Repurposing Isn’t Enough — Here’s What You’re Missing

Trena Little teaches how to build YouTube videos that stay relevant long-term by targeting specific ready-to-buy viewers, stacking videos into playlist funnels, and turning transcripts into email sequences with AI. Repurposing social posts isn't enough; YouTube and ChatGPT can surface your content for months.
Letting it kind of update its thing here. I do have kids at home today. So if you hear any, they see they're coming back from their walk with their nana. So you hear them, that's who they are. So here's the thing. If you've been pouring your heart into YouTube content or not YouTube content, actually, if you've been pouring your heart into content and like your blog or your podcast or your Instagram, and you're not getting results like clients, email list signups, any of those things, I hate to break it to you, but it's because you are creating content that dies just as soon as you put it up. So this live stream is going to be for you. Because the problem is it's not that you're doing something wrong, it's that you're focusing on the wrong platforms. And the reason why I do all my content here on YouTube is because it lives for so much longer. And when we're looking at Instagram and we're looking at podcasts and we're looking at all of these other ways that you're growing your audience. In fact, if you're watching, let me know in the chat, where are you trying to grow your audience right now? What platforms are you focused on right now? Let me know that in the chat. It's that we need to realize the way that we use to grow our audience, the way that we used to create content is done. And looking into 20, 26, things have completely changed. And I'm going to show you that better way. I'm looking at my notes to make sure I cover everything I want to share with you here today. Desiree says she is creating content on Instagram, and that is the biggest platform that I'm speaking about here today. Because the problem with Instagram is that it has such a short lifespan, it has such a small reach, that it is dying as soon as you're publishing it. So what we're going to do here in this session is we're going to talk walkthrough, actually, how to YouTube ify your existing content and how to turn one YouTube video into multiple pieces of content. So if you're, if you're watching, let me know where you're currently creating content. I know Tish Trish said Facebook And Jen said YouTube and Dr. Linda said YouTube, and a few of you also said Instagram as well. So, like I said, I want to share with you this graph real quick. This is the reason why it feels like you're not reaching people on Instagram specifically, even on Facebook on any other platform. So here is what I want you to see. This is the average lifespan of content. And maybe you all can feel this at the moment. You can see that the lifespan of most social media content is under a day, right? How many of you here can feel that? Give me a yes in the chat if you can completely understand this chart. So what it's telling us is that when you focus your time on YouTube, the average lifespan of that piece of content is nine days, right? That is why when I teach my clients in the YouTube coaching experience, you only need to create one video a week because that video lives, right? Whereas when you look at Instagram, it's less than 20 hours, whether you're looking at reels. I mean, obviously stories live longer, like 24 hours and then they expire. But your carousels, your reels, their lifespan is a day. And that's why it feels like you're constantly grinding on Instagram because as soon as you publish that video, a time, a stopwatch, a timer starts and you've got 24 hours or less for that content to reach your, your people. And a lot of the times your best ideas are buried because people just aren't seeing your content because either Instagram has decided not to push it to people. In fact, I shared a statistic yesterday. I think less than 5% of your followers ever see your content on Instagram. Less than 5%. Even the people that said I want to see your content and then follow following you. Instagram's just not pushing it to people. The other problem that's happening is your short form content, whether it's tik tok, reels, carousels, that type of content does not get indexed by AI. Here's why that's a problem. More and more people are going to AI to search for experts. Now, if you were in my virtual conference yesterday, you heard me talk about how YouTube videos are actually one of the best places to build your content platform. Because I will pull information from YouTube videos. It's not pulling like the actual videos, but it is taking the description and the metadata of your YouTube videos so that it can reference those. And I shared yesterday, I'm getting hundreds of views a month from ChatGPT recommending my YouTube videos. And in fact, I'm getting clients every single month as well, telling me that they found me on Chat GPT. If you're watching here live or you're catching the replay, have you had anybody tell you they found you on ChatGPT or, or that chat GPT recommended you let Me know in the chat, because this is something that you need to be thinking about here at the end of 2025, going into 2026, because the continuous, continuous the increase of popularity of AI or basically, you know, we are just accepting AI and by 2028, people are going to be searching more on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude, then organic platforms like Google. So you need to be thinking right now and plotting your plan right now. How are you going to get chat GPT to recommend you? Because that is where your audience is going to be looking for you and it's not going to be Google in the future. And so you need to be creating the content for YouTube to do this. So I want you, who