The content is a monologue aimed at helping viewers improve their productivity and video content reach.
Do you ever finish your day and think, I have so much more left to do? What did I even accomplish today? I'm right there with you. Stick around to see how I plan out my day to make it as productive as possible. Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Just the Tips with Trina where I provide you some of my business advice while I sip on some coffee or wine and I have some water. It's just over there. Today I wanted to share with you how I keep my days as productive as possible. I know I always have 101 things to do every day, so it's really hard to get through that list if I'm not being productive. So let's head on over to my desk and see what I do. The first thing I will usually do on a Sunday night is just brain dump everything I'm thinking about that needs to get done that week. Sometimes this will be a really long list and sometimes there will just be a few big projects listed. Once I brain dump, I will then go through my list to see what tasks are set. So if I need to write three blog posts or copy for my website, I will highlight them the same color. The videos I need to film will all be highlighted the same color and so on. Then I'll take this little checklist that I have that breaks it down by each day of the week and add the same highlighted color tasks to the same day of the week. This way my daily checklists look much smaller and more manageable than the giant weekly to do list. I will also front load my week with more tasks. That way if I start to get behind at the beginning of the week, I have more time to catch up at the end of the week. If you want some more productivity techniques, head on over to my blog. I'll link it right up. Here I talk about the Pomodoro technique and block scheduling and how I use those techniques to keep me productive during my day. How do you stay productive during the week and get done everything that you want to get done? Let me know down in the comments below. Let's talk about it. I love getting new tips and tricks to stay productive because let's face it, when you we all can get sidetracked so easily. So the more productivity tips the better.
