You just don't have the confidence that you feel you need to be on camera. Well, stick around because I got some ways to get over that and to build your confidence. Because I'm kicking off a three part video series that is going to address getting confident on camera. I know a lot of us struggle with actually putting ourselves out there and being comfortable on camera. Today is part one of a three part series that's coming out the next three Fridays. Make sure you are subscribed so that you know when my videos go live and you don't miss a single one of these videos. In today's video, I'm going to talk about some ways you can prepare yourself to be on camera and start to build your confidence before you even hit the record button. Next week we're going to talk about some more ways that you can prepare to get on camera also. And then finally on the third week, we're going to talk about ways to build your confidence once you hit that record button on your camera and and you're speaking to your camera. So how to continue to have that confidence once you are actually recording. So let's start with today and talk about ways that you can prepare and build your confidence before we even get the camera out. The first thing I want you to do to start building your confidence is to know what you're going to talk about in your video. So sit down if it's helpful to you, write an entire script out. Write down word for word, everything that you want to say in a video. I'm not saying that you need to read this or memorize it for your video, but if you already have an idea and get all your words from up here down onto paper and you organize them so that it flows and you're comfortable with what you're going to say, it's going to be a lot easier for you to deliver your content on camera and it's going to be a lot easier for you to build that confidence in yourself to be able to deliver that Content on camera. The second tip that I have for you to start building your confidence is to talk about something you are passionate about. You probably can tell I'm so passionate about video content and especially when it comes to women entrepreneurs and helping them build their confidence. I am so passionate about this topic. I want women to be able to take the leap, put themselves on camera and not really worry about what other people are going to say. I want you entrepreneurs out there to find out how beneficial video is and the great things that you can get from from creating video content. And you can probably tell that in my videos that I'm passionate about this. Start to think about what it is that you're passionate about in your business. I'm sure you're passionate about your business. Start creating videos around that. It's going to be a lot easier for you to talk to the camera and it's going to be a lot easier for you to build your confidence if you really enjoy the topic that you're talking about. Finally, the third tip that I have is to before you start recording, have a dance party. Cue dance party. So guys, I will turn on my phone to a playlist or something and just dance it out while I'm setting up my equipment right before I hit record. And it just gets me, you know, loose and ready and happy to just get on here and talk to you guys on camera even though you're not really here. So those are three tips that I have for you to start building your camera confidence and to get ready to start putting yourself on camera again. Make sure you're subscribed to this channel because next week I have three more tips for you and then the week after that I've got three ways that you can build your confidence once you are on camera.
