playlist building. Hope says, I've been with Trena for 6 years, best business decision I ever made. Thank you. Uh, no, she didn't know I was hopping on the live stream. No, I didn't even share this with my clients. It's a Friday, they They don't even think I'm online most Fridays because I'm not. So right now this GPT is pushing back for this playlist. What is the specific result she wants instead of more content? Instead of more content, she wants— all right, let me talk it out. She wants a sustainable content plan that will drive her consistent leads. She wants to be able to show up, maybe post one video a week and know that's going to consistently grow her her email list without her needing to be showing up every day on some platform. And so by her creating a simple content strategy that's going to get in front of the right people faster, that's what she really wants. So let's see if GPT likes that. Yes, going backwards makes it— makes sense. Yeah, absolutely. All right, so, and as I said, in the YouTube coaching experience, We're dropping all new curriculum on May 4th. We're doing a live cohort on May 4th, so keep that in mind too, um, because we don't normally do a live cohort and this is all brand new content for my clients. So I know Hope is here, we're dropping some new curriculum as well. So now it's asking me what does she believe is the reason her content is not converting right now. She thinks that she's not creating enough and she thinks that social media has become louder and more crowded than ever before. And I'm gonna tell you there's a reason why this is pushing you back. I want this GPT to push back on you so you're creating the absolute best content that will attract sales. So like Magda said, she's getting views but she's not getting sales. My goal for my clients is by video 2 or 3 they're posting, they're generating at least email signups, at least. I have a client, Belle, she, after her first 5-video playlist funnel, she had generated $42,000 in sales from just 5 videos and she didn't go viral. Her channel was less than 150 subscribers. That's 1-5-0, less than 150 subscribers. And her videos in that playlist, each one didn't go over 100 views. So a total of about 500 views across 5 videos, and she made $42,000 because she was very specific in the content she's creating to attract people that are ready to buy. So that's why it's so important to understand this process and why I built this in a GPT and a Claude skill so that you aren't wasting your time on content that does nothing for you. So the next question is, what is the real reason she's not getting sales from her content right now? The real reason is the lack of discoverability. She's posting on Instagram and discoverability isn't what it used to be. She's doing her stories and people aren't watching them anymore. She's maybe dabbled with YouTube, but because she's not creating content that her ready-to-buy viewer is watching, Her content is falling flat and it's not going anywhere. And sometimes this GPT will make you a little angry because it's going to push back, but there's a reason for this. It's going to give you the best ideas possible. What is the specific YouTube-based shift or system that fixes the problem? The YouTube shift is following a funnel, the YouTube playlist funnel. Um, I would love to answer some questions as I work on this and I will try to get this going. But what questions do you guys have? Do you guys have questions about the YouTube coaching experience? And like I said, if I could commit to this without like conversing with you guys, I could literally have these 5 videos done because I've only spent the last 15 minutes working on mine. In the first 30 minutes, I showed you a client of mine and what I was able to do. And it probably took me about 2.5 to 3 hours. I was at the soccer fields and they have very minimal Wi-Fi. So it was a long time to get the GPT to respond. And I don't know her business and her audience like the back of my hand, like I know mine. And so by having this system, you can literally create 5 videos in less than 90 minutes and be ready to shoot that content. And in the YouTube coaching experience, I also teach you how to deliver this content to the camera. I teach you how to edit this video because you don't need to edit it like a YouTuber. It needs to be simple edits. I teach you how to upload, optimize it. I teach you how to promote it. I teach you how to, once you've built your 3 playlist funnels, using feeder videos to generate more traffic to that funnel. So once you have your foundation down, the next step is to not light it on fire, add kerosene to the fire. And so you do these feeder videos to your 3 funnels. And so it's this full system that makes sure that YouTube is working for you every day, day in and day out, while you only have to post 1 video a week. So I think that's so important to understand. Us as business owners, we're so exhausted right now. We are so frustrated with social media right now. Instagram's algorithm is changing every other day, it feels like. I don't know, I'm off of Instagram. But with YouTube, it is the most sustainable platform that you can be creating content that's going to get in front of people who are ready to work with you. It is the fastest way to be discovered by ready-to-buy viewers. How much promotion of the video do you feel necessary? Honestly, I do 3 emails a week to my list. And it has the video in there. So the way I approach my promotion, my email promotion, the YouTube video is basically the topic that I'm sharing with my audience for that week. And so I will address— and the GPT that I have, or the Claude skill that I have that turns your script into promotion, into a promotion package, does this for you. Sorry, this cold is not fun. So you put the script in and it knows to generate 3 emails hitting different angles in the video. So what you're actually doing is you're providing value to your email list. You're keeping them, you're keeping yourself front of mind for them. In the video, if you mentioned a low ticket or you mentioned like a webinar, you can also tie that in. So you're also making sales in your emails. So for example, So if I'm in a video talking about my video game plan or my prep system, I also will tie that into my email. So not only my YouTube video is making sales, but so are my emails, because not every person on my email list has the video game plan. And so it will address 2 different, 3 different angles of the YouTube video so that you're maximizing your