Lucrative platforms that you can be on as an online business owner. If you are following a specific framework for your YouTube strategy today I'm going to walk you through our YouTube firework strategy. So go ahead, hit that like button if you are ready to create content that puts money in your bank. Because I'm going to share with you our YouTube strategy that you can start today to only build a solid YouTube strategy, but to reach more people and to make sales every single day in your business. So go ahead, hit like say hello if you are here live. If you are watching the replay, go ahead and put hashtag replay. I'm going to tell you personally I get nervous with live. They are not my preferred means of communication and content. But I am getting outside of my comfort zone here in August and so that is why we are kicking off this weekly live show here so I can make connection with all of you, get to know more of you and to really dig into where you are struggling with creating a YouTube strategy. Because I honestly think YouTube platform, the YouTube platform and YouTube in general is the best piece of content you should be creating for your business owner. And so I've made it my purpose here the rest of my business lifetime to help entrepreneurs get on YouTube and a strategic way, but also in a way that feels good to them, doesn't overwhelm them and it makes sense to their overall business strategy. So please share any comments that you have, please leave any questions that you have as well. If I don't get to them at the end of this live, they most definitely will be incorporated into a live series or some content for you. But I need to hear from you so leave your comments and questions below below this video so I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, mostly seven figure entrepreneurs in my YouTube production agency and they struggle with getting content out every single week. But once we've created this approach for them so that they know kind of six weeks in advance what their YouTube strategy is going to be and how their YouTube strategy actually ties into booking more clients, whether that is with their agency or or whether it's coaching clients for them and also how it's going to send more people through their funnels to sell more of their courses, then it makes YouTube much easier for them when they can see that bigger picture. So what we do with this entrepreneurs when we work with them and what we also teach inside of my program Video Strategy Academy, which doors will be opening for Video Strategy Academy in September, is our first firework strategy. This is our signature approach to YouTube specifically for business owners Business owners who want to make more course sales want to book more clients. So what is the YouTube strategy? So like I said, it is a strategy that we use for picking videos when we publish those videos and what calls to action will look like for each of those particular each of those particular videos. Now, if you are actually following me on YouTube and Facebook because I'm streaming YouTube, Facebook in here on Instagram, I do have some graphics that I'm going to show you and how this fireworks strategy works. So Instagram, I didn't get too technical yet and do the slide thing here. So I'm going to do it on YouTube so you can check it out on YouTube or Facebook later. But what I wanted to show with you real quick here on Facebook and YouTube is when you use this fireworks strategy, this is what sales look like in my thrive cart. So like my cart where I make sales, where I get sales. Right? How people check out when we publish a video on YouTube, you can see that first video that we published is, it's circled in the black. We, that is a core video, which we're going to talk about here. What is the core video? What is a spark video? But when we publish our core video in our fireworks strategy, you see our sales initially spark spiked in our checkout page or our checkout software, then you can see the red circles following that. Those are then spark videos we publish following up that core video. And so you can see every time we publish a YouTube video, we have an instant spike in sales. So if you're watching on Instagram, basically when we publish a core YouTube video, we make about, in this particular incident, just under 1500 dollars in one day in less than 24 hours. And, and then every time that we publish a spark video following up that core video, we make another thousand dollars that day in addition to what we're making day in and day out over on YouTube with those videos. Okay, so you can see our average daily revenue from this particular fireworks Strategy is over $339 because of the YouTube video that we created. Now let's look at another example. We did this particular one in January. And you can see again what actually happened in this example, which I'm not able to show here on Instagram, is when we publish our initial video around our prep system, our core video went live. We made almost $2,000 in under 24 hours. Right, because of our core video. But then following up that core video, we had additional split spark videos. And those spark videos ended up over the month of January, bringing us in over $14,000. And that's with 00 Facebook ads. That's without Instagram content. That's without Facebook content. That's without going live. This is just our weekly YouTube content that drove us $14,000 while following our fireworks strategy here on YouTube. So you may be wondering, well, Trina, what does that firework strategy look like? Do you want to see the fireworks strategy? Go ahead and say firework in the comments below and I'm going to show you the diagram of what this fireworks strategy looks like. And again, if you got any questions during this, please leave them in the comments. I will be answering all your questions here in just a moment. But again, I wanted to show you this process that you can see. There is a strategy that you want to use on YouTube and especially if you're a business owner, because as a business owner, you want to make more sales, you want to book more clients, you want to book more coaching clients, right? So here is what this looks like. And again, Instagram, I am sorry if you cannot see this because I did not set it up for Instagram. But our firework approach looks like this. We have a core video. It is the first video of about five to six videos that we publish. So we have a core video. And in that core video, whoops. In that core video, the main purpose of that video is to educate, to show value, to build trust that we actually know how to teach something. And then at the end of that video, the call to action is to leave the YouTube platform. Again, as business owners, but also as YouTube users, we need to balance these two out. So we can't always be sending people to our call to action off of the platform. Because