here has. I saw some of you drop some ideas that you had to YouTube of higher content. I want to give you an idea of what it looks like when I work with my clients inside the YouTube coaching experience, how to take content you've already done. Because who here has a library of content on Instagram? Say me in the chat, if you already have so much content on Instagram and you're like, I don't know if I want to go to YouTube because I already put all this time into my Instagram. But also, Trish, are you getting clients and leads from Instagram like you had hoped you would, Right? Instagram just is not doing that anymore. Yeah, Trish says yes, mostly blogs. Okay, so those of you that shared what your niche was earlier, if you can give me a title of a blog or a title of a carousel post or a hook of one of your reels or a title of your podcast, give me that. And let me show you how I would YouTube ify that, how I would make that a YouTube first strategy. Because here's the thing. You can keep posting on Instagram if you want, but I want you to start future proofing your content by being on YouTube. All right? I don't want you having to post every single freaking day to get leads to see growth, because it is going to continue to be a grind on Instagram if you stay there. Even TikTok all of that. All right? So Katherine says stop doing start being a guide to true balance. So Catherine, even reading that, I have no idea who that's for. I've got no concept, no context of who this is for. So this particular title on YouTube would get buried because one YouTube has no idea who this is for. And to the audience that isn't if somebody's put this title on, put seen this title on their YouTube channel or in their YouTube account. They have no idea if this is for them or not. They stop doing Start being a guide to true balance. So can you tell me a little bit more about who your audience is and what this video is about? So this is a really good example. Catherine said her title of her blog post is Stop doing Start being a guide to True Balance. Do you know anybody here? Do you see how we have no idea? That for me, is that for moms who are balancing building a business and raising a family? Is that for high school kids that are trying to prepare for SATs and balance it all out? Right. Okay. High achieving, successful professional women. All right, we've got to dive a little deeper. And the reason why I'm not picking on Catherine here I am explaining to you guys, this is what you need to do on YouTube and this is what I do with my clients inside the YouTube coaching experience every day. I. We have got to get very specific for YouTube because if we aren't specific, YouTube has no idea who to put your videos in front of. So even though Catherine says high achieving, successful professional women, what does that mean? So here's what I do. Here's what I walk my clients through. Katherine, what is the offer you are trying to sell? What is the end game of all the content you're creating? Where are you trying to get people to buy? What is that offer? All right, so we need to determine what is the offer? And Catherine, you. It should be short. I mean, my. I call it, you're ready to buy viewer. And it's got to be very clear. My ready to buy viewer is course creators and coaches wanting to use YouTube to make more sales. That is very specific. And it's still short. Right? It's calling out the person. They are course creators and coaches, all of you here. But it's also explaining what they want. They want more sales, right? It's that transformation. So how can you say that? How can you say who you're serving in that short of a sentence? All of you hear it right now, feel free to do this exercise with me and share it in the chat, because this is one of the first things that I do with my clients. Because if we are not clear on who our audience is, YouTube has no idea who they are. So what happens then is YouTube will put this video in front of, let's say, 10 people. And if it is not clear, let's say one of those people click on it. That is not enough data for YouTube to know who this video is for and so YouTube doesn't push it to more people. The goal is, let's say you put a video out there and YouTube puts it in front of 10 people, and let's say four people click on it out of 10. What YouTube now does is, okay, these are the four types of people that like this video. Let's find more people similar to these four people. So then YouTube will maybe put it in front of another 10 people that are similar to those four people. And from there maybe six of them click. And YouTube goes, okay, we're starting to get really clear now on who this content is best for. So now YouTube takes these six people, figures out what their viewer behavior is, who they're watching on YouTube, what they watch, and. And they find more people like them. This is how the algorithm works on YouTube. This is why it is so important when I work with my clients to really get into who specifically is your ready to buy viewers? So, Catherine, have you kind of got that packaged a little bit more so we can work on that title to help you come up with a YouTube a fide video? Let me know in the chat. So, Rachel, I'm only just starting online, so nothing yet. Although I do specialize in teaching beginners, so I'm a bit lost now. So it's not that you're teaching beginners. So, Rachel, most of my customers are female retiree, learning new stuff and making gifts for friends and family. I would say beginners for you would be people trying to figure out a hobby, right? What you already have right now is, you know, they're retirees, you know that they are wanting to maybe keep their brain active, right? They're wanting to keep their brain active. Even having that specificity and knowing who your viewer is, that allows you to tweak the titles and packaging