I posted 21 videos in 21 days... HOW MUCH MONEY DID I MAKE?

This is a YouTube video titled "I posted 21 videos in 21 days... HOW MUCH MONEY DID I MAKE?" published in July 2020. The content is a detailed monologue by a single speaker sharing insights and analytics about the impact of posting 21 consecutive videos on YouTube, including subscriber growth, impressions, email list growth, and revenue generated. The speaker also promotes a free workshop on video content creation and YouTube marketing strategies. The video is focused on content marketing and business growth through YouTube.
Could posting to YouTube more consistently, A, help you grow your YouTube channel and B, help you drive more sales to your business. Because if you're a business owner, the bottom line is, is content you're creating helping drive revenue to your business? I just wrapped up publishing 21 videos in 21 days and I'm here to break down every single little number and make sure you stay to the end of this video because I'm going to tell you exactly how much money came into my pocket by posting 21 days straight. You're going to see the exact numbers real quick before I all the numbers. The reason why I did this, 21 videos in 21 days, is because I wanted to show you how much you could grow a YouTube channel, but more importantly, make money in your business if you posted consistently on YouTube. So by no means do I say go out and post 21 videos in 21 days because I will not be doing it again anytime soon. But if you think about posting one video a week every single week, this would have been like 21 weeks worth of content. But since I didn't have 21 weeks of time to kind of test this and give you the Results, I did 21 videos in 21 days back to back. So again, if you think about this, this is more than four months worth of content that I pumped out. It took me about three days to film. Remember, it usually takes me about one day to film a month's worth of content. So three days to film four months worth of content is less than that. And I also outsource to an editing service provider called Video Husky. They are based out of the Philippines and it's the first time I ever tried them to help me get this editing done. Because I know that my editor could not handle the 21 videos in 21 days. I just wanted to give you that backstory. So let's look at the YouTube and like I said, then we're going to look at how these numbers reflected in the actual money my business made. So the first number everybody wants to know is how many subscribers did you grow? This is why it's so important to think about YouTube as a long term game. Because a lot of your recent videos aren't necessarily going to be subscriber drivers. They're going to simmer on YouTube and drive you more subscribers down the road. So let's pull up specifically all the videos that I did. And the way I do this is I grouped them all in an analytic group. So if you come up here into this channel area, I did Groups. And right here, they all are 21 videos in 21 days. And then if we click this to add subscribers, to see how many subscribers were gained, you can see, out of 21 videos, I gained 94 subscribers just from that content. But if we pull all of my content together and see how many subscribers I grew across the board in 21 days, you can see that I grew over 1400 new subscribers in just 21 days. The next thing I want to show you is impressions, and this is how many people are actually seeing your content. Because this can be the hardest way to get the word out about yourself, right? How can you create content that people actually see? Because remember, Instagram and Facebook do not have a very great algorithm to be found. And also, there's no search option there. So you can see for just my 21 videos that I published, I had over 176,000 impressions on those three videos. Then if we look at the entire 21 days, including my entire video library, I had over 1.4 million impressions in 21 days. Not even most websites get 1.5, 1.4 million impressions. So again, why it's so powerful to be focusing a lot of your content efforts on YouTube because it really grows the amount of people you can reach. I really want to address right here why you don't need to stress out about needing to publish daily content or even twice or three times a week content. I want to show you the difference that what I did in the last 21 days compared to June numbers and June, I just posted literally once a week, every single Wednesday, which is my normal time. So you can see on the screen right here, this is June's numbers. And we had over 170, 17,000 views in June, and I had over 2,200 subscribers in June. But when we compare that to the last 21 days, you can see right up here, I grew over 1,400 subscribers and only had 77,000 views. So this is why it's so important to think about your content not as immediate gratification, right? A lot of the views that were coming to my channel in the past 21 days and in June is from my content library that I already have on YouTube. In fact, if you scroll down here, you can see some of these top videos are older videos that I've done. You see, this one was published in November. This one was published in October. But by creating this new content, I've got these 21 new sales teams of videos that are going to continue working for me around the clock. And I'm going to share why this is so important. But first I want to show you impressions as well. So you can see in June our impressions were 1.9 million. And again this is just 21 days. So this isn't a full month. Remember there's 30 days in June, so we are still down 9 days. In this 21 day case study, we still had over 1.4 million impressions on my content in less than 9 days from June. So let's really dig into these numbers for you to make your own choice on whether or not YouTube is going to be worth it for your business and whether you should really be hanging your content hat on YouTube. So like I said, I published 21 videos the last 21 days and I got around 1400 new subscribers. But we published a brand new lead magnet, so an opt in a freebie that July 6th, the day I started doing this. And within 21 days we were able to get over 2200 new email subscribers subscribers just by talking about that opt in on my YouTube videos. So I segment on my organic traffic from my Facebook ads and we were able to grow 2200 organic leads from the YouTube content that I was putting up. And all we did was I talked about it in every single video I linked to it. I told people where to get the link and that's how quickly I was able to grow my email list in just 21 days, over 2,000 new email subscribers. Again, when you look at Instagram and how quickly you could grow an Instagram In 21 days, my final numbers were 104. So I pulled that up and looked at it. I posted on Instagram stories every single day from July 5th to July 26th and only got 105 new followers. I was also publishing on my feed and publishing at least one Instagram TV episode every single week. Some weeks we published two Instagram TV episodes. And in comparison, when looking at my website and the traffic that I received in the same 21 days, I only had about 7,400 page views during that same time where YouTube was over 1.4 million impressions. So before tell you the actual money that I made in 21 days, I want to really just show you how powerful focusing on content on YouTube can really be and why maybe taking the time you're spending writing that longer blog post or going on Instagram live, or doing all those extra things, if you focus on YouTube, you can really grow your visibility a lot faster. So if you're struggling to get seen, struggling to get people on your email list, it may be where you're creating your content and maybe it's time to think about using YouTube as your content hub. So how much did I make in 21 days? So in 21 days we signed on to agency clients which was $5,000. I enrolled 16 new students into my program, which was $6,352 in revenue. 10 students took me up on the downsell on my course because we have an evergreen funnel running behind the scenes so people see a specific set of emails and get offered an option to enroll. And so then if they don't enroll, we give them a downsell and 10 did opt in there and that was $1,470. And then because I'm talking about my workflow in quite a few of these videos, I also linked that into my 21 videos. And from my workflow we enrolled 37 new students, particularly into the workflow which was $1,739 in revenue for a total revenue in 21 days of $14,561 from mainly YouTube. Right. I was talking about all, I was tracking the leads that we were getting from YouTube and focusing only on the people that came in through YouTube. And I was able to make over $14,000 in 21 days by using YouTube as my primary marketing material, as my primary content. Alright, so listen up.