if we make people leave YouTube, YouTube is not going to do the work for us. YouTube is not going to push our content to more people because YouTube is going to see every time this person watches this video, like they leave YouTube. That is not YouTube's goal. So the goal of this core video, one of six videos in your six video strategy, will be to send people off the platform. For me, in the particular example that I showed you earlier, it was to my Prep system, my $47 workflow system, how it all works. And that is where we made over $1,000 in 24 hours, how we made $14,000 in one month just from our YouTube strategy. Because that core video sends people to my prep system sales page, okay? Then following up that video, we create spark video. So if you're on Instagram, we got the core video right here. The that sends people off of YouTube. So like that core of that firework and then the sparks on the outside, five additional videos. The goal of those videos is around the core topic, but the call to action is to then watch the core video, which is like the full detail video, right? So for example, my core video was how I set up my YouTube workflow. And so then I'm going to talk about Asana versus Trello. That is a spark video that I could talk about. And in that video I'm going to tell people my call to action is to watch my core video, which is how I use Asana in my workflow. So what the spark videos are doing is making YouTube happy because you're creating bingeable content, content that will be more likely for YouTube to push on the homepage to put in suggested and you're creating this bingeable viewing session that YouTube wants from you that YouTube will push more of your content if you're getting them to watch more than one video. So this fireworks strategy has really allowed our business owners to make YouTube happy, make the algorithm happy by getting people strategically to certain videos that push them off the platform, but only having certain videos that people go off the platform again to make YouTube happy. So this is the process that we work through inside of my agency and I also had nice little captions and in little slides on Instagram and Facebook to show. So our fireworks strategy is how we have found for not only my channel, but for multiple seven figure business owners works best and get some sales every single day. I have clients who when they launch, they get multiple comments coming in that I didn't even watch your webinar. Like I've watched your YouTube channels, your YouTube videos and that's how I knew I wanted to work with you. That's how I knew I wanted to buy your program. I didn't even watch the webinar. And this is how this strategy also allows you to be clear on okay, I got six weeks of content mapped out. I know week one is my core video and I'm following up with five spark videos that lead back to that core video. And I'm going to constantly generate sales. And the best part about that core video is it leans more towards the evergreen content. So this is the content that's literally going to live in search and on YouTube just driving you consistent leads, consistent sales every single day when you're able to follow this framework. Now before I take your questions, if you want to dig more into this process and actually work with me to build out your YouTube strategy, I am hosting a free challenge in September. Okay, so we got a little bit of time yet, but you can get on the wait list now. Trina little.com forward/challenge gets you on the wait list and those of you that are on the wait list will get a special early bird bonus on August 24th. Okay, this is a free challenge. There will be options to upgrade and get more one on one time with me to possibly get your YouTube strategy built as well. We're picking four people to live build their YouTube strategy and this is all going down the week of September 12th. But you can get on the wait list now. Trina little.com forward/challenge and we will be announcing special bonuses and and special early bird pricing to the VIP level that we're having on August 24th. So make sure you're on that waitlist. Trina little.com forward/waitlist so you are the first to know because we will be announcing the challenge doors open there before we do to the public. So about 24, 48 hours prior to opening to the public. And lastly next week we are going to be diving into my YouTube workflow. So how do I make this all happen? How do I have the font? How do I have the time to do this? What is the step by step process that I work through for my YouTube videos? And this is also the workflow we use with our seven figure entrepreneurs. So make sure that you are subscribed to my channel. Make sure you're following me here on Instagram because every single Monday at 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time in the month of August, we are diving in to how you can use YouTube in your business in an effective way so it's not burning you out and so that you are making sales. All right, now later this month I am going to be doing a live stream on equipment. And so I'm going to be talking about what is the real equipment that you need and things that I did away with a fancy camera back there that actually helped me back from creating content. And what I did instead, that has made my YouTube video life so much easier. So let me know, did you put 1pm Mondays on your calendar right now? 1pm Eastern Standard Time. Go to your calendar, put it on reoccurring every single Monday and go to trina little.com forward/challenge to get on the waitlist for that happening in September. So let me take a look, see if there were any questions that came in here. So we have one from Hope that says do you find the initial core video brings in the Most revenue and the Spark videos lead back to the core videos. Lesser amounts, not necessarily. Again, it's going to depend on how well those Spark videos do. So those Spark videos, depending on your click through rate and your audience retention, will depend on how well you're going to get people to that core video. Because with the Spark videos, they have to get to the end of that video, obviously to get to the core video and then they have to get to the end of the core video. What I have found though is people who come in through Spark videos and core videos, they are much more of the people that I love to work with because if they've gone through watching at least two of my videos, they've decided that are these, is this the type of person I want to learn from or not? And if they don't like me, they are not getting through two videos. And that is fine. I'm not for everybody, but those two, those videos definitely have allowed me to bring on people that I love to work with because they've really tested me out and kind of went on a trial run with me. So that's kind of how you can balance, you know, core video