of your video to those people that are interested in keeping their brain active. And that is a much more advanced viewer than just saying beginners of sewing, right? You could say something like, for you, some of your content would be more like, why sewing will keep your brain active after the age of 50. Something like that, right? Because I'm thinking about how I create my playlist funnels, right? I always start my playlist funnel with a why, a belief shift. So once we get them to know, okay, they have been actively looking for a way to keep their brain active. All right? So now they see, oh, why sewing will help me do that. And you explain to them why, then you can move them into the next video, which may be like the first three things you need to Start your sewing. The first three things to start sewing to keep your brain active. Right? We want to start working on that. And behind that idea of keeping your brain active, because that's a specific type of person, right? That's a retired person who is trying to keep their brain active. This isn't like a 20 year old trying to find a hobby. This isn't like a 30 year old millennial picking up on a trend. You're being very specific in your audience here. So YouTube can better find this audience for you. Does that make sense? So, Rachel, is that starting to make sense? Those of you that are here live? Catherine, as I walk through that kind of idea, does that help you kind of figure out how you need to get just a little bit more specific when it comes to your audience? And like I said, this is something that I work with my clients every, every day inside the YouTube coaching experience. And if you would like to work with me to help you refine your audience, Aaron is here. She's going to drop the link to join the program. This program is open until Tuesday and why that is really important is because this is the last round we are going to enroll before the end of the year and come January 1, 2026, the price of the program is doubling. So if you want to get in, the other bonus that you're getting is if you join us before October 21st, you're also going to basically, basically be getting the rest of this year free because we are going to make your start date January 1, 2026. That means you have all of 2026 to work with me and you get to just start early. You get to start today if you join today. So the sooner you join us, the more free time that you're getting in the program. And so Aaron, drop that link in there. Trina little.com forward slash coaching. Um, we've already brought in 12amazing clients yesterday. It is a first come, first serve basis. So we only take so many clients at a time as well. So just know there is a chance that we fill up because it is just Aaron and I. I don't dump you on like a guest coach or other coaches. It is me. It is a boutique coaching program where you're working one on one with me inside of Slack and yeah, so get it. This is what we work on. This is why my clients, if you listen to the session yesterday, how Bell was able to create $125,000 in sales from just five videos and how Gina started her YouTube channel in April and has already had over 80 sales and five high ticket clients since April. Because we get specific on the audience, we create the content in the. In the marketing, and the packaging around that ready to buy viewer. Right. Does that make sense? Does that make sense how we're approaching YouTube here? So why more people so mindful dressing, etc. So I'm not sure, Rachel, exactly what you mean by that. Let's look at Ronnie. So I teach midlife women to use and trust their intuition so they can feel more confident moving forward, moving forward toward their life and business goals. Okay? But I've worked a year on branding and don't know how to talk about the transformation. All right, so here's a great idea. It's not necessarily branding that we need. It doesn't matter what your colors are, what your font is. We set that aside. We need to focus on what is the core messaging here. What is that transformation? So, Ronnie, when you're thinking about that person that you work with, again, those of you that are here too, feel free to do this exercise. When you're thinking about the best person that you have worked with, what transformation were they able to have? What did they say to you that they were so glad that they were able to accomplish this with you? That's the transformation that you want to focus on and explain. So with you, Ronnie, there's a little bit of a confusion here. Are you just speaking to business owners? Because if you are, that's a specific audience. If you're deciding to speak to people without businesses and businesses, that can start to get a little bit confusing for the algorithm. Because somebody who may watch a video of yours on how to reach their goals in business will subscribe, right? And then somebody who wants to watch your video on how to achieve certain goals in life, they're excited, right? But then this person who subscribed about life goals hears you talking about business goals, and that doesn't connect because they don't have a business, and so they don't watch that video. And then for YouTube, it's like, okay, well then who is the right person for this channel? Because this person isn't interested in that video. Does that make sense? For those of you that are here, let me know in the chat if that makes sense. Because again, I don't want to keep going through these steps if it's unclear, because I think it's really important understand how YouTube is a different beast. And when you approach YouTube the way I teach my clients, this is how they're able to get the results quickly. YouTube doesn't have to be a long game because we focus on building a strategy for the quality of the viewer and not the quantity of the viewer. We want to build your channel and