Inspiration for Women Entrepreneurs

This is a YouTube video titled "Inspiration for Women Entrepreneurs" created in August 2017. It features a monologue by Trena Little, who shares motivational stories and highlights several female entrepreneurs who inspire her. The video focuses on encouragement, accountability partnerships, and resources for women in business, aiming to inspire and support female entrepreneurs.
As a female entrepreneur, it can get lonely. Am I right? You might be working at home alone day in and day out and it can be so easy to lose your inspiration and your motivation. I have totally been there. So in today's video I really wanted to feature some female entrepreneurs who inspire and motivate me on a daily basis. Hey guys, my name is Trena. Welcome to another episode of Just the Tips. If you are not subscribed to this channel yet, just make sure you click that subscribe button down below. Because I share new videos every week teaching you how to use YouTube video in your business strategy. I would love to hear from you who are some of the women that inspire you in a daily basis? Whether it's business owners, family members, friends, I would love to hear share them down below and shout them out. The first woman that I really want to highlight today is Lauren Frontier of the Real Female Entrepreneur. She just launched this brand new campaign with a brand new website and a business all about inspiring women and shedding the light on what real female entrepreneurism looks like. I've been friends with Lauren for over a year now and she's constantly inspiring me to do better. She has an amazing podcast where she really pulls back the curtains on being a female entrepreneur and showing that it's not all glitz and glam. There are real hard parts and you shouldn't be afraid to show it. So make sure you go support Lauren and check out her brand new movement, the Real Female Entrepreneur. I will leave all the links on where to find her down in the description box below. The next female entrepreneur that I really want to shout out and show my appreciation for is Reyna Pomeroy. Reyna has a podcast called the Creative Empire and also an amazing Facebook group called the Heart Centered Biz Bosses. Just recently I completed a challenge within her Facebook group and I don't typically do many challenges. I usually have other things to do or I just don't have the time. But I followed Raina's challenge and just working with her through that challenge and she really motivated me and inspired me to be excited about my business again and just with those people that were taking the challenge. She really gave her personal time, her feedback and her coaching capabilities just with those people who were taking the challenge. It was really something that I needed in my business at the right time. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and stressed and kind of like a failure, but participating in her challenge definitely got me re inspired and excited for my business again. So I will leave the link to her podcast and Also her Facebook group down in the description box below as well. And finally, I want to shout out a new bestie that I found when I was looking for an accountability partner in Rena's challenge. So Janet of Janet Gwen Designs and I have been co working together for a couple weeks now. So when we co work together, not only are we able to bounce back ideas off of each other, but we're also able to get quick feedback on what might be working in our business and what might not and how we should focus on it to make it better. So every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Janet and I held each other accountable for certain goals. We check in on a Skype call, we make sure we completed our goals. If we didn't, how can we help each other get to that goal? So then we set a goal that we want to accomplish in the next hour. We're on the phone and then we co work together. We basically put Skype on mute and start working. Not only are we completing our own task, but we're being held accountable by one another. So some of the things that we work on during that cohour could be something that you really don't want to complete or you've been putting on the back burner because you're not really motivated to do it. So whether it's responding to emails, scheduling, social media, whatever is something you've been putting off, we set it as a goal to complete in that hour. Then we check back in and make sure we completed it. Then we set our goal for the next time till we see each other again. This has been game two changing in my business. I've gotten so much done in the couple weeks that we've worked together and I really have a clear strategy of where I want my business to go just by working with Janet one on one for the past couple weeks. And also a side note about Janet, she designs these amazing marble laptop cases, iPad cases and iPhone cases. So if you're looking for some way to jazz up your laptop, I will link her shop down in the description box below so you can definitely get yourself one of these. I really just wanted to take this video today to highlight some women who may or may not know they're really making a difference in the female entrepreneur world. Make sure you check out what these amazing women are doing on a day to day basis in their business. Like I said, the links to their social media accounts and their website will be down below. If you like these types of videos where I'm highlighting women who inspire me, make sure you give this video a thumbs up. You share it and also subscribe to this channel by clicking that little circle picture of me right there. Thank you so much for watching and I will see you in the next video. Bye.
