If you've been trying to figure out how in the heck to record your screen and your face at the same time without adding any extra editing on your plate, I'm about to show you my secret. If you're ready to hear it, hit that like button and let's dig in. Hey guys, welcome back. My name is Trena. If you are new here and this channel is a place for business owners, entrepreneurs and content creators who want to grow their business organically through online video. Now a few weeks ago I did a video on how I analyze my YouTube channel and and I did another video on actually reviewing other people's channels. And in that video you can see my face on the screen as well as my screen. I use an app called screenflow which is a pay for app for Mac users only. But I have a simple free app that you can use right now to get the similar effect. And I use this tool literally every single day in my business to communicate with students, clients and my employees. And this tool is called so let me show you quickly how you can use it and start utilizing it right now. Currently recording this on Loom. You can see I'm down in the corner here. This is Loom and there are a bunch of different prices that you can try here. They do also have an option to try for free and you can get away a lot with the free stuff for sure. Even just getting started to seeing if you like it. But what you see when you do have an account you can see I have all these little Loom videos that I can easily send to a client it with reviews. I also have like project rundowns and check ins and then what I really like is I can come into this particular video and what we can get here while I am explaining something to a team member is I can copy this link and share it with her so she can watch it. I could also download this. Let's say I was explaining how to do something that I then wanted to add as part of training for any employee, I could download that video. One of my favorite pieces is I can actually go here to share and get a linked gif. So what happens is if we go into an email and you paste it in an email and you can see that it's actually moving so it gets people to click on your video more. This is also great if you're in a launch and you're trying to engage people who have clicked on your sales page but haven't bought yet and you want to send them a personal message. It's it actually plays in the email. So that is really cool about Loom. And you can just have people comment. You know, like I said, if you're doing a launch and you have questions from people, they can like it, they can laugh, they can thumbs down it and comment. So right down here is where people can post. So Loom is really a great way. I'm downloading this video directly from Loom and I'm using my blue YETI microphone and just my camera on my laptop. Super easy, easy way to record yourself on the video without any extra editing. So if the world of video ideas has opened up for you now and you want to start creating more videos with your face and your screen, but you're not quite sure what you should be saying in your videos, watch the video that is on your screen right now because I break down the five things you should be saying in every single one of your videos. So click that video right now on your screen and I will see you over there.