based on people who will buy from you. Okay, one audience, but I'm not sure what the outcome result is. That's fantastic. The motivational minister. Thank you so much. He said. Got it. Broad equals buried. Specific equals unveiling. Absolutely. The more specific you can be on YouTube, that eliminates you from competition. Right. When you think about YouTube, what is the easiest content to post on YouTube? Beginner content. What does beginner content drive us Business owners? Free lead magnets. Right. Freebie chasers. They're never going to buy. And if you build a channel for freebie chasers, you're going to continue to get in the cycle of freebie chasers and never make any sales. In fact, somebody yesterday in the virtual conference that he had over 100,000 subscribers and wasn't making any sales. My inkling is he built a channel on freebie chasers and people are not going to buy because that's not the audience he built on his channel. Right. Okay, let's double check and then I want to show you. So I've been creating more videos and content lately. The focus in this direction and making courses and playlists. So I'm trying to figure out, Catherine, how can we can take your idea? I had to go get it from my marketing plan. Inside the mindful life community, ambitious women discover gentle rituals that bring calm. All right, so you need to be able to say this in like six words. That is super clear. Like I've said, my channel is all about helping course creators and business owners use YouTube to make more sales. What we said was, so Rachel was helping women over the age of 50 stimulate their brain with sewing. Right. You see how that's very clear. That lets the person know instantly when they come to your channel if you are for them or not. Ambitious women, who are these women? Because ambitious women could be in anywhere in their life and ambitious women that are in their 20s just starting their career have different issues and different problems than ambitious women just starting a family who have different problems than ambitious women now that are empty nesters. Right. And so that's really going to affect your content plan as well. Who are you focusing on? Because you're going to need to be able to talk to that specific person. That person just starting their career is going to have different hurdles and pain points and struggles than that person that has a family at home versus that person that's now an empty nester. Right. This is why the work is so important that we do inside the YouTube coaching experience, because we help you get to that person. Because that's how you create the right content. That's how you, you YouTube ify your content to get in front of the right person. Double checking the comments here. When you make a playlist, what kind of schedule do you use for publishing? So I post one video a week. But you need to be planning that playlist in advance so that you're filming it in sequential order so that as you publish it, you're promoting that second video, that third video, that fourth video that's going to come out the following week. But you've got to, before you even think about a playlist, you've got to understand who your audience is going to be on YouTube so that you can create the right content to build that playlist for. So let's talk about. I like that it doesn't have to be long game because I've held off. Yeah. And so that's exactly what I'm talking about, Lynn, when I say YouTube can happen quickly. Like I mentioned with Gina, she started in April. Today is October, right? April, May, June, July, August, September. In six months. Her channel was a revenue generating channel with bell. She published 16 videos over the course of 16 weeks and made $150,000. Alex built her playlist funnel, took off the entire summer, took off July and August. Me $2,000 each month from her YouTube videos that she had posted because she wasn't posting that month. That's the strategy that I teach in my coaching experience. That's the strategy that I help you build. We do this together. You get direct access to me, one on one inside of the YouTube coaching experience. We do it all in Slack. You send me a question, we do a lot of this back and forth like I'm doing right now with Catherine. And so Rachel in Slack daily, because you get daily feedback from me, right? There's also training in there that walks you through this process. There's also chatgpt prompts because look, I know you want this to be as easy as possible. We've built chat GPT prompts for you as well. And so we're going to be wrapping up enrollment to that program on Tuesday, October 21st. So just a heads up, if you know, YouTube is where you want to be. So you're stopping posting on platforms that the algorithm is always changing, like Instagram, Right. I don't even know. It feels like the Instagram algorithm changes every other day, right? YouTube has been the most stable algorithm and YouTube makes it so clear on how to use the algorithm to your advantage. Everything over on meta like Instagram and Facebook is pay to play. And it's freaking expensive to run ads. It is freaking expensive. And so when you can use a platform like YouTube for free organic traffic, because that's what I teach, free organic traffic, it gets you ahead of everybody else because you're not spending so much time creating content that expires every day. Because just think about it, every day you open up your app, you're starting at zero. You're having to create a new post that day to keep the momentum of your Instagram account running. Whereas YouTube, I teach it one video a week. That's it. Now I think I kind of. Let me know if it's clear on how you can YouTube ify your content. Let me know you guys, if that's completely clear because then I want to go to the next step on how I use my YouTube videos then to create newsletters that I