The session also includes an enrollment pitch for Trena's paid YouTube coaching program with time-limited bonuses.
I know, Jen, you also join. If you have a channel you want me to review or you have a question about business, about YouTube, please let me know in the chat because I'm going to be answering all questions here in just a moment. I was going to make sure this is back up and running here, Erin, let me know if it is back up and running. I don't think I can have this pulled up on my computer and also be doing zoom because I think my computer wants to die. So Donna says. And let me add, honestly, I've not been very clear and concise on my messaging and I've been trying to talk to too many. I mainly use LinkedIn, but I feel I need to pivot to something else. I was focused on too broad of a niche. I'm going. I am going too narrow that to retired educators who want to earn supplemental income, boost pensions, and those planning to retire soon or dreaming of early retirement. Okay, Donna, this is great. All right. So what I want you to focus on right now is one of those people. So even getting more niche. You said retired educators who want to earn supplemental income, boost their pension. That is a perfect niche. Okay. And this is what's really important. If you're thinking about using YouTube or you're on YouTube and you're not sure why your YouTube isn't working, it's because you're probably too broad. What happens with YouTube is when you're. When you try to reach everyone, you end up reaching no one. No one at all. Okay. Because people want to know specifically who you are going to help and what you are going to help them do. So when you try to talk to all these people, for example, you mentioned retired educators who want to earn supplemental income. You're talking about those planning to retire soon or are those dreaming of retiring soon? Those are three different people. Those people all have different issues. They all have different pain points. They all have different transformations that they want to have. And so for you, Donna, I would focus on just one of those people. Because for business owners, we don't need all the views, right? We don't need quantity of views. We need quality of views. Views that are going to convert into customers, clients, or sales. And so the more specific that you can be with your audience, the sooner you're going to get that audience to your channel. This is important because the more you can get your audience to your channel and watching your videos, the more YouTube can understand who's the best person for your channel. So what YouTube will do, it'll start to see Some of your people watching that are retired educators and they're looking for that side hustle or supplemental income. So then YouTube is going to find more people like that. So YouTube is going to take the viewer behaviors of the people watching your videos and find more people with that viewer behavior. Now if you were doing all three of those niches, people who want to retire early, people who are thinking about retiring early, they have different viewing behaviors. So YouTube just kind of like throwing videos up there like spaghetti on a wall. And it's never actually going to figure out who your person is. And that's why your momentum on your channel will be slow. Views will be slow, click through rates will be low, and you won't get those sales that you want. And so even, even niching down to one of those audiences, Donna, is incredibly important. And that's what I help my clients do every day. We figure out who that audience is, then we take that audience and we build a content strategy specifically for that audience. And then we take that content strategy and we put it into a playlist funnel so that we're getting people to binge watch your content. Because the more they watch of you, the higher the chances they will convert to work with you. But also the more they watch of you, the more YouTube will send more people to your channel. Because YouTube wants to reward binge worthy content. And if you can get people to watch multiple videos, because you build your strategy out the way I teach it in a playlist funnel, that's how you build binge worthy content. That's how you get people to watch your content and then buy. Okay, so that's really important to understand. Now within that niche idea, Ravine says I help busy women achieve their ideal body weight around their busy schedule without feeling restricted. Okay, we're kind of broad. Who specifically? I get busy women. But that's broad, right? Because a busy woman without kids, different problems, different pain points than a busy woman with kids, a busy woman, pre first 40s, different problems, different issues than women after 40. Different problems, different issues. Right. That viewer wants to know you're going to help specifically their problem. Because I'm thinking, you know, I'm, I'm 40 now and I want to achieve my body weight, but I'm thinking about things that are affecting potentially my body weight. I'm thinking about the minimal amount of time that I have right now because my kids are running around everywhere. Practice. I need somebody to help me who understands that I can't just stay home and meal prep because I've got kids stuff Going on. I also need somebody to understand where I'm at in my body, right? I'm going, I'm over 40 now. I'm thinking about how my body is changing. I'm thinking about how my hormones are shifting. I'm thinking about perimenopause. Are you talking to that person or are you talking to somebody in their 20s who, you know, they can spend an hour working out every day or they can spend an hour or two every Sunday, you know, meal prepping? They can. That's two very different audiences. Right? So who specifically are you speaking to when you're saying busy women achieve their ideal body weight? And again, this is something that I help my clients work on every day inside the YouTube coaching experience. Because if you don't dial in on your niche for YouTube, then you don't start creating the right content for your niche. When you don't focus on content that attracts your niche audience, you're not going to get people watching your videos that will buy your products and offers. Okay. So, Sheri, you would love to get back coaching with me again? I think this opportunity is great. We are doing enrollment right now. It is our Last enrollment of 2025. When you join us before tomorrow, because tomorrow the doors close, you're going to lock your price in with 2025 pricing because we are increasing the pricing in 2026 because we've added a lot of awesome things. We We've created custom GPTs to help you get through the curriculum faster. A custom GPT to help you really define this Ready to buy viewer. A custom GPT to help you build your content strategy faster. So the price is going up because of all the extras I've added into it. The other thing, when you join us by tomorrow, we're not going to make your start date till January 1, but you can jump in, get started today. So you're basically getting from now to the end of year free of charge. You still need to pay to get in, but your contract doesn't start till January 1st. So you get 12 months access with me starting on January 1st, plus the rest of October, November and December as well. So, Sherry, that would be the best way to work with me. And I know you mentioned Grace as well. When you join the coaching program, I also allow you to bring a plus one in. So whether you have a virtual assistant or an editor or a marketing assistant, you're allowed to bring a plus one in as well.
So.
So they can go through the curriculum too. So I just wanted to drop that in there. Aaron, did share the link. We are closing the door for 2025 pricing tomorrow at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time. So Ravan, do you have any questions about, you know, solidifying your audience, your niche, you're ready to buy viewer, all of that? Because I did want to respond to Glenn. So I pulled up your channel, Glenn, and there are no videos, so it makes it difficult to provide content on. Okay, so it looks like there are videos just not on the homepage. There are, there are no thumbnails. There are no, no titles to these. The, the, there's not a lot that I can provide context on for these videos because we need to have titles and thumbnails that are going to attract our ready to buy viewer. And if we don't have that, it doesn't matter how many videos we put up there without a solid title and thumbnail, no, nobody's ever going to watch it because we have to win the click and we have to think about that packaging of that video before we even move forward creating videos. So that's something that I would focus on, how to create titles and thumbnails. All right, um, Dina, welcome to the Live. If you have a question about your YouTube channel or you want me to review your YouTube channel or you have a YouTube strategy question, please share it in the chat. I am open to doing free, free strategy sessions here right now in free channel audits. So if I pop over here to Jen, she doesn't know how to start. We are a service based company and my channel needs to be tutorial based. We are not selling anything but our free training. So actually Jen, I would advise against tutorials because what happens when you focus on tutorial channels? You attract. Ready, sorry. You attract beginner Betty's, you attract freebie chasers. When you just do tutorial videos, people come watch the content and bounce. They aren't connected to you, they don't help build your community, they don't want to learn more about you. And so I tell business owners, we don't even focus on tips, tutorials, hacks, because you're not going to drive ready to buy viewers on that type of content. So if you're trying to drive people to your service based company, you need to be thinking about those people that work with you and your service based company. What is the problems? What are the problems that they are having right before they come to work with you? Those are the types of videos that you need to be focused on creating so that you're creating a channel full of qualified buyers and not just Freebie chasers, not just people who dip in and dip out because tutorial based videos bring low quality views. This needs to be for our current clients mainly. So I would have something that you're sharing to your current clients somewhere else on a different platform. I don't know if that's vimeo or unlisted YouTube videos, but if you want to use YouTube to generate leads, to generate new clients, that's how I would approach YouTube. You need to be thinking about those clients that you're working with, what is the problem or the pain point that they're having right before they come to work with you. And those are the types of videos you're going to use YouTube as a client generating machine, like as a client tutorial repository. I would do that somewhere else because just putting those videos on YouTube aren't going to help you get the momentum on YouTube. That's going to attract more clients to want to work with you. Does that make sense? Okay, I will pull up your channel ravine and we'll take a look at it here. Yeah. Sherry says your coaching makes a huge difference on dialing in ideal audience and playlists. Absolutely. That's my specialty. That's what I focus on. That's what I want my client clients to really focus on because I want you to spend less time on social media and more time on content that's going to A, live longer than 24 hours, which YouTube videos live for months, even years. But B, get in front of the right people. Right. I want you focused on content that's going to live longer and get you results faster. So that's something that I really focus on in my program because I'm working with business owners and who, you know, you're delivering to your clients, you're delivering to your students, you're trying to run your business and you've got a life outside of that. How can you take things away off your to do list? Well, one of the biggest tasks in any business is marketing. And you're probably Marketing well, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, I don't know all of these places, but I can help you focus in on just one singular platform, creating one video a week on YouTube. And that can be your entire marketing strategy. And I can teach you, once you've got the strategy down, how to create one video a week in just under two hours. And that two hours a week fills your marketing calendar because that video keeps working for you every single day. Because YouTube videos stack on each other like compounding interest, Instagram, they expire after 24 hours. That's why most people are burnout, because you're creating your time on platforms that expire content constantly. You need to think about reallocating your time on platforms that are making your content expire fast and reallocating it to YouTube, because that's where you're going to get the biggest bang for your buck. Okay, so we pull up your channel here and you say it's women, 30s to 50s, with children. But I recognize now that the age group may have been two different problems. Yeah, definitely. Because 30 to 50, 30 year olds probably have toddlers, kids in elementary school, 50s, they're probably getting close to high school, potentially going to college. And so again, they're in a different life phase. Right. We need to be focusing our audience very specific. What is the life phase that they are in that are they are struggling with. Right. So I'm going to pull up this channel right here and Health made easy with Dr. Scheibar. Okay. So I have no idea who this is for. We have nutrition fitness mindset recipes. Again, way too broad. People are going to come to this channel, have no idea this is for them and they're going to leave. So we really need to make sure that you have your channel banner that dialed in, calling out that person and what you're going to help them do on this channel. I think your channel icon is great. You could probably even zoom it in a little bit more so we could see a nice image of your face. We could see the whites of your eyes. People actually trend trust people that they can see the whites of your eyes. So I would just zoom that in a little bit. And then looking at your content here, I'm not instantly getting that this is fitness content. To me, this feels kind of cartoony, kind of kids content. What you can do is you can look at like meal prep. 10 meals in under 10 hours. Here's a great exercise. Take this topic and. All right. And we're also not filming YouTube videos on the right format. So you need to be creating vertical YouTube, sorry, horizontal YouTube videos to get the best optimization on YouTube. So if we take this topic right here to look at kind of what you're up against, what you're compared against, what do we see? The first thing we see is it's very clear. It's meal prepping. It's a photo of somebody actually meal prepping and very simple words. All right. The next thumbnail we see. Again, we're seeing the meals here. Very clear. The meals. It's enticing. Right we're seeing her face, and we're seeing very minimal text. Same thing here again. Budget meal prep. We're seeing that meal prep vision, and we're seeing done in an hour. That's how a meal prep thumbnail needs to be designed. Okay? So when we're looking at your thumbnail, when it's going to be up against those types of videos, it's just going to be so hard for it to stand out because there's a lot of text here. We can hardly even see this. And so this is something I help my clients do with figure out how to get that thumbnail. What should that thumbnail be? Because if you can't get the packaging right, you're not going to win the click. And if you don't win the click, you don't get the views. And then you miss out on this. Potential sales, there's potential leads. Okay? So that's something that is really important that you have to understand and you have to put time into, because without a title and thumbnail, that's getting attention, you're not going to get views. All right? And that's kind of what I'm seeing consistently here is weight loss struggles. Fix your mind, not just your diet. I'm seeing, like, all of this stuff going on. It's. It's way too much for the eyes. Another exercise all of you can do, too, to think about thumbnails is go to your homepage. And my homepage is a mess because my kids have been on here. But what you want to look at is, like, Darryl here, he has two words and imagery representing what he's talking about, and then two clear faces. All right, so Millie here, she doesn't even have any text on this thumbnail, right? But you can get the gist of what she's talking about. She's talking about reels, right? If you keep scrolling through here. Let's just see if we can find another example. Again, I need to get my algorithm fixed because my children are on my YouTube. Pat, right? Pat's reflecting 20 million increase, estimated money, not what I expect. So he's grabbing attention. I got 20 million views. What was it that he expect? Was it good? What was bad? How much did you pay him for? 20 million views. So when you come to the homepage, you see what thumbnails actually work. Okay? These are the thumbnails that work. And in my program, I teach you a research process called Niche Neighbors. And what you can do is you can create a test channel and you can act like you're Ready to buy viewer and train the algorithm to be like, you're ready to buy viewer. And when you come to this home page, you're going to see exactly who your ready to buy viewer is watching. And so that is a test that, that is a system, a research process that I teach my clients inside the YouTube coaching experience. So I'm going to double check. I gotta look at some more questions here. Let's go over to Dina. I have multiple ideas. I have this new channel for Latin dancers and want to help with confidence, self esteem. I'd be interested in doing coaching, teaching, but I haven't worked with anyone yet. Okay, Dina, what I would recommend is what is your main offer? So this is what I work with my clients on because we want to build a content strategy that is going to feed to your main offer. So my main offer, everything that I do leads the YouTube coaching experience. That is my main offer. I'm building a YouTube channel that feeds my YouTube coaching experience. Okay, so what would be your main offer? Once we know your main offer, who are the people that are best to be in there? All right, so we need to think about those people. Then we need to think about what are the problems, what are the pain points, what are the struggles that they are going to have Right before they get to the point they need to hire a coach. Right. It's not going to be beginner content, like which dancing should I start? No, your audience, Dina, is already Latin dancing. Right. The next thing that you want to dive into, again, specific problems your Latin dancing clients would have. So you don't want to just say like how to get started with Latin dance. No, your audience is past that. Right. You need to focus on what I call expert esters. They are already doing Latin dancing, but now you're going to help them go this next level to help them with the confidence, the self expression and becoming better dancers with your coaching. All right, so that's how I would want to work with you. Because I have my background in business. I've been doing my online business for 10 years. I have a master's degree in business. I've helped many of my clients in my program refine their offer and build an offer for their YouTube channel. So Dina, that is something that you and I could work with in the coaching program. Because my coaching program isn't just YouTube strategy. You can build the best YouTube channel with the best ready to buy viewer. But if we can't get those viewers to convert on your sales page, in your funnels, it's pointless Right. You need a channel that makes you sales. And so I go beyond just YouTube strategy. We build the lead generating machine, which is YouTube, and then we start to look at the business. We start to look at is the sales page converting is the opt in convert verting front end. Now let's think about back end. Let's look at that funnel. People who opt into your free lead magnet, are they going up to that next offer? If they're not, why not? What do we need to do to maximize the amount of people who join with a free lead magnet to actually buy something? So what I do in my coaching program is very unique. It takes YouTube strategy and marries it with business strategy. So you're getting the best of both worlds when you work with me because I have the 10 years experience on YouTube plus I have the business side strategy as well. Being in business for myself for 10 years and having a master's degree. Um, and so that's kind of how I would approach your strategy, Dina, and how I think we would be best to work together. Um, again, let me know if anybody here has questions as I dive into this, because I only have one more. Um, and if there aren't any other questions, we can wrap up. But I want to be here as long as you need to to get questions answered before tomorrow. Because tomorrow we are wrapping up enrollment for 2025 and we are going to be increasing the price. We're actually going to be doubling the price to the coaching experience in January because of all the additional resources and the kind of like safety nets that we've built into the program over the last couple of months so that my clients can get better results faster with the resources that we built. So, Sheri, you said, I've been testing a few ideas. Women business owners who want to hire their first VA and time strapped women business owners and women business owners with digital chaos. So that is two different audiences, Sherry. And so people who are trying to hire their first VA versus digital chaos, they may have different issues. There may be a through line that we look at. So again, Sheri, what I would tell you to focus on is what is the main offer you want to sell from YouTube? Because remember, we are driving, we are building a channel full of leads to buy a main offer. So I'll let you answer that. While I answer. Dina, do you recommend focusing on one offer at a time per channel? Not necessarily, Dina. I folk I recommend focusing on one particular offer to build a playlist funnel. Now, my playlist funnel is my unique way of doing YouTube. It is my way. I, I built it out two years ago. It is my specific way of doing YouTube. And so the way you want to do this is you build a playlist funnel, basically like an email funnel, only it's public. And you create these particular videos that get people to binge watch and binge watch, and it's taking them down a public funnel to get to the point where they realize they need to buy the offer that you're selling. And so what I help my clients do is I figure out what is the offer we are going to sell and what is the playlist funnel that we need to build up to get people into that offer. Does that make sense, Dina? Because again, the more people will watch of you, the chances that they will convert go up and the more YouTube will recommend your content to more people. So you want to be building these. I don't even call it episodic. I call it binge watching content. I don't even say part one, part two, part three, because if you say that in your videos, please don't do that because no one's going to watch it. These videos need to stand alone, but they also need to work perfectly together because you build these playlist funnels that ultimately get people into the offer that you want. And so that is how I build my strategies for my clients in the coaching experience. Now, if you do join before tomorrow and pay in full, there are three bonuses. One, you will get a one on one call with me and then I will build you a customized implementation plan. Meaning after we have our one on one call, I will give you a basic checklist of what you need to do each week to get your playlist funnel up and running and the amount of time you want to get it done. So I take into consideration what you're working on in your business, I take into consideration what your life looks like and I build a customized implementation plan for you to get your first playlist funnel up and running week by week. The other bonus, that is huge that I never do because I don't do done for you work anymore. If you pay in full before tomorrow, I will write your first four video scripts. Yep, I will write your video scripts for you. So you join, you jump in, you get that first module, second module done, you have your playlist outline, you, you hand it over to me and I will write those video scripts for you. But that is only available if you pay in full before tomorrow. So if you're like, man, I just wish somebody would write scripts for me, this is your chance Because I don't write scripts normally. I have not done done for you work in over a year. And so this is something fun that we're doing. A little added bonus if you decide to join us and pay in full before tomorrow. So something to think about if you're interested in joining. Why to join before tomorrow and thinking about paying in full. Okay. So I did see, Stacy, you just joined us. Did you have any questions, Stacy, today or did you have a YouTube channel that you wanted me to look at? Because we are wrapping up. I've answered just about any question that happened. If you are watching live on YouTube, if you have a question, if you have a YouTube channel you want me to look at, please drop it in the chat because I am doing that. But if we don't have any, we will go ahead and wrap up this call because I'm not gonna keep you all here for me yapping. Right? So are there any questions about building a YouTube strategy about using YouTube within your business, about your YouTube channel, why it's not working? What's not working about your YouTube channel? Let me know in the chat. I just popped in. I have a channel. Rebecca, drop it in and let's take a look at it. Let me know. Rebecca, too. What has been like your biggest problem or the biggest pain point that you've had? Sorry. With YouTube. Let me grab a drink.
Hi.
Time to do a review based on that.
So.
Yeah. Rebecca.
Hi there. Okay.
Oh, sorry.
That's okay. I. I actually, I have a hard time finding my YouTube channel because it was built a long time ago with old videos. But I'm the one. I asked you about how to keep Christ in Christmas and my Advent timeline, you know, and I'm trying to pull up the YouTube channel right now because it gets buried, I think, just because the topic. And. And I also want to see if I could talk to someone about like doing a payment, but like a more substantial payment and then a smaller payment plan. So I want to see if after, after this there'd be someone I could talk to. Okay. So our father gave to us the 12 days of Christmas, but we changed the name. I tried to retrofit three different topics that are all ministry related when I put them in. Like if you put Our father gave to us the 12 days of Christmas.
Yeah, if you can just share the link in the chat.
Sorry. I'm sorry. Let's see. It's crazy because I do have a VA who does the stuff for me and I like, when I pull it up, I can't.
Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and jump to another channel real quick while you pull that up. All right? Okay. And make sure you are muted and then pop your channel into the chat and I can take a look at that next. So I was gonna pull up next the Feminine Empire. Dina, I did drop in there. The answer to your question, is my program just for coaching or selling an online course membership or is it also for those just interested in YouTube growth? So I focus particularly on growing a YouTube channel to feed your business. Because growing a YouTube channel as a YouTuber is a lot of freaking work. And when you're reliant on AdSense, there's no stability there. There's no safety net. But when you're building a YouTube channel full of qualified buyers, that's when you don't have to play the YouTuber game. And the YouTuber game is so freaking hard. There's a lot of work that goes into it. But when you're building it as a lead generator to your business, it's not as hard. You don't have to worry about going viral or creating these epic thumbnails and titles and having these professionally wildly edited videos. When you are building a lead generating machine on YouTube. YouTube becomes so much easier for business owners and it will make you more money. Because relying on AdSense is honestly the worst strategy there is. Because AdSense is so unreliant, you make pennies on the views. When you can make ads hundreds of dollars on the views. When you build a YouTube channel for business, you don't even need to be monetized on YouTube. So to even to get monetized on YouTube, you need like 4000 hours of watch time and a thousand views. They may have changed that recently, but if you start a YouTube channel tomorrow, you can make money from a YouTube channel if you have the right audience. Right. I get stressed that I don't have enough to offer someone mindset block. Dina. Okay, one, I can totally help with that. We can talk it out in my program. We are in Slack and you can slack message me voice memos, loom videos, text messages right in Slack and we can figure out what is the best offer for you to provide somebody. The other thing that I have is Erin who is in the chat. She's actually talking as me. She is a mindset coach and she is certified in mindset. So she could definitely jump on a couple of calls with you with that mindset block, because it is a block and you definitely have something of value to offer. I'm sure. And Aaron could definitely help you work through that mindset block. Between her working with you through that mindset block and me working through like, let's really figure out what that offer is. I also have a program that you could go through in there called Offer Cure. Offer Cure. And you go through this course and it's, you know, it probably will take you maybe two or three hours to go through this course to help you define the best offer for you. And it's a really super simple course. It's really easy to figure it out so that you can have an offer in your hands if you wanted it. If you wanted to jump in today, you could have an idea of an offer ready to go by the end of this week. So next week you could start building a YouTube channel to feed that offer. You don't even need to have that offer done. You can do pre sell so you can make money on that offer before you even launch it. Because I recommend that all the time doing pre sell. And, and that is again something that I talk to my clients about. What does a pre sale launch look like? What kind of emails do you need? What kind of videos do you need? So those are all things that I can help you, Dina, if you're ready to take, you know, building a YouTube channel for a business seriously for short. So, all right, back to the feminine empire. What questions do you have right now about your YouTube channel? So what are you struggling with? What is kind of your biggest problem? The feminine empire. Before I pull your YouTube channel because I want to make sure that you are still here and I answer your questions because completely. So while you answer that question, the feminine empire, I'm going to jump back to Rebecca. I'm going to go ahead and pull up Rebecca's channel. And you said like your biggest problem. Rebecca was not sure again, what was your, what was your biggest problem? Sorry, remind me. Because my, my, my. I'm think I'm going through a lot of stuff.
I, I think the biggest problem is that I have a YouTube channel that's, that should be three different channels from what I've picked up from learning from you. And I want to separate out the Christmas Advent, Christmas videos and different things to tell story because there's, it's kind of a compl. It's a simple. I mean, if we boil it all down, what am I trying to do? I'm trying to teach people how to keep Christ in Christmas. That's very simplified. I have a digital bundle that includes a song, a book and an ornament kit that Helps benefit Holy Family Hospital in Bethlehem.
Okay.
And so I have, you know, the non pro. I mean, I have the charitable aspect to it, but it's all like buried and jumbled because I, I basically spent my years raising kids in a bunch of different projects and then now I'm trying to. I was trying to put them all under one umbrella and I think too confusing and I need to like break it down. Yeah.
So what are you selling them throughout the rest of the year?
Well, in flowers there's a whole. It's basically, this is ministry work. My niche is Catholic women. And because it's all cat, like related to medieval Mary gardens, every flower used to have a name that had to do with the virtue of faith. And so there's, there's just a ton of education and the sales around each one. I have digital bundles for each one and then I have physical products, also books on Amazon, ornament kits on Etsy, and then like, you know, Tatsky merchandise.
Yeah, yeah. So definitely confusing for somebody to come here. Right. Gardens, bees and Christmas trees. Okay, Exactly. So, I mean, I think there's a through line here though. I think, you know, your Catholic ministry, I believe that is kind of. I would want to go that angle to kind of tie in all of this stuff. So, like, you're not just getting views in sales around Christmas, but you do have this bigger mission driven value proposition here. And so I think you can keep all of the information here, but it's got the angle of the value proposition. The channel Promise needs to be around that bigger mission.
Yeah. Social media things are all under Catholic Smile.
Okay.
Yeah.
So that's maybe what I would do here. It's got to be a little bit more personal because right now I don't see you anywhere to know that this is you. I would need you in a channel banner. I would need you in the channel icon, the thumbnails. There's no clear idea what these, these videos are about. Same with these. There's just. It's just super, super cluttered. Right. And I think I kind of went through that. I kind of explained thumbnails a little bit earlier and I think you kind of picked that up. So, yeah, I think there's a way to, to keep everything here on this channel, but make it more of a bigger mission instead of like these three fragmented sections.
Right. And I have, I do have one video that went up in 2011 that has 40,000 views, but it's like buried in the.
And I mean, if it was 2011, it's gone like YouTube's not gonna push it. So it's.
Yeah.
The way YouTube worked in 2011 is completely different. So the views that you got then, it doesn't really affect what the strategy would be now because it just doesn't. YouTube just doesn't work that way anymore.
Yeah. Okay. And then I have another. If you join. When you join the program, can you get coaching on. Because I have a client that I do with marketing. This is my ministry work, but then I do marketing from. So it would be creating a whole another channel for a client also. So you can do work multiple channels, right, in the program.
No, just your channel.
Just my channel. Okay.
Yeah. I can't give feedback on your client's channel because I'm. You are my client. And so it's just me giving you feedback on your channel.
Okay.
Yep.
All right, thank you.
I wanted to check to see if. Okay, I'm just getting started. The femme female says, and I want to know in the right place. So far I only have three videos. I would like to know, for someone getting state eyed, what type of content would you recommend to track my ideal viewer? Who would you say the feminine on the Feminine Empire that your ideal buyer is? So if we pull up your channel again with three videos, I should be able to see from the front of the page what your channel is about. So I'm going to come to your channel and where feminine energy meets business strategy. All right, so this is pretty vague. What you want to focus on is what is the exact transformation you're ready to buy viewers or your clients are getting. So when the clients come to work with you, let's say they wave a magic wand and in six months, what is it that they want to have achieved? What is that transformation? So, for example, my channel promise is using YouTube to make more sales. So it is very clear this is for a business audience and the transformation that they want is they want to use YouTube to make more sales. When we are very vague where feminine energy meets business strategies, Is this business strategy for course creators? Is this business strategy for real estate owners? Is this business strategy for brick and mortar stores? Is this business strategy for memberships? Right, so we need to be thinking about that when we're thinking about our channel. So let me see. I totally forgot to bring my laptop up here to look at two screens at once. Women who want to create an online business, what type of online business? Because that's also important as well. I would be careful about starting a business because there you're going to get a lot of people in the beginner phase. And it's like, if I were to want to talk to people who want to start a YouTube channel, they're everybody and their brother wants to start a YouTube channel because they think it's free money. They think it's going to be easy. I'm going to be a YouTuber. But what happens is that's very beginner content and it may get a lot of views, but it doesn't get me serious buyers. So you, I would challenge you to think about who is going to buy this particular offer that you do have. Because beginners don't necessarily buy. You need to find somebody where they're at when they're ready to buy. Like I said, for me, yes, many of my clients may not have a YouTube channel yet, but they have decided they know YouTube is the platform that they want to focus on and they know they want to be able to make more sales from YouTube. So even though they may be YouTube beginners, there's that more advanced level of what they are. They're an advanced business owner wanting to use YouTube, right? Because they also have the money to do that. So maybe an angle for you could also be like women working full time who want to start, and this is very cliche, but who want to start a side business, or women who work online who want to phase out to build their own business. Even that is a little bit more specific than just women who want to create an online business, because it is that. That's a huge audience and it's very beginner. And so it's not going to drive you the audience that's going to be ready to pay and buy. What if I want to help new bosses? They are beginners in the process, correct, Faye? But they are in the position, right? They are now a boss and now they're like, ah, now what? Right? So you want to be speaking to those problems that they would be having in that first. Like think about, okay, they're just told they're a boss. What are the immediate problems coming to their head? Right? Those are the types of videos, are the type of content you would want to look for or you would build a content strategy around, because that's where they're ready to have a problem solved. They just got this thrown on their plate, potentially. They were just told they're a boss and now all of these questions are running through their head and they're like, now what? That's the pain that's going to cause them to buy. Same with you. The feminine empire. What Is the pain that's going to cause them to buy? Where are they at in the starting a business journey that's going to cause them to buy a solution. Does that make sense? I know you said, okay, great, thank you. But I wanted to make sure that that answer was. That question was answered for you or that that's that process for your channel that I went through. I know I didn't go into detail, but that's usually the biggest issue I work with my clients on is we need to get more narrow. We need to make sure we're driving people who are going to want to buy our offer because we can create content for views any day. You're not going to make as much money. Instead, we want to create content for buyers so we can get in front of those buyers. But we got to create the right videos. We got to talk about the right topics that buyers are going to be interested in. So I just wanted to make sure that was clear for you. The feminine Empire. Because I didn't want to skip over anything. I can go back to your channel and look at the videos. But again, that's probably going to be the biggest thing that I would want to work with you on is getting more niche and specific there. Any other questions? Any other channels that you want reviewed? Any other strategy questions that you want answered? It was so pretty much so, yeah, for sure. Let me pull up your channel real quick, too, so I can give you an example with your content, too. So if we go to your channel and we look at how to enter your dark feminine energy and level up your business, so I'm not feeling like a tangible problem solved. Is your audience also something to look at is really important. Let me pull up Vidiq. You want to make sure you're creating content, content your audience is actually searching for. So I teach my clients how to use Vidiq to make sure the topics that we are creating videos on people are actually looking for. Because if nobody is looking for the content that we're creating, they're never going to find it. So if we pull up, you have dark feminine energy. So let me pull this up real quick. And we go to Vidiq and we type in dark. Oh, I'm trying not to get pen on my sleeve. Dark feminine.
Come on.
Dark feminine. I cannot spell you guys. Dark femme. Human energy. All right, it is searched. But we want to look at what is the angle that we could use this, like, is our audience how to have dark feminine energy. And then who are the people creating content around this Right. So the next thing you would want to look at are these channels that I call niche Neighbors. This is going to help you kind of do some market research to see what are the top videos that people are creating around this topic and what are the angles that are doing really well. All right, so that is something that you could look at. How to actually activate your feminine energy. What does that mean? Or what is the outcome that's going to happen because of that? Why do they want to activate their feminine energy? What transformation are they going to have in that? Right. And so like how to start a coaching business. That's incredibly vague. Right. How to start a coaching business, it's going to struggle. That's why this has honestly the less views out of all three of these because it is so vague, it is so broad and it's incredibly competitive. Niche, just how to start a coaching business. And so that's why this one has the least amount of views because there's no niche and so YouTube doesn't know who to put this in front of and people don't know that's for them or not. So does that give a little bit more context for you to kind of see how that goes next step than just like niching? Right. All right, so I am going to go ahead and do last call for questions. Last call for channels. Remember, the YouTube coaching experience does close tomorrow with 2025 pricing. And when you do join before tomorrow, if you pay in full, you're getting a specialized onboarding call with me, which I don't normally do. And then I'm going to build you a customized implementation plan to let you know exactly what to do each day so you can get your plan up and running in the time that you want to do it. And then I'm also going to write your first four scripts. So when you join and you pay in full, I will write your first four video scripts. I don't do this normally. This is why it's only available till tomorrow. And so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me. Trina little.com you can Instagram DM me as well. I'm answering. I've already answered a few questions over on Instagram, but I'm really excited. We've got a great batch of 20 clients already. I don't take hundreds of clients at a time. You do get individualized one on one feedback. I keep my coaching program pretty small. I'm not out there to scale it with thousands of people in it. I like working one on one individually with My clients. I like understanding their offer, I like understanding their audience. I like being able to build their content strategy and be able to get to know them to see, you know, what we can focus on to get the best results. I like, you know, really truly understanding my clients. And that's why we keep this a small boutique coaching business. We're not there, like I said to, to have apply only and to have, you know, loads and loads of people in. It's very small and it's very one on one. You're not a small fish in a big pond here. It is a small amount of fishes so that you can get that individualized one on one attention with me. So if that's something that you're interested in, you're looking for a program that will help you build a lead generator here on YouTube to feed your business. And if you need help clarifying your offer or figuring out why your sales pages and converting or planning your next launch or CEO days, at the end of the year, you get a free ticket to my CEO day where we will audit and analyze what your business did this year to help you make data driven decisions for next year. You get a free ticket to that as well. When you join, go ahead and join us because we do wrap up enrollment for 2025 pricing tomorrow. Thank you guys so much. If this is something you're all interested in me doing more frequently on my YouTube channel, let me know. Aaron and I've been kicking around whether or not we do this, say more audits in the chat, whether you're watching the replay or watching live. So I know it's something you all want. I hate committing to live because I have commitment issues and I don't really like going live. But if this is something you all would like to see me do once a week, once every other week, I may try to get over my issue of showing up live. But let me know in the chat, let me know if you have any thoughts about that and I hope to get to see some of you in the coaching experience. I think some of you would be a very great fit. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you. Otherwise, I hope you have a great rest of the week and.
