How To Get More Twitter Followers

Hey guys, and welcome back to Just the Tips with Trena where I provide you a 1 minute business tip that you can take action on today while I sip on some coffee or wine. And you've probably got it by now. Mondays are for coffee. Today's tips are all about growing your engagement on Twitter. Twitter can be a great place to build your tribe and have engaged followers. But how can you start today? The first thing you have to do is make sure your profile is pretty. So what I mean by that is for people to want to follow you, they're going to have to know why they're following you. So have a nice profile picture so people can see who you are. And in your Twitter banner, make sure you're providing what kind of content you plan to share on your Twitter. And also make sure your bio reflects what kind of content you're sharing. Also, next, post a variety of tweets so you can post quotes, images and most importantly, videos. Video is so important because it plays immediately while people are scrolling, scrolling through their feeds so it's like you're standing right there with them. Just make sure that this content that you are sharing with them is quality content that they want to hear. And finally, engage with your Twitter followers. Tweet them, retweet their content, or shout them out in a tweet, whatever it is that you need to do to make sure they know you care. Another great way to engage your followers is to have a Twitter chat.