sell in every week. If you want to do Instagram, how you can do Instagram but still lead with a YouTube first strategy? Because YouTube lives longer and I can reference your YouTube videos. AI is not referencing your reels or your stories. All right, so Laura Beth, do you feel just recreate the same content year after year but just create a new video but similar message? I struggle with the line between information to give in a video versus not giving away what's in my course or online. So Laura, I give a lot away for free on YouTube. Simple. Because if you do not give good free information away, nobody's ever going to believe that your paid for content is worth it. And the, and the fact of the matter is if you're not giving them good information, somebody else is. Somebody else on the information is giving them good information and they will buy from them. So if you feel like you're trying to hold yourself back from sharing what you know on YouTube and you're, you feel like you're trying to like candy coat it or fluff it, they are going to sense it and you're never going to get buyers from your YouTube content. You have to give valuable information. So I give information all the time that I teach in my YouTube coaching experience. I still have people paying me thousands of dollars every month to work with me. Why? Because I have a particular framework that I don't actually share inside of my YouTube videos. So there are bits and pieces of what I do on YouTube and I'm giving People, some free, a lot of free information to get wins. I've had people in my comments tell me, tell me that they've taken the information I've shared on my YouTube channel and get started and make sales from their YouTube channel from my free information. But my program is structured, it has templates, it has GPTs. It's an easier route to get there faster. So that's how you need to be thinking about your content. Because if you are holding back information on YouTube, it is really going to affect your trust. Does that make sense, Laura? So let me explain, Let me walk through super clear. We have been grinding on social media like crazy for so long. Yeah, get off of it. Here's something that I told everybody yesterday. If you were on the virtual conference, I quit Instagram this year. I didn't post on, I, I maybe posted a few, a few stories, maybe a few reels, but I actively did not post on Instagram this year and our revenue is up 40% because I focused that time that I was wasting on Instagram to create better content on YouTube, to implement different behind the scenes funnel strategies on the people that I did get from my YouTube, my YouTube videos into my funnels. And I'm going to tell you right now I am in a mastermind where my coach is telling me she sees a big split in her clients right now. She's a business coach, over six figure business owners. There are the business owners that are having one of their best years yet. They are thriving, they are making sales and there are the business owners that are struggling, that are having a very hard time making a sale. And I contribute what I'm doing because I'm focusing on YouTube because I'm not having to show up on Instagram every day and feel burnt out and feel frustrated and feel unmotivated because I'm putting my time into evergreen content, content that ChatGPT is recommending. That is how I'm continuing to grow my audience this year and have one of the best years that I've had since pre Covid. All right, so you need to be thinking about that. You need to realize the way online business has been, has completely changed and you need to be doing what's working right now. And what we are doing right now is working. And what I help you with in the YouTube coaching experience isn't just YouTube. Right? I will help you build that YouTube strategy. I will give you insight and feedback and title ideas and thumbnail ideas and playlist strategies. Right? But if you're not making the sales, it's all for nothing. So what I also help you do is let's look at your sales page, let's look at your opt in, let's look at the conversion rates. Why is it not conversion converting? Are we getting people from YouTube to your sales page but nobody's buying or we need to fix that? Are we getting people into your opt in but then nobody's buying on the back end? Let's look into that together. I've been doing business for 10 years. I have a master's degree in business. I have an mba. I can help you put all the pieces together because yes, we can grow an audience all day, every day, but if that audience isn't converting, that's nothing. Right? You need to put food on the table with cash. Views is not cash. All right, so that is what makes this program so particularly unique because I marry the YouTube strategy with the business strategy to make sure all the pieces fit together so that when you are growing an audience and getting views on YouTube, you're actually making those sales. Laura Beth I think it would just be helpful to get help with scripts to make sure it's valuable and motivating to want the full. Absolutely, Laura. And it's not even just the scripts. One of the most important pieces of YouTube that a lot of people didn't even know or don't even realize is your title and your thumbnail. And so if your title and your thumbnail does not get the click, it doesn't matter how great your script is, people will never even see it. And one of the biggest mistakes I see so many business owners do is they take their title and they just slap the title on the thumbnail. That is not what's going to work on YouTube. That is not going to get you the click through rate. So what we actually do is we have 10 templates in the program that I have worked with my designer, we've researched and studied what templated thumbnails actually work. And she's built those templates for my clients and