content. And then it will also say get the full video or why they need to watch the full video. Because if you can get people who already signed up to hear from you watching your videos, it gives the algorithm faster information, right? Um, and then if you want to do Instagram, I haven't done Instagram in a year, more than a year, um, and that's it because I use organic YouTube strategy for my videos to reach the most amount of people that is right for me on YouTube. So I'm not spending ads on YouTube, um, I am running ads on Meta only because I don't want to be on Meta and I have people, I have ready-to-buy viewers on Meta that need to realize YouTube is the answer, but I don't want to post on Meta. And so that's why we run ads on Meta because it's a what's worth my time, posting organic content on Meta to let people know on Meta like, hey, there's a better way to do this, or pay for it. And so that's why we do ads on Meta is so that I can let those people there know, hey, guess what, there's an easier way to do this But I just do completely organic strategy on YouTube, and I've never bought a single ad on YouTube. Any more questions? Now, if you are on the fence about wanting to join the YouTube coaching experience, because you have until Tuesday, um, let me know. You can reach out to me, Trena, at trenalittle.com. Um, just send me the message call if you want to get on a call, and I will send you a link to book a call with me. It's just a 10-minute call, it's not a sales call at all, and we just talk about is this the right fit for you, is this something that will work for you. But as soon as you join us, you get instant access to all of these GPTs, but you're also going to get access to me one-on-one as well as the group weekly coaching calls. You're getting a strategy call as well with me So keep that in mind. How much time do you spend a week on marketing YouTube video? Um, so it's going to take me probably about 90 minutes to script my videos, um, with these GPTs. And then next week I would probably film them, and it takes me— I like to film 2 to 3 videos. Sometimes 4 is a little too much because my energy can get drained quickly. So I will film about 2 to 3 videos in less than 90 minutes because again We aren't YouTubers here. I'm trying to make this simple for business owners to actually get content that converts. So then like another 60 to 90 minutes to shoot like 3 weeks worth of content. Um, and then probably the same for editing. I outsource my editing. I have somebody else do that, but that's about it because then I use the transcript and that takes me 10 minutes to repurpose into email, to lock and load it into Kit. So overall, Um, how much time do I spend weekly on YouTube? I dedicate like 2 to 3 hours a week just on YouTube stuff, like, um, whether I'm watching YouTube, doing some research, or I'm scripting. But 2 to 3 hours is about all the time that I spend creating marketing material for my business. And by marketing material, that is YouTube. That is it. And then those YouTube videos continue to work for me. I have a video from 2020 2021. So it's 2026. It's— what's that, 5 years? 5 years ago. That is still getting people on my email list to this day, 5 years ago. And so that's why I just cut out everything else that I'm doing in my business, and I only do YouTube, and I send 3 emails a week to my email list, and that is it. Great questions, Amanda. And that's why I love YouTube, um, because the effort, the ROI in YouTube is way beyond anything else that you can do. If you are chasing Instagram algorithms or TikTok algorithms, it is just not worth it. And to me, it's just not worth it. YouTube has been a game changer for myself and my clients. I have clients that are, they get their YouTube channel going and then they take a break or they have kids and they take a break from YouTube for a little bit, but those videos still work for them. They're not working as powerful as posting new content, but they are still there and people are still searching them. The other thing, 100%, this is live, It is me. Hello. The other thing that YouTube does is GPT and Claude and Perplexity will recommend YouTube videos. It does not pull content from Instagram. So if you're only posting content on Instagram, you're invisible to AI search. So I need you to keep that— excuse me. I need you to keep that in mind as well, that most people are going to AI searches right now. And if you don't have content that AI search will recommend, you're missing out on a huge audience right now. Can you talk about the benefits of YouTube for SEO? Yeah, so that's what I think, that's what I was saying. The other thing is that Google owns YouTube, so guess what? Google is always gonna recommend YouTube videos over like Instagram content, TikTok content. If you plug in a YouTube video to a blog post, that's even stronger. I don't even do blog posts anymore, um, my— I just do YouTube videos, and, um, I think the amount of views I've had from ChatGPT just this year is like over 560 views that ChatGPT has sent me this year. Just this year. I have a client who hasn't posted in 18 months, and ChatGPT has sent her over 200 views just this year, and she's not even posting new content. And so you really need to think about how the industry is changing, how people are searching is changing too. And YouTube is a piece of content that these AI tools actually reference and actually recommend. Um, so keep that in mind as well. In fact, I maybe can pull that up. I'm not sure if I still have that search or not. Let me see. Let me show you an example. Okay, so for example, this is a GPT search that I did. Um, I have scoliosis and I want to start an at-home yoga routine to strengthen my core, but I want to learn from someone who specializes their workouts for someone with scoliosis. Now remember, people are going to GPT and they are answering— they are asking more complex questions. They aren't just typing in how they would on Google. They're putting more information into ChatGPT. They're like doing the voice memo like I did, asking it more complex questions. And so what it did is it said Elise Browning Miller, but— and it breaks down these people— but then I said, actually, if I want to join an online membership, I realized, okay, I couldn't learn learn from these. I'm looking for an online membership that has routines and challenges for me to follow. What is the best membership? And right there is the membership of our client Christine, Move with Scoliosis. It links directly to her membership. And