versus Spark video. You got to think about your click through rate and your audience retention. Because the Spark video, you do have to get people to the end of the video to hear that call to action. So great question, great question. Hope. Let's see, what else do we have here? Okay, here's another question about blogging. So I've been following you for a while. How does the Spark strategy work for a recipe blogger? So we actually worked with a, somebody very similar to a recipe blogger and we've done this strategy with them. So what we actually did is our core video tended to be like a full, a larger video. So I want to think like, okay, like five ground beef recipes you can create for dinner in 10 minutes or less, right? And in that video you walk through these five recipes and then in your Spark video maybe you talk about a side to that ground beef. And you said, you know what makes a great entree to this side is some ground beef dinner, right? Watch this video where I give you five ideas on your ground beef recipes. Okay? So that's how we did it with that particular client that was a food blogger. So you want to think about with the Spark videos what makes sense for them to then watch that core video. Okay? And in that core video you can say, get these recipes in PDF format@yourblog.com, right? And so that's how I would use that for a food blogger. So great question. Whisking up young. Any more last minute questions? Because I don't want to like take a long time here on lives because I know you all are busy and I want to see you here next Monday. So I don't want to take too much of your time. Video Mark something. One of my customers is a life coach. How would your strategy help for her? Do you have any suggestions? Yes. So one of the key things that is incredibly important on YouTube is understanding your target audience. So what is one of the biggest pain points that they are having? And how could you solve one of those pain points in 10 to 15 minutes? Right, because with like a core video, it's going to be about 10 to 15 minutes. So what would be one of those videos that they could do? So, for example, mine is how to set up your YouTube workflow because a lot of people want to know all the steps. And so my video was about 25 minutes, how I set it up. So with a life coach, what would be that, you know, something that their audience needs and that you could resolve by the end of the video and then tell them you have this free thing or you have this training or that they can work with you to go to your work with me page? Right, that's how I would do that. And then spark videos are more littleer solutions. Right? Littler problems. Not a bigger problem, but littler problems. And again, we're going to dive into more of this specifically inside of our Kickstart your YouTube Spark challenge in September. So if you want to join that, remember, you can go to trina little.com forward/challenge to get on that wait list. And we will be opening the doors to our wait list members on August 24 and then it won't be open till the public till 48 hours afterwards. So we'll be able to dive more specifically into that. Like I'm just literally coming up with off the top of my head right now for you. So that's how I would go about doing that. Okay. I'm an intuitive reader. Also created an E course. Do you think you could help me grow my channel? The Instagram makes it really hard to read names. The Marathi mystic, the Maritime. Sorry, I am butchering this. Absolutely. So the key to YouTube, like I said early, is really understanding your audience. Okay. So there is a process that we teach inside of my program video strategy academy that's called piggybacking. And what we do in piggybacking is it allows us to really get into the mindset in the thought process of our audience to understand what they are watching on YouTube and what they are enjoying. So from there then you're able to create this content around those topics, around the channels that they are already watching so that YouTube can understand who to link you up with. And so we have this entire lengthy exercise on how to understand your audience. And we actually, as a bonus when we open up the doors for Video Strategy Academy in September, we have somebody coming in to teach us an extra training on hacking your client's voice, hacking your viewers voice. So if you're not sure how to do this, she has a detailed process on how you can go out, research and figure out, you know, what is your client's biggest pain points and what are they watching and what are they reading so you can create the right content and that gets them in front of you the fastest. All right, so that's. I don't know if I can necessarily break it down here in this quick live stream, but absolutely. I've worked with copywriters, I've worked with cookbook writers, I've worked with. I'm trying to think of all the different people that come to the top of my head lawyers, I've worked with nutritionalists, I have worked with off roading jeep off roading, I worked with hypnotists, I've worked with family vloggers. I've worked with so many niches that I've seen what works on YouTube and just about any niche will work on YouTube unless it's a niche for people that don't like the Internet. And so the strategy works across the board with niches. It's just the key is to finding your niche and what your niche is watching on YouTube so you can link that up in a piggyback strategy to then do your fireworks strategy. Okay, I know it's a lot, it's terms that we use inside of Video Strategy Academy. But the members of VSA will tell you like it's game changer for building a YouTube content strategy and also building your YouTube channel. Hope was on earlier. I put her comment up earlier. Hope is a Video Strategy Academy student who went from 200 subscribers. She's over a hundred thousand subscribers now and she grew that in about a year's time. A year or less. She'll tell you the exact time. Um, she said, I love that you got out of your way to bring in incredible helpful speakers for Video Strategy Academy. We have a guest expert vaults and Video Strategy Academy too. So keep that on your mind. In September we don't normally close doors, but since we've been working on upgrading and improving, we're actually creating all new content right now for Video Strategy Academy. We will be opening those doors in September. So keep that in mind. If you really want to grow YouTube with me, that will be an option available in September. And you do have access to that free challenge doing as well. So it's like a try before you buy. Okay, so next week we're going to be talking about my YouTube workflow. I hope I will see you here again next week, 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. I appreciate you for being here. And again, I will see you next week. Bye. Now I got to figure out how to turn this off.