you can get them inside the coaching experience. And we've had clients double and then triple their click through rates. And why is this so important? Because if YouTube puts your video out to a hundred people and only two people click on it, YouTube's not going to push it to more people because that's a 2% click through rate. But if YouTube puts your video out to a hundred people and let's say six, seven people click on it, YouTube has better data to know who else to put your videos out to. So when you get a 6 or 7% click through rate that can make the world of a difference to get your content in front of more of the right people and get that snowball going. So it's not just about your script, it's about your title and your thumbnail. It's about your audience retention. How good was your hook in relation to your title and thumbnail? Because another thing that I see a lot is when business owners do get the click, they're losing audience retention in about 15 seconds or less because they aren't starting their videos how they need to be starting them. For YouTube, you have got to YouTube ify your content. YouTube is a different platform. It's not just like a podcast and putting it on YouTube. It's not just a, like an Instagram story and putting it on YouTube. There is specific strategies that you need to understand that if you're going to put the time into YouTube and you want it to pay off, you want to get those results or six months or less, you need to have somebody in your corner that's helping you understand what you need to do, that's giving you that insight of what to tweak, what to change, what to adjust so that you get the results that you want. So you're not wasting your time throwing spaghetti at the wall or wondering why the heck I put all this time into this video. And it's got five views, right? That's what having me as a coach in the YouTube coaching experience does for you. It speeds up the process. It gets you making that money that you need so much, right? So I wanted to pull up real quickly one of the things that I do if we go here to my YouTube channel and you can see that my children have been on my YouTube channel. So thus the difference of what I'm being shown to here on my homepage, if we go to my actual channel. So let's say we go here. One of the things that I do, once my video is published, I will use this little plugin, it's called GLASP, and I will get the transcript to my YouTube video, right? Here's the transcript. This little plugin does it. I will copy it. The next thing I do is I come into ChatGPT and I say I want to write three email newsletters using this YouTube transcript. I want each email to hit a different angle of this video. And I want the goal to be to go watch the entire video. Because if I can get my audience to that video watching it, YouTube will send it to more people because I Proved to it that, hey, people are going to watch this. And this is just the start. Like I have an entire custom GPT coming out to my clients on November 1st that they just have to plug their transcript into it and it will create these emails for them. So this is just a quick example. So I'll plug this in here. I will let Chat GPT do its thing. And now I have three emails to send out to my list. And I'm going to tell you, I went from sending one email a week to sending three emails a week and my open rates increased, my sales increase. So if you're feeling nervous about sending your email list multiple emails a week, it's actually going to be beneficial for you because your audience starts opening it up more. But you've got to be sending valuable information and you don't have time to, to come up with that information, right, if you're focused on YouTube. So this is where you really get to utilize your YouTube content. And so you can see here's the belief shift angle. One video a week daily sales. Here's how. And obviously there's going to take a little bit of tweaking in this. I didn't plug this into the GPT that I created because I want each email to bring value. So people are used to opening these. So I would say these emails are lacking in value. I want each email to have something substantial. So my list will be excited to open the email knowing the high value that is inside. So then I'll ask it to rewrite it. But Again, our custom GPT that we are dropping on November 1st will do this already for you. And so here it is, here it's going into detail, right? The biggest mistake I see business owners make, they post random one off ideas. What does this do? Why does this matter? Right? So now I'm getting them thinking, oh, if I'm posting one off videos, I'm wasting my time because here's why, right? Then the next video, the five roles in a playlist funnel. So this is like a mini training, right? Here I'm explaining the five different pieces of every playlist funnel that you need to have, right? And then I'm saying, you know, I'm sharing real life examples on this video. All right, what breaks a playlist funnel? So how quickly you're able to create three emails each week for your clients, giving value and getting them to watch your videos, right? So that's again, GPT that my clients are going to be getting come November 1st. So it makes it super easy for you to write these emails. All right, so I am going to have to have a hard stop here at 155. Are there any questions that you have? I'm double checking here. YouTube content is like a sample. A sample that has same quality and value as the entree. Yes, definitely. If any of you are thinking about joining the YouTube coaching experience, do remember we are closing the doors to that program next week, Tuesday and we will be doubling the price because we are coming out with all these custom DPT that we've built. We've been working, I've been working on these for over three months to make them just right so that you don't have to do a lot of extra work. Okay, how do you make these into real? So then you're just going to plug it into a GPT and you're going to ask them. Ask it. Can you turn these into four reels knowing the best practices for reels in 2025? I need a solid hook. It needs to be short, it needs to gain attention. Right. Like all of those main pieces to a real. All right. Do you teach anything about creating billion email list, Laura? 