My Plan To $1M On YouTube (No Instagram, No Social Media, No New Offers)

In this live kickoff, Trena Little introduces the five‑episode "Rich and Recommended" series, which will transparently detail how she plans to reach $1 million in revenue in 2026 using only her existing YouTube channel, without adding new platforms, offers, or team members. She reviews her 2025 performance—$690 K in revenue, $105 K net income, 25 hours/week work—and explains the $25 K monthly gap she must close. The strategy hinges on scaling YouTube views from ~8 K to ~30 K per month and directing every view into three core funnels: a weekly webinar, a low‑ticket product, and a free lead‑magnet/email list. She shares data on funnel performance (e.g., webinar generated 15 K leads, 200 clients, 2 % conversion) and showcases client case studies (Belle, Gina, Alex) that earned significant revenue through playlist funnels. Trena promotes her upcoming "Build Your Big Reputation" virtual conference, which will teach the exact YouTube system that produced a $70 K month and a $170 K month. She outlines the episode roadmap—calendar optimization, funnel deep‑dives, playlist funnel mechanics, AI impact—and invites viewers to subscribe, attend future live sessions, and register for the conference.

Hey there, everybody. Welcome in. I'm gonna check that everything is working. If you are here live, go ahead and say hello in the chat. Um, I'm so glad that you decided to be here live. This is the kickoff, this is the intro of the brand new series that I'm going to be hosting here on my YouTube channel called Rich and Recommended, where I'm going to be talking about how we get rich— rich in money, rich in time freedom, family, fun, all the things that matter— and and how to get recommended by AI, YouTube, and our own clients' word of mouth in 2026. Is everybody excited for that? Give me a yes if that's exactly how you want your 2026 to go. I wanna make sure that you know to catch every episode of this full series because each one builds on itself. So all the episodes I'm gonna do, there are 5 total episodes, are all interconnected. And honestly, this is the most transparent I've ever been with the inside of my business. I'm gonna be talking about real numbers, real conversion rates, and my actual calendar. I am hiding nothing. Let me know if you're excited in the chat by saying heck yes. So one more thing before we jump into the very first in this Rich and Recommended series, and then I will answer any questions that you have. Um, the Build Your Big Reputation virtual conference is coming up soon. It is my one-day live virtual event where I'm teaching you exactly how to use YouTube to build a reputation that gets you recommended by AI, by search, and by real humans, and how that turns into actual clients and revenue. This is so huge because this is the exact strategy that I'm sharing in the Build Your Big Reputation that took my business to the best year ever last year, making just under $70,000, but more importantly, making over $170K in one month in October. And I'm going to be breaking that whole thing down live at the conference. So if you are a business owner who knows you should be on YouTube, YouTube, but you're either not doing it or you're posting on YouTube and you just aren't seeing sales or leads coming in through YouTube, definitely grab a ticket to this conference. I've got some fun things to pop up here. Let's see if this works. Yeah, you can go to trenalittle.com/rep to get a ticket. The link is also going to be in the description box. Um, it's coming up really soon, so make sure you get registered and grab a ticket at trenalittle.com/rep. Okay, this live series Rich and Recommended is your preview. It is giving you the strategy, the numbers, and the proof. And the conference is where we're going to go deep and I'll show you exactly how to build this for your business. Who's all in for the Rep Conference? Say me if you're definitely getting a ticket. All right. So now let's dive in. As I mentioned, last year was my best year ever in business, but it wasn't the year that I made the most money in my business. It was our most— it was our highest profit margin year. But more importantly, it was my easiest year stress-wise, task-wise, job-wise. Right. And I quit Instagram. So that made 2026— no, 2025 an even better year. So now reviewing 2025 and thinking about really where I want to go this year, I've decided it is my goal to hit $1 million in revenue without adding anything new to my business, meaning no more content platforms. Like I'm not adding Instagram back in or TikTok or any of that, and I'm not adding any more offers either to help me get to $1 million. And I'm laying this all out to you guys because I'm being completely transparent and I want you all to hold me accountable. I want to share this journey with you because it's going to require me to recommit to YouTube. Yes, I've already committed to YouTube. We are in a very strong relationship, but I can do so much better on YouTube by having more time, meaning I've got to really dig into those low ROI tasks that I've been focusing on and only focus on the tasks that are going to move the needle. And I'm going to share what exactly those tasks are, um, in the next episode. So what are the tasks I'm eliminating to give myself more time in my calendar? That's what I'm gonna be sharing in the next episode. So make sure you're subscribed to my channel and