so that's the power. It could link right in there. I think there's another one that I have that I can show you too, um, calligraphy learning. So for example, We typed in, I wanna learn calligraphy, I want someone who has free YouTube tutorials on how to get started but also has courses. One of our clients right there is Becca from The Happy Ever Crafter, links right to her YouTube videos and right to her website as well. And then even for myself, I typed in here, I wanna learn how to use YouTube in a way that grows my business. I don't wanna be a YouTuber, I want my YouTube videos to grow my email list. And I'm the first one. I don't have the largest channel out of these people, but I'm very specific in who I speak to on my channel, and that's really important too. If you become too broad, then YouTube can't— I mean, GPT can't recommend you for a specific thing. But a lot of my clients come to me saying that they were looking for somebody to learn how to do YouTube for a business and not a YouTuber. And so that's what all my content focuses on, and that's like part of YouTube strategy that I teach my clients and why I force you to get more specific and nailed into your niche on YouTube so that you can also get recommended in AI as well around this topic. I spend a few more hours each week specifically on YouTube, but we do our own editing and we do 2 videos a week. Trena's GPT has significantly cut down prep time. I love it. And that was the goal. So I had avoided learning AI for a long time, and then maybe you guys can relate to that, but in March I decided I need to figure this out because I know this can be a huge benefit to my clients. So in March I bought a program to learn AI, to learn Claude, to learn GPT, so I could create the best possible AI tools so that my clients can speed through this and to create good content with these GPTs and not just generic AI spitting out. Um, thank you. I'm so glad about that, Hope. Um, and you get access to all of this inside the YouTube coaching experience, which is currently open until Tuesday. Uh, if you know you want to get started on YouTube for serious, double down on YouTube for serious for your business, go to trenalittle.com/coaching because we're only accepting clients through Tuesday, and that'd be April 21st. Um, if you do have questions or you want to jump on a quick call with me, just send me an email. My email is trena@trenalittle.com. Just say call and I will send you a link to schedule a call. I'm doing calls this weekend, so if you know you have some time Saturday or Sunday, or if you want to do it Monday, I've opened some time on Monday too to get on calls with people who have questions about joining this program and whether it's the best fit for them or not. Now, I don't want to leave here without you feeling like this was helpful. But can you see how you could batch 3 months of content in 90 minutes using this system? Because I want to make sure you feel satisfied on this, um, that this has really shown you how I'm batching 3 months worth of content in 90 minutes. I'm probably going to spend some more time on this here today so that I can film next week, uh, so that I can get new content out starting— what's next week is the 20th, so I can get new content out the week of the 27th possibly, or the first week of May. Um, maybe on Monday I can show you, I can do it live and show you kind of what it generated, how I'm using that for my scripts, kind of what that looks like. But what else would you like to see? Um, if I were to come live on Monday and do another demo, what would you like to see? When it comes to YouTube and batching content that you feel potentially that I missed here today? So I guess I just covered everything and you all can see how I can build a content strategy in 90 minutes. I actually didn't know if I would be on here for a full hour, but we are pretty darn close and my voice is about gone and so is my water. So if you guys don't have any questions, or if later on down the road you do have a question, come back to the replay and drop it into the chat, and I'll be back answering questions. I'm so glad you found this helpful, Amanda. Um, I, I may do another live stream on Monday. Keep an eye on my channel, make sure you are subscribed, because then you will see it pop up, um, what the live stream is going to be on Monday. Um, considering pooling another client But the reason why it's hard to do a live client is because you can see how much it pushes back. And I would probably need the client on live with me to do that, to go back and forth. Because even with me, you know, it was pushing me back because I didn't give it all the right information. But that's important because we want to make sure the effort you put into the content pays off with leads and sales, right? We aren't just creating random content anymore as a business owner because we're not a content creator. We're not YouTubers, we're business owners. Okay guys, I hope I see some of you in the YouTube Coaching Experience. Hope is— Hope's been so great to work with for the last 6 years. She's been a client for 6 years. All of this is inside the YouTube Coaching Experience. So if you're like, I need this to plan my content for the summer. So I'll tell you guys, I will probably do what I just did 2 times so I can build 10 videos. So 2 playlist funnels, 10 videos, and then through May I will start filming those. I'll do like, um, like a day I'll do 3 videos, then I'll do another 3 the next day so that I can get my content done through the summer because my children are home and they're not quiet and they don't leave me alone and they need to be entertained. So we'll be at the pool and we'll be at camps, um, we're at the vaca— we're at the beach for 2 weeks. And so that's why this is so important, is because this allows you to batch and take time off this summer because then I will have these videos working for me growing my email list, filling my paid workshops that I'm planning to do this summer, um, getting me clients as well. Uh, and so I will probably plan to have all of my summer content shot by the end of May so that it can just get going on YouTube through June, July, and partially August, and that I'm done with content for the summer in May. So that's why it's so important. Okay guys, I hope you have a great rest of your Friday and a great weekend. If If you got questions, let me know. Hope to see you some in the YouTube coaching experience. It does close on Tuesday, April 21st. Um, have a great weekend, everyone. Bye!