100%. We have multiple trainings inside there. Not only do I teach you my invisible sales system on how I get clients in for a free lead magnet and then behind the scenes how you get them to upgrade to a low ticket and then upgrade to my YouTube coaching experience. You get the swipe copy, you see me walk through the automations that I set up for it and you're also getting the scripts that I use when I reach out to people by DMS as well. You also can bring me freebie ideas, opt in ideas and we can work through what do we think is going to be the best for your audience and then how do we build that funnel for your business so that we are taking your viewers, we are capturing them into an email list and we are utilizing that email to get sales. All right. Because that's the purpose of a business. We need sales. All right. So I 100%, like I said, I offer business strategy with YouTube strategy. I marry it together. Yes. If you join before October 21st, you are getting two one on one calls with me. So you do get two one on calls. I don't know if there's one on one calls will still be in the package come January 1st. So just a heads up because we are maxing out of the amount of clients that I can handle and I never want my clients to be like put off on another person. So keep that in mind. One on one calls may not be available in 2026. We do weekly group coaching calls every week that will not be going anywhere. But these one on one calls with me are something that are available until October 21st. The other thing, if you do pay in full, you're getting a bonus one on one call, which is an onboarding call. And we don't. I don't normally do an onboarding call, but if you pay in full before October 21st, you're getting an onboarding call with me. What I'm going to do then is ask you some questions. So when we wrap the call, I'm going to build you a custom implementation plan based on your goals, your offers and your lifestyle. I'm going to tell you what you need to be working on every single week. So like, what is your checklist to get done every single week based on that onboarding call? We don't do this normally. This is not something that we offer. If you pay in full before the 21st, that is something you're going to get the onboarding call and the custom implementation plan. The big bonus you're getting when you pay in full before October 21st is I'm going to write four of your scripts. That is huge. I don't normally offer that. I don't write scripts normally. But if you join and pay in full before October 21st, I will write your first four YouTube scripts. I've been doing YouTube for 10 years, so do I know what I'm talking about? Absolutely. And so that's a really huge asset for you because not only do you get to implement faster, following my steps and my breakdowns for you, particularly once you have your video ideas ready, I'm going to write those scripts for you and you'll be ready to go in no time. So that's a huge benefit in joining before October 21st. So keep that in mind as well. All right. Yes. Reach out to us Kingdom business leaders. I believe we reached out to you. Email us@hello, Trina Little.com for sure. My audience is beginner home bakers and I sell resources, courses and templates and recipes to them with this program. Be idea for them as well. Absolutely, Desiree. We're going to get honed in on your ready to buy viewer. Who are those home bakers? What is that transformation that they want? What is it that you need to tell them that makes them say, yes, I need to work with Desiree. Yes, I need Desiree's course. Yes, I need to watch her next video. That's my specialty. I take your idea and we refine it. We get it very detailed and specific. So when you put that video on YouTube and they come to you like flies to a light, right? That's exactly what I help my clients do. And so if you're uncertain about what your niche is or how to refine your niche, that is my specialty. That is what I focus on. Okay. I also focus on business and YouTube. If you have a YouTube channel and it's not making sales again, hit me up, because I can probably look at what you did and we can make a game plan on how to reverse what's going on with your YouTube channel. So. So you can start focusing on content that actually turns viewers into sales. Because you should not be posting on YouTube, getting hundreds of views and no sales. You should not be doing that. That should not be happening if you're doing YouTube for business. All right? And so that's what I'm going to help my clients do, whether you have a YouTube channel or not. All right, thank you guys so much for showing up. Tomorrow I'm going to be doing live coaching. So if you have a YouTube channel, if you have a video you want me to look at, you want to get insight from a YouTube strategy? I will be doing that live tomorrow at 1pm Eastern Standard Time. So it's a live coaching call. Bring what you want for me to coach you on. Bring a video, bring a channel. I'll do live channel audits all tomorrow. All right, thank you so much. And don't forget to check out the YouTube coaching experience. Trina little.com forward slash coaching. We will be closing the doors for that program on Tuesday, October 21, and the pricing will increase in January, so keep that in mind. So if you want to get it at the best price you'll ever see, join us before October 21st. All right. All right, guys, thank you so much.