come back here for that one. But here's the numbers because again, this is all about transparency. I've created a nice little slide deck for you all to literally give you my numbers. You guys wanna see my exact numbers. The one thing I do wanna mention, I have sent emails before about not chasing $1 million and I never wanna chase $1 million. I've decided on this million-dollar plan based on the analysis of my 2025, and that's what I'm about to share with you. And the reason why I feel comfortable now saying I want to hit a million is because I know I can do it without adding more team members. I know I can do it without adding more content strategy. I know I can do it without adding more offers, and I know I can do it working the hours I'm currently working, which is about 25 hours a week. So Let me show you what the data that I used to figure this all out. So again, I'm gonna play around with this new, okay, so this is my starting point. And the first thing I wanna walk you through is exactly what my 2025 revenue breakdown looked like. These are the numbers, you can see every single month, what I made in 2025. Specifically, the best month ever in my business was in October of last year. And I want you to know that I made just about $690,000 last year, and net income was just over $105,000. Now, net income does not include what I paid myself, so I pay myself a salary every month as well. So $150K was what was additionally left. At the end of the year after I paid myself every month. This was my most— my highest profit margin. No, sorry. Yeah, this was my best profitable year. And as I said, my easiest year either. How did 2025 go for you guys? Let me know in the chat. Are, are you good with what 2025 was like? Are you wanting 2026 to be better? Let me know what 2025 looked like for you because I want to show how I'm taking these numbers to connect it to how I can get to my million-dollar goal. And I know you asked, what am I selling? One offer, my coaching program, my YouTube coaching experience, one offer, that's it. So if we look at this graph, for me to hit a million dollars, I need to average about $83,333. And if we look at that green line, that's about what my average is right now. Now many of you know, as a business owner, we have our ups and downs and we have our slow months, we have our launch months. So on average, that is what I'm looking at. On average, I'm making about $57,000 a month and I need to get to 25, I need to close that $25,000 gap without reinventing anything new. And YouTube is the way that I'm going to get there. And so what I wanna show you next for context is YouTube views because YouTube is the only organic platform that I use to grow my business. This is a screenshot of my channel and getting just about 8,000 views over the course of a month. Now my goal to be able to generate enough leads to generate enough revenue to close that $25,000 gap, I need to 4 times my views to about 30,000 views a month. Now, I don't need to start creating more videos, but I need to make sure I'm making very precise videos for a specific viewer. Those of you that maybe know how I teach YouTube, I talk about specifically ready-to-buy viewers and why that is so important. So I don't need to necessarily go viral on YouTube, right? I need to create the right videos. So Everybody with me understanding that, seeing what I'm saying here? Any questions? Because the next piece I'm going to share with you is the 4 things I must do to make that happen. Anybody have questions about that? Every single view that I get on YouTube needs to do 4 things in my business. All right, so I'm going to share with you what are those 4 things that I need to do. So I create all my content starting with YouTube first, and from there I want to send people to 3 different funnels. One of the funnels is my weekly webinar. Now I am going to go way into detail on my weekly webinar and how beneficial it's been to my business in an upcoming episode of the Rich and Recommended series. But I need people from my YouTube to either sign up for my weekly webinar because I book clients directly from my weekly webinar, I need people to buy a low ticket possibly from me because that also feeds my YouTube coaching experience. And I need people to either download a free download, get on my email list because this helps my launches. These are the only 3 funnels in my business that I need to have to hit $1 million. Um, and YouTube has to feed this. So I mentioned why my webinar. Here is an analysis of all of our email list signups from last year and where they came in, where people came in the funnel that was the highest converting to my coaching program. So these— this was the reputation conference I did last year. This was another conference I did last year as well. These are paid workshops right here. You can see that my big reputation converted to YouTube coaching experience 25%. So that is my highest converting event to get people into my YouTube coaching experience. And then you can see that my webinar, I have generated over 15,000 new leads. It converts less than 2% at the moment, but it has brought me in over 200 clients. So this, this is how I'm making these decisions. I'm making these data-based decisions. So This graph right here tells you this is why my weekly webinar is so important. And as I said, I'm going to give you way more detail about this weekly webinar performance in part 2 of the Rich and Recommended series. Make sure you are subscribed to this channel because I'm going to be going live every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 PM to go through this. But this is just a quick little graph of how many people signed up for the webinar versus how many clients I booked each week versus how much I made in cash. That week as well. What are your thoughts? What do you have any questions as I'm walking through this? Because in part 1, which is going to be next Tuesday, I'm going to share with you how I make the time to fit this in here with these numbers. Then in part 2, I'm going to walk you through the funnels, more detailed about the webinar funnel, more detailed about the low-ticket funnel. And more of the real numbers. Part 3, we're gonna go into the playlist funnel. And then Part 4, I'm gonna talk about why AI is changing everything that you need to be doing in your business. So those are happening in the Rich and Recommended series every Tuesday and Thursday. Now, if you're watching this and you're thinking, I probably should be on YouTube, but you're either not doing it consistently or you're posting but not seeing sales, I totally understand it. I was there as well. I wasn't doing YouTube how we need to do it as a business owner. And that's what I'm gonna be teaching you at the REP Conference, the Build Your Big Reputation Conference. So you can get a ticket to really understand how to do YouTube as a business owner during this just one-day virtual event. Grab your ticket at trenalittle.com/rep because I wanna show you some real results that actually happen when you start using YouTube the way I use YouTube and the way my clients are also using YouTube. So specifically, let me share here. This is my client, Belle. You can see she doesn't have a lot of subscribers. She has 201 subscribers. Her videos are getting anywhere between 62 views to 84 views to 42 views. I, I play— I blew that up just a little bit so you can see 63 views, 71 views. But she created her first playlist and published it. Her playlist funnel had less than 500 views. Her channel at the time had less than 150 subscribers, and within publishing her playlist funnel, she had made $42,000 from YouTube, all from her offers from just one playlist funnel. This is why we don't need to, as a business owner, approach YouTube as a YouTuber. We need to approach it as a strategic business owner generating leads and making sales. This is another client of mine, Gina. Again, she has just under 5,000 subscribers. Her videos are getting anywhere between 1,000 views to a couple hundred views, but she was able to make 40 sales total for her low ticket. She said YouTube has earned her over $1,000 in sales. Now, one thing also very important about Gina, she has filled her coaching cohort once. She opened a second cohort, increased the price, filled it out again, and she's about to open her second cohort all because of the leads she is generating from her YouTube channel. And then finally, Alex, what I love about this, because we're all thinking about summer coming up, right? Summer's just around the corner. She put into place the YouTube playlist funnel, which I'm going to teach you at the Build Your Big Reputation conference, and she started to get consistent sales every week. But more important, she took all of summer off. She didn't have to post any content at all over the summer and still made $2,000 each month without needing to post any content. And so I just share that with you for you to see how different people, different niches are making money, how YouTube is really changing what they do, because that's what we're going to be doing in the Build Your Big Reputation virtual conference. But also I'm going to be literally pulling the curtains back, showing you how I'm going to use YouTube to get to $1 million this year. So that is what I have for you today. This is kind of the intro to get you excited to break down what we're going to be doing, to share some of those scary numbers. Those of you that are here live, do you have any questions about using YouTube or figuring out how to set an income goal based on YouTube? Because as I said, next week on Tuesday, we're gonna be sharing— I'm gonna be sharing my calendar and what I took off my calendar to fit time to do more YouTube and do YouTube better. And I'm gonna break down the funnel as well later next week. Any questions? Anybody coming to the conference? Anyone here that was here at the conference last year, go ahead and say me in the chat because I'm open to answering questions, to have a conversation. But I also promise to keep this 15 minutes, which I'm right on the dot at 15 minutes. So you can come grab some lunch, learn a little bit about somebody who's not going to blow smoke up your butt and share real honest numbers because I'm going to literally put them on your screen. So I spent a lot of time creating some specific graphs and specific, um, breakdowns of what I'm selling, how I'm selling it, conversion rates, and all of that. And I laid this all out, and I will be again sharing more about it in the next couple of weeks. Absolutely, Ben, thanks for coming. Thanks, Karen. Thanks, Jelena. All right, awesome, Jess. I'll see you next week. Thank you, everybody. I hope you have a great weekend. I will be back here on Tuesday at 12 PM Eastern Standard Time again, showing you how I create my calendar to fit YouTube in. Thanks everyone